Hello Mr. Morawczynski,

My name is Sarah Braasch. I am a Yale PhD Candidate in Philosophy and a lifelong human and civil rights attorney and activist. I am also the entirely innocent victim of the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale that took place in May, 2018. This Living While Black incident has been widely debunked, and I am in the midst of suing Yale in the courts, for Justice, to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale, and to restore Police Accountability and Transparency, by forcing them to release the Yale Campus Police body camera footage from the Hate Crime Hoax.

The voting public in MN needs to know what Richard Painter has done to me. He is patently unfit to serve in any public office, including representing the MN01 in the US Congress.

I have publicly documented Richard Painter’s now more than 5 month Twitter campaign to drive me to suicide and to destroy what remains of my life on my blog and YouTube Channel.

Richard Painter began viciously and relentlessly attacking me in mid September, 2021, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter, because Brian has steadfastly stood by my side during this now almost 4 year surreal and hellish nightmare I’ve been living in.

Richard Painter has also been engaging in grossly defamatory and unhinged Twitter campaigns for the past 5 months against Brian Leiter and former University of Chicago affiliate John Lott Jr. I believe he may have some personal vendetta against the University of Chicago for some reason.

Here is a brief list of some of the more egregious things that Richard Painter has said about me and done to me during the past 5 months. Please know that Richard Painter did these things to destroy me for publicly documenting his vile campaign against me to drive me to suicide:

Richard Painter threatened to have me disbarred and reported for fraud.

Richard Painter incited many mental health slur hurling and death threat sending mobs against me, who then waged campaigns to destroy what remains of my life, by trying to get me fired, including by contacting my employers, and disbarred, doxxing and swatting me, posting my home address on Twitter, and posting that I had guns and pretending to get me arrested for fake restraining orders. They also contacted the MN and NV State Bars and the FTC.

Richard Painter avidly encouraged a particular tormentor who created multiple social media accounts on various platforms, as well as a blog, to torture me into committing suicide, under the name of Tears of Sarah. This was allegedly satire, but it was, in point of fact, often impersonation and gross abuse and harassment and stalking.

Richard Painter threatened to swat me, by telling the police that I had guns that I was going to use and that I was a dangerous and delusional psycho.

Richard Painter threatened to have Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison prosecute me for fraud.

Richard Painter repeatedly attacked my GoFundMe, by accusing me of using it to perpetrate fraud. Richard Painter’s goons did as well, mass reporting my GoFundMe with bad faith reports of fraud. I was repeatedly investigated by GoFundMe. My GoFundMe is the antithesis of fraud, and GoFundMe has repeatedly rebuffed these attacks and stood by my side.

Richard Painter defamed me in an MSNBC Op Ed, again accusing me of perpetrating fraud, including with my GoFundMe.

Richard Painter repeatedly tried to lynch me, according to the NAACP’s definition of a lynching as a public killing without Due Process, including on Thanksgiving and Christmas, no less, by repeatedly comparing me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers and to Hitler, if you can believe it. He subsequently exploited Amir Locke’s killing for the same purpose.

There is no way that Richard Painter did not appreciate that he was placing my life in the gravest of danger by repeatedly suggesting that I tried to lynch Black students at Yale via the Yale Campus Police, and by comparing me to killers and to a tyrannical, genocidal despot, in the case of Hitler.

Richard Painter suggested that I was involved in the January 6th Riot at the Capitol building.

I begged Richard Painter to stop trying to drive me to suicide and to stop putting my life in the gravest of danger.

Richard Painter has subsequently tried to play victim and accuse me of harassing and abusing him, because I have been publicly documenting his now more than 5 month campaign against an innocent private citizen nobody whose life was already destroyed.

Richard Painter has spent most of the past 5 months attacking and abusing an already traumatized and vulnerable and suicidal woman on Twitter for sport, and the voting public in MN needs to know. The Good People of Minnesota will never elect a Monster to the US Congress to represent them.

I’ll stop there. I think that’s more than enough.

I have been living in a constant state of terror for the past 5 months, terrified that Richard Painter and his goons will finally find a way to decimate what remains of my life, which isn’t much. My academic and legal careers were already decimated. I live in poverty. I made $20k in 2021. I take a few cases as a pro bono attorney for the local legal aid center, and I have a low paying, remote job helping to stop the evictions of families with kids from their apartments.

This isn’t enough punishment for Richard Painter and his goons, for a non-event and non-crime from almost 4 years ago. They aren’t going to stop attacking me until I’m starving to death on the streets. They aren’t going to stop attacking me until I’m dead.

As I hope is obvious, Richard Painter is patently unfit to serve in any public office, including representing the MN01 in the US Congress.

Daryle Lamont Jenkins Attacks Andy Ngo. Everything Daryle Lamont Jenkins Says is a LIE. He is a Woke Witch Hunter Who Tried to Burn Me as a Witch

So, I only noticed this tweet by Daryle Lamont Jenkins, because my dearest friend, Paula Wright, SexyIsntSexist on Twitter, replied to someone in the thread beneath:

So, in the tweet, obviously, Daryle Lamont Jenkins is attacking Andy Ngo, specifically for blocking people who allegedly point out that “the person responsible for killing a woman last night in Portland is a fan of his.” He then accuses Andy Ngo of spreading disinformation. Then, Daryle Lamont Jenkins explicitly incites his more than 25k Twitter followers to engage in targeted harassment of Ngo, by stating, “Stay on him.” (I thought that was a violation of Twitter’s Terms of Service, but what do I know? Silly me. We all know it’s never a violation of Twitter’s TOS when Woke blue check mark public figures harass, stalk, target to destroy, and abuse anyone deemed unWoke.) Then, Daryle Lamont Jenkins explicitly states that the point and purpose of the targeting harassment campaign he is trying to incite against Ngo is to de-platform him, even remarking that his career will be over, if they are able to get him kicked off Twitter.

It is clear in the tweet immediately below that Lamont Jenkins was fully aware that I was a human and civil rights attorney who had dedicated her life to fighting oppression. It is fairly obvious that he read the anti-oppression pieces I wrote for the American Humanist Association’s The Humanist Magazine, including about my work in France with Ni Putes Ni Soumises, a fierce women’s rights organization comprised primarily of women from the ghettoized Muslim immigrant suburbs surrounding the major cities of France.

Daryle Lamont Jenkins didn’t care if he was destroying and endangering the life of a vulnerable and innocent private citizen nobody, someone who had only ever spent her life helping others. He was happy to try to drive me to suicide and incite my murder by telling disgusting lies about me on Twitter.

In the Twitter thread below, Lamont Jenkins agrees with someone who calls me a Nazi and a genocidal murderer. And, someone whom he tags adds that I should go to jail for having filed a false police report.

Well, 1 — Daryle Lamont Jenkins was perfectly well aware that I was NOT a genocidal Nazi murderer, and if he was not, then he is so stupid that he needs to resign from public life immediately. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt that he is not this stupid. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt by assuming that he’s just an evil liar who tried to destroy an innocent person for Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money.

2 — Daryle Lamont Jenkins was perfectly well aware of what would happen to me if he told these disgusting lies about me on Twitter. He knew that I would very likely end up dead. Robby Soave Needs to Ask Jonathan Haidt about Me when they Debate on Thurs, Feb 17, 2022, in NYC (My YouTube and Patreon Video)

Robby Soave of Reason is debating Jonathan Haidt in NYC on Thursday, February 17th, 2022, on the topic of whether the Federal Government should regulate social media.

It would be unthinkable for a journalist to debate Jonathan Haidt on this topic and not ask Jonathan Haidt about how he turned his Fall 2018 book tour for The Coddling of the American Mind into a social media moral outrage mob and witch hunt with the intent of destroying my life and driving me to suicide. Yes, this was a complete repudiation of the content of The Coddling, as well as the entirety of Haidt’s body of scholarship at NYU, where Haidt is a social psychology professor. Haidt grossly defamed me on Sam Harris’ podcast and on the New York Times Book Review podcast. There is ZERO chance that Haidt did not know that I was the social psychology PhD student of Tom Tyler, the Father of Procedural Justice at the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School. There is ZERO chance that Haidt did not know that he was very likely driving an entirely innocent Yale grad student and lifelong civil rights attorney to suicide to sell copies of his book. Moreover, Haidt continues his behind the scenes smear campaign to ruin me to this day, and I have publicly posted an email from Jonathan Haidt that was very clearly something he prepared to give out to anyone who asks him about me. It’s a joke. In it, Haidt fully embraces everything he decries in The Coddling.

Why It Was Important For Me to Get My Twitter Account Back (This is What It is to Truly Be Canceled)

I want to go on record about a few things, because I’m sick of the disgusting lies being told about me on a daily basis. This is why it was important for me to get my Twitter Account back, because when I was suspended, my stalkers thought they had carte blanche to LIE about me constantly.

I am getting my PhD from Yale this semester. I am submitting and defending my Yale Dissertation, my Saving the World Project, this semester. This will be my 7th degree, my 3rd from Yale. I already have the MA and the MPhil from Yale.

The ONLY reason I didn’t get my PhD and defend my Yale dissertation last semester is because of Richard Painter’s now 5 month long Twitter campaign to destroy my life. I have been living inside of a hellish nightmare for the past 5 months. I have been intermittently suicidal.

I have the full support of the Yale Philosophy Department, and especially my amazing and wonderful PhD Dissertation Committee, Jason Stanley, Scott Shapiro, and my Reader, Princeton’s marvelous Lara Buchak, an expert in game theory. I love them all dearly.

I am ABD, which means All But Dissertation. When you are in a PhD Program, and you are done with your years of classes, teaching for a stipend, and dissertation writing on fellowship, you aren’t registered as a student, but you can still submit your dissertation & get your PhD.

I struggled for months to find a job, any job (not just in law or academia) after the Yale Grad School yanked away my graduate student stipend early. I was terrified that I was going to end up on the streets. I am still terrified that I will end up starving on the streets.

I am currently working 2 jobs. I still work as a pro bono attorney for the legal aid center on a small number of cases, and I work at my remote job stopping the evictions of families with kids from their apartments. I made just over $20k in 2021. Yale decimated my earning capacity.

Nearly every single penny that has been donated to my Go Fund Me has gone to my fantastic and awesome attorneys at Randazza Legal Group, Jay Wolman and Marc Randazza, to fight to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale. I love them. My GoFundMe is the antithesis of a Fraud.

I have been under constant attack, especially during the past 5 months, because of Richard Painter’s campaign to destroy me and all of the stalkers he has incited. They are still, at this moment, trying to get me fired, disbarred, expelled, and de-platformed and kicked off GoFundMe.

My current legal bill from Randazza is just over $25k. I have no expectation that I will continue to be able to raise any significant donations to pay this bill. There are just too many very powerful people and organizations who want to destroy me and stop me from getting the TRUTH out.

I am the opposite of a grifter. I fully expect to have to pay my legal bill myself. I continue to make payments towards my legal bill as I am able to do so. I just made another $1k payment towards my legal bill not long ago. That being said, I would absolutely love some help.

I am still moving back to MN to live with my beloved sister. I think I will feel so much better and not in a constant state of terror that my stalkers will be successful in destroying what remains of my life. I think it will be so good for me. If you want to help, please do.

I Just Reported Woke KKK Monster Richard Painter to Twitter for Inciting Another Mental Health Slur Hurling Mob Against Me

Ask yourself why Richard Painter, a public figure and U of MN Law School Professor and former White House Ethics Lawyer (?!) with 750k Twitter followers, would spend all of his time attacking a suicidal private citizen nobody? I have literally begged Richard Painter to stop trying to drive me to suicide.

It is shocking to me that any grown man, let alone a public figure contemplating a run for MN Governor, would play victim and pretend that he has to protect himself against a suicidal and traumatized private citizen nobody who already lost everything and is struggling to keep herself alive. I did not instigate this. Richard Painter thought he could exploit me. He thought I was the perfect victim. He didn’t count on me defending myself and publicly documenting his vicious and relentless attacks against me.

I’m really happy. I do still need my Twitter Account to save my life and career. I also need it to get the truth out about the Witch Hunt at Yale that almost got me killed and destroyed my life.

And, to continue my efforts, legal and otherwise, to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale and to end Woke Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, as well as the Fake News Press and Moral Outrage Industry.

I’m going to be super super careful. I protected my tweets. I requested an archive of my data, and once I receive it, I’m going to wipe my account. I will never tag again.

You literally banned my account for talking about the egregious abuse and harassment that I was suffering from others. These others are still on Twitter and continue to abuse, harass, and stalk me, and wage campaigns to destroy my life on your platform, including by trying to get me fired, disbarred, expelled, made unemployable, and kicked off all of my social media and fundraising sites that are my lifeline. This includes Richard Painter, RWPUSA, and (redacted). You are supporting users on Twitter, right now, who have posted my home address on Twitter, and said I had guns, and pretended that they were going to get me arrested for fake restraining orders. You are supporting users on Twitter as I type who have swatted and doxxed me. You must be able to see that this is a gross injustice. There are people on Twitter, today, who continue campaigns to destroy what remains of my life, no matter how many times you have locked them out and permanently suspended them. They just make sock puppet after sock puppet to evade their permanent suspensions.
