Here is my final response to Twitter about the absurdity of my wrongful permanent suspension, sent via the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau has been absolutely amazing. They re-opened my complaint after I received an authentic email notification from Twitter indicating that my Twitter permanent suspension had been wrongful and that my account had already been fully restored. Twitter has subsequently completely ignored this fact. I will now file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, per the Better Business Bureau’s advice. The BBB said that they’ve done everything they can at this point. They really tried to help me restore my account, and I am deeply appreciative.
Here is my final response to Twitter via the BBB:

I am rejecting this response because: it is completely absurd and a gross violation of any notion of business ethics.
The original charge of Hateful Conduct was patently absurd and farcical. I sent Twitter (and the Better Business Bureau) literally reams of evidence that they had relied upon my stalker’s false and fraudulent reports against me, reports which they now disavow. In point of fact, my stalker now claims to be sending Twitter emails begging them to restore my account.
Moreover, I received an authentic email notification from Twitter (header information attached) making clear that my permanent Twitter suspension was wrongful and that my account had already been fully restored. Twitter has subsequently NEVER acknowledged that this took place. It is wholly unacceptable and a gross violation of business ethics for Twitter to simply pretend that this never happened.
Twitter has now seemingly dropped the Hateful Conduct charge, because, of course, it is completely absurd to any reasonable person, and is now claiming to have permanently suspended my account for targeted abuse.
The charge of Targeted Abuse is just as ludicrous as the charge of Hateful Conduct. In truth, I am under no illusions that Twitter is silencing me, because I have legitimate defamation claims against Twitter and many of their major players, blue check mark public figures with millions of followers who incited death threat sending mobs against me and who tried to cyber bully me into suicide, an innocent and lifelong human and civil rights licensed attorney activist.
In truth, Twitter allowed an untold number of persons to target me with the most reprehensible, vile, hateful, bigoted abuse and harassment imaginable. Twitter allowed Woke Intersectional Feminists to harass me by telling me that I’m so ugly that I should go hang myself like my dead brother. That is but one example.
Twitter is now permanently suspending me, because I stood up for myself, defended myself, and told the truth, which is that I was the VICTIM of a cyber mobbing and the VICTIM of cyber bullying, NOT the perpetrator.
Twitter should be utterly ashamed of themselves for having done this. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Shame on you, Twitter. Shame on you.
