Therefore, I can only interpret Yale’s disgusting LIES about me after the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax as meant to destroy my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers and to drive me to suicide, to cover up their own wrongdoing.

It is clear from this email exchange that I had no idea yet that I had been filmed. It is clear from this email exchange that I had no idea yet that my life had already been destroyed, because Lolade Siyonbola had immediately distributed the video of me that was the grossest violation of my privacy and meant to publicly shame me for my mental health disabilities. It is clear from this email exchange that I still believed that I could rectify the situation, because I knew that Yale knew the truth about what had occurred. It came as a complete shock to me when I later saw the public statements that Yale chose to release about me, which were, of course, nothing but LIES.

This email exchange is between myself and the Yale Campus Police Supervising Officer who showed up late to the scene on May 8th, 2018, was incredibly hostile towards me, and behaved in an egregiously unethical manner, as I state clearly in the email exchange. He also states in the email that he is going to add to the police report the fact that I had informed him that Lolade Siyonbola continued to harass me on the morning of May 8th, 2018, AFTER The Yale Campus Police Officers left. That NEVER happened. The May 8th, 2018 Yale Campus Police Report to which the Supervising Officer refers does NOT document the fact that Siyonbola continued to harass me in my isolated dorm room on the morning of May 8th, 2018, AFTER the Yale Campus Police Officers had left. I have submitted an additional Freedom of Information Act Request to the CT FOIA Commission for this supplement to the May 8th, 2018 Police Report, but, obviously, I strongly suspect that it does not exist, which was the grossest dereliction of duty by the Supervising Officer.

I had intended for this statement to be published in the Yale Daily News. In the week before Yale’s Spring Break, they seemed really excited about publishing my statement, but I haven’t heard from them since. Of course, a little thing called the Coronavirus Pandemic took place. But, I can’t help but feel that there might be some other reason for them ghosting me.

I felt the need to go ahead and get this statement out to the public. I just want the truth about the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax to get out there to the general public. I want the whole world to know what the Yale Administration and Police did to me. I want the whole world to know that they tried to drive me to suicide to cover up their own wrongdoing. I want the whole world to know that they told disgusting lies about me, knowingly, and that they knew that they were destroying and endangering the life and career of an innocent human and civil rights licensed attorney activist. I will never forgive them. The Yale Corporation should fire near the entirety of the Yale Administration, as well as Campus Police Chief Ronnell Higgins.

Here is my statement:

I beseech Yale President Peter Salovey, Yale Graduate School Dean Lynn Cooley, Yale VP of Student Life Kimberly Goff-Crews, and the entire Yale Administration, as well as Yale Campus Police Chief Ronnell Higgins, to tell the truth about the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax and to save my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers.

In March, 2018, Yale University Provost and University-wide Title IX Coordinator Stephanie Spangler assured me that everything would be fine, after I had been falsely accused of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching on February 24th, 2018.  Needless to say, I was terrified.  She told me not to worry.  She told me that Yale would always do the right thing, regardless of PR or legal liability.  I trusted Provost Spangler.  

I trusted my University not to tell disgusting lies about me and not to try to destroy me to cover up their own wrongdoing.  I have been in hiding and intermittently suicidal since the Yale Administration began its global vilification and defamation campaign against me, to obscure their complicity in the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax.  

I call upon the Yale Administration and Police to do the right thing, finally, and to tell the truth in a public statement, exonerating me, and apologizing to me, so that I can get back some semblance of the life and career that were burned in grotesque effigy around the world.  I call upon the Yale Administration and Police to release the Yale Campus Police Body Camera Footage of me only from May 8th, 2018, which reveals the truth about what the Yale Administration and Police did to me.  I call upon the Yale Administration and Police to live up to the ideals of Yale’s motto, Light and Truth.

I said that I had “every right” to call the Yale Campus Police, so Yale President Peter Salovey said that Siyonbola had “every right” to be in the 12th floor common room, when in fact, she was in violation of Yale Housing Regulations, and the entire Yale Administration and Campus Police Department knew that she had been using the 12th floor common room to terrorize me in my isolated dorm room for months, while the Yale Administration and Campus Police not only stood by and did absolutely NOTHING, but they also assisted my tormentors in terrorizing me. The Yale Administration and Police were complicit in the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax. They decided to LIE about me and to destroy my life and career to cover up their own wrongdoing.
