I have made the decision to go ahead and still file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against Twitter.

The way that Twitter has treated me, since May 8th, 2018, has been reprehensible.

Twitter allowed an untold number of persons to subject me to the most vile, hateful, bigoted abuse and harassment imaginable. Twitter allowed Woke Intersectional Feminists to harass me by telling me that I’m so ugly that I should go hang myself like my dead brother. That is but one example.

When I merely stood up for myself, defended myself, and told the truth, Twitter permanently suspended me, first by accusing me of Hateful Conduct, which was a grossly defamatory lie, and then by accusing me of targeted abuse. Twitter relied on my stalker’s false and fraudulent reports, reports that my stalker now disavows. In fact, my stalker now claims to be sending emails to Twitter to beg them to restore my account. I sent Twitter (and the Better Business Bureau) reams of evidence of these facts.

I am under no illusions that Twitter chose to permanently suspend me to silence me, because I have legitimate defamation claims against Twitter and many of their major players, including blue check mark public figures with millions of followers.

Thank you to the Better Business Bureau, for helping me to get my account restored.

But, we need to make sure that Twitter stops participating in the destruction of innocent persons’ lives and careers.

The charge of Targeted Abuse is just as ludicrous as the charge of Hateful Conduct.  In truth, I am under no illusions that Twitter is silencing me, because I have legitimate defamation claims against Twitter and many of their major players, blue check mark public figures with millions of followers who incited death threat sending mobs against me and who tried to cyber bully me into suicide, an innocent and lifelong human and civil rights licensed attorney activist.

I am desperate to get Twitter Support’s attention. I told Twitter that they created this situation by entertaining the delusions of my stalker and by relying upon my stalker’s obviously false and fraudulent reports against me to silence me to protect themselves and their blue check mark public figures with millions of followers against my legitimate defamation claims.

My stalker is now making suicide threats. My stalker is now claiming that they were compelled by a famous blue check mark public figure to make the obviously false and fraudulent reports against me. My stalker is now claiming that they are now being compelled to kill themselves by this same famous blue check mark public figure as part of a cover up.

I told Twitter Support that they created this situation. I have NEVER interacted with this person. Not once. Twitter created this situation by entertaining this person’s obvious delusions. Twitter has a responsibility to make sure that this person is safe. Twitter has a responsibility to make sure that this person does not kill themselves.

Shame on you, Twitter. Shame on you. You created this situation. You entertained the delusions of someone with mental health disabilities, someone who had obviously been harassing and stalking me across social media platforms, including on Twitter, and you had all the evidence you could have ever needed to make this determination, but you were content to exploit this person’s mental health disabilities, in order to silence me to protect yourselves.

You need to make sure that this person does not hurt themselves. You did this, Twitter. You did this.

Here is my response to the Better Business Bureau after I was informed this morning that Twitter has rejected my complaint to the Better Business Bureau, because Twitter WRONGFULLY Permanently Suspended my Twitter Account for Hateful Conduct, IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT. Twitter is trying to silence me, and they took advantage of my Stalker’s Harassing Reports about me to do so. This is absurd.

I am rejecting this response because:  it is completely absurd.  The permanent suspension of my Twitter Account is a travesty of justice for the same reasons that I stated in my original complaint.  The recent reports made against me were fraudulent and wholly false in nature.  They were made by someone who has been stalking me and others for months, someone whom I have reported to both Twitter and local law enforcement, and I have provided and will provide extensive documentation of this fact.  I have NEVER interacted with this person.  I have only ever encouraged others to ignore this person.  I blocked this person immediately upon becoming aware of them.  This person continues to brag about having been able to get Twitter to suspend my account while continuing to harass and stalk me.  The 2nd report of Hateful Conduct from an October 2019 tweet was made by my stalker, and the tweet is a simple and correct factual statement that my stalker had been harassing me, that I had never interacted with this person, but simply blocked them.  The third report of Hateful Conduct made by my stalker on December 27th, 2019, was for a simple and correct factual statement in a tweet that a public figure with a blue check mark and millions of followers had incited a death threat sending mob against me, an innocent nobody with practically no twitter followers.  It simply cannot be Hateful Conduct to make simple and correct factual statements.  It simply cannot be Hateful Conduct for me to tell the truth and defend myself.  It is preposterous and absurd that Twitter has permanently suspended my account for Hateful Conduct.  I have never engaged in Hateful Conduct in my life, on Twitter or otherwise.  I demand to have my Twitter Account fully and rightfully restored.  I believe that Twitter is silencing me, because they played no small role in the global defamation campaign against me that destroyed my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers.  I believe that Twitter is silencing me, because they know that I have legitimate defamation claims against many of their major players, including public figures with blue check marks and millions of followers.

Please note that I was only able to add 4 files documenting the fact that the reports against me are false and were fraudulently made by someone with whom I have never interacted, someone whom I have reported to both Twitter and local law enforcement, someone whom I have only encouraged others to avoid, and someone who has been stalking and harassing me online, across platforms, me and others, for months.  I have extensive documentation of this fact, and will happily provide all documentation, which has already been provided to Twitter more than once.

Here are my YouTube Video Updates about the WRONGFUL Permanent Suspension of my Twitter Account for Hateful Conduct, which is a complete and utter travesty.

I’m just beside myself over my Twitter suspension, and I thought it would make me feel better to articulate here, publicly, that Twitter’s charge against me of having a pattern of behavior of Hateful Conduct is just simply and unequivocally FALSE. I have NEVER engaged in Hateful Conduct, on Twitter or otherwise. I have NEVER targeted anyone on the basis of race or their membership in ANY protected class. And, I have certainly NEVER attacked or threatened anyone or incited violence against anyone. This suspension is just completely unjustified. There is NO evidence that supports a Twitter suspension on the basis of a pattern of behavior of Hateful Conduct.

The last lock out was also allegedly for Hateful Conduct. And, that lock out was also completely unjustified. I appealed that lock out, but I ended up stopping the appeal process and ended up simply deleting the tweet, but I think now that this was a mistake. I should have continued my appeal. The tweet was a tweet from October, 2019, where I was simply stating that someone, whom I did not name, had been harassing me. The journalist Cathy Young actually corroborated my claim as valid. It simply cannot be Hateful Conduct to point out a fact — the fact, the truth that I had been the victim of harassment, not the perpetrator. So, there is NO pattern of behavior of Hateful Conduct.

I think I know what happened. Not long ago I made the decision to unblock everyone whom I had reported and blocked, many of whom had been punished by Twitter for whatever violations of the rules. I think this was a huge mistake. I think when those persons realized that I had unblocked them they just went to town, reporting every single tweet of mine that they possibly could for Hateful Conduct. And, it’s no big secret that Twitter is not a fan of mine.

I am being silenced. That is the long and short of it. I am being silenced because I have legitimate defamation claims against MANY blue check mark public figures with millions of followers. And, they are Twitter’s bread and butter, so if they want me gone, Twitter is going to get rid of me. I think that’s the simple truth of the matter.

I will keep you all posted on my latest appeal. I don’t have a lot of hope at this point, but I do feel that I still need my Twitter account to save my life and career, so I’m going to keep fighting to retain my Twitter account for as long as I can.

The fact of the matter is that I still desperately need my Twitter account to save my life and human and civil rights academic and legal careers. That’s just the honest to God truth. I’m feeling beside myself at the moment over the suspension. Yes, I have other venues, but nothing has been as effective as Twitter and nothing will be. Yes, of course, Twitter played a role in my demise, but it has also been my primary means of getting the truth out about the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. The only reason why I have any chance at all to save my life and career is because of Twitter. That’s just the simple truth.

Also, Twitter literally saved my life by providing me an outlet for my despair and by connecting me to supporters and fellow cancelleds and falsely accused. Twitter put me in touch with journalists who worked tirelessly to reveal the truth about my plight. No Twitter, no Cathy Young.

So, given this state of affairs, I am more than prepared to grovel like Pete Buttigieg in front of Michael Harriot of The Root. Ha ha ha ha. I couldn’t resist. But, seriously, I am prepared to accept whatever restrictions that Twitter Support wishes to impose to get my account reinstated. I am happy to stop using the @ function all together. I am happy to no longer name individuals at all. Whatever it takes.

The person who reported this tweet was the subject of my statement, and my stalker, whom I have reported to Twitter and local law enforcement. 

The 3rd report was also made by my stalker (I will provide extensive evidence of the stalking of myself and others, as well as evidence of their bragging about having made the reports and having made Twitter suspend me) about a tweet in which I made the correct and simple factual claim that a public figure with a blue check mark and millions of followers incited a death threat sending mob against me on twitter. 

It simply cannot be Hateful Conduct to make correct and simple factual statements. It simply cannot be Hateful Conduct to tell the truth and defend myself. I am flabbergasted that Twitter has done this. 

I believe that I am being silenced by Twitter, because they played no small role in the global defamation campaign against me, an innocent nobody, which destroyed my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers and almost drove me to suicide. I believe that I am being silenced by Twitter, because they know that I have legitimate defamation claims (non criminal) against MANY of their major players, including many blue check mark public figures with millions of followers.

I just want everyone to realize what a defining Me Too moment this is — my stalker has a twitter account, but on my stalker’s say so, I do NOT. Because my stalker is black, and I am white. This is what Woke Intersectional Feminism has wrought.

Twitter has deemed it HATEFUL CONDUCT for a White Woman to object to being Harassed and Stalked by a Black Woman.

I guess I should have know that this was going to happen after the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. This is exactly what happened to me at Yale. Lolade Siyonbola targeted me for my mental health disabilities, and this was more than abundantly clear in the video that SHE recorded and distributed. And, I was globally vilified as a genocidal villain, because I objected to the Yale Administration and Police to being harassed and stalked by her.

The person who has been stalking me and others for months sent me a message to my blog, claiming responsibility for my suspension, and claiming to have reported me for the October 2019 tweet that resulted in my being locked out. And, the kicker is that the October 2019 tweet was a completely anodyne statement of fact — that this person (the same stalker) had been harassing me, that I had NEVER interacted with her, and that I blocked her immediately.

I am currently sending Twitter Support every single message, DM, and reply that this person has sent to me and others. This includes the messages where she tells me that she loves me and wants to testify in court for me against Yale and others and messages where she apologizes to me for not believing me and begs me to unblock her.

I’m pretty sure that I’m going to get my Twitter Account back soon.
