I could not be more grateful to Bill Ackman for quote tweeting my reply to him. I was thanking him for demanding accountability from Business Insider. Woke Fake News Press Business Insider destroyed my life and Amy Cooper’s life during the Witch Hunt at Yale and the BLM/Living While Black Race Hoax. Business Insider defamed Bill Ackman’s wife, Neri Oxman, to attack Ackman, because he’s been standing up to the Woke DEI & CRT Industry, especially in Academia, including his alma mater, Harvard.

Hello Mr. Ackman,

I can’t tell you what you quote tweeting me means to me. I’ve been feeling so much despair. You have given me hope for the first time in a long time that it might still be possible to secure Justice and to get the Truth out about the Witch Hunt at Yale and the Woke DEI & CRT Industry. God bless you and Ms. Oxman.

My story is a long & convoluted tale, but I’ll try to give you the very brief nutshell version:

I was a social pariah at Yale, because, in my first year in the PhD Program in Philosophy, I stood up for the Federal Civil Rights, the religious expression rights, of an Evangelical Black man, our only POC job candidate for an Asst Prof position. This was the prelude to the Yoel Inbar Affair at UCLA. The other grad students decided that this person was unfit to be a Prof at Yale, b/c he had professed his adherence to Biblical scripture as Christian doctrine, and he interpreted the Bible to include a prohibition on sodomy. Even though I was an anti-theist at the time, as well as the daughter of my 2 surrogate dads (my chosen family), I was also a hardcore civil libertarian, and I would not allow the other grad students to wage their campaign to stop this man from being a Prof at Yale. As a result, I was ostracized. (I have character letters from my profs, including Jason Stanley and Scott Shapiro and Alan Schwartz, that corroborate this.) The other students would get up and leave, if I entered a room. I was so distraught that the Profs basically insisted that I go to counseling at the student health center. This is why I have a mental health history at Yale. Yale would subsequently violate HIPAA by releasing this information to my stalkers & harassers. The other grad students went to the Admin to get me expelled, and this is why I had a target on back, long before the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

As I’m sure you can imagine, Yale is actually a very insular and small community, and gossip spreads like wildfire, so I was soon a pariah across campus, and I experienced a great deal of harassment in grad student housing. This is why I already had a relationship with the Yale Police, and they had always told me to call them for any reason whatsoever, and they had always told me never to confront my harassers, but to stay in my room and to call them.

Fast forward to Spring 2018. I was living like a hermit Rapunzel at the top of a tower in my dorm on Yale’s campus. I truly just wanted to be left in peace to finish my dissertation. 

I had an unfortunate encounter with a man who followed me into the elevator and up to my isolated Yale dorm room in an unauthorized manner. I tried to avoid a confrontation with him, but ended up speaking with him briefly. When I was finally able to get into my dorm room safely, I decided to call the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police. They told me that they would stop by, just to make sure that everything was ok. To make a long story short, the YPD apparently did come by, and the other students who were holding some kind of event in the misnamed 12th floor common room, the small, little used, only other room on my floor, harassed me that evening, on 2/24/2018. I sent an email to my RC’s who responded hours later, accusing me of having done something wrong. I met with Yale Housing on 2/26/2018. They told me that I had done nothing wrong, and that I was the only person who had done nothing wrong, and not to give it another thought. They told me that they were going to punish the RC’s and the other students involved for harassing me.

What I now believe happened, in full retrospect, is that the RC’s and students decided to falsely accuse me of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching, to avoid being punished for having harassed me that evening. 

Unfortunately, because the DEI Admin at Yale, including Yale Grad School Dean Lynn Cooley, Yale Grad School Diversity Dean Michelle Nearon, and Yale VP of U Life, Kimberly Goff Crews, had already been targeting me for expulsion, while they had also been trying to implement their new Woke DEI & CRT Bureaucracy, Belonging at Yale, for years, they saw an opportunity to use me as their Nazi.

I was informed by Yale Director of Student Housing, George Longyear, that news of my egregious “racism” was spreading like wildfire across the Admin, and that they expected me to undergo a Maoist struggle session, at which I was to profess my racism and teach the other members of the Yale community how not to be racist like me. They also intended to use me as an excuse to have all incoming grad students undergo implicit bias training.

Of course, I was horrified and shocked. I threatened litigation, if the Yale Admin continued to defame me. I had nothing and no one besides my reputation. It became clear to me almost immediately that Yale intended to destroy my reputation and ruin my livelihood and my life.

Over the course of the next several months, I was terrorized in my isolated Yale dorm room. I filed a police report, which the Yale Police mislabeled as a suspicious person report, instead of what it was: a report of criminal harassment and stalking, the grossest violation of the Federal Clery Act.

I was also meeting with Yale Provost Stephanie Spangler and Associate Provost Cynthia Smith, and conversing with Yale Police Chief Ronnell Higgins through them, begging them to stop the harassment and the defamation.

I now believe that the Yale Admin was working with the ACLU and Shaun King (aka The Appeal) to figure out a way to perpetrate the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, so they could use me as their Nazi, to justify implementing their Woke DEI & CRT Bureaucracy, Belonging at Yale.

This is exactly what they did. The Yale Admin, including Yale President Peter Salovey, released statements immediately after 5/8/2018 condemning me as guilty of racial harassment, before I even knew what had happened to me. I was vilified on a global scale by the Woke Fake News Press, which I believe was orchestrated by Yale, before I even knew what had happened to me.

I had to flee Yale’s campus for my life and immediately go into hiding.  My surrogate dads paid a criminal defense attorney $10k to save my life and to stop Yale from expelling me. Yale knowingly filed false charges against me.

In July 2018, Yale General Counsel admitted to my attorney that I had never engaged in racism and said that they would withdraw the racial component of the harassment charges against me.

On August 1, 2018, Yale President Peter Salovey released a grossly defamatory statement against me, condemning me as guilty of racial harassment, and announcing me as the impetus for sweeping, University-wide policy changes, even though he knew that I was suicidal and in hiding to save my life and being deluged with death and rape threats. This was a complete denial of Due Process, before my hearing.

In October, 2018, Yale “withdrew” the charges against me, but illegally banned me from campus and from teaching at Yale. I was told that they wanted to be able to say that they never investigated.  I didn’t understand this until Yale released their farce of a Title VI review, the Reese Report.

The Reese Report was a de facto quasi-judicial process w/o my participation or knowledge. It was the most egregious violation of Due Process, and the heart of my Section 1981 complaint against Yale. Yale only gave Benjamin Reese the most defamatory materials, produced by my accusers, and only had Reese speak to my accusers. It was a foregone conclusion that I was being convicted, so that Yale could use me as an excuse to implement Belonging at Yale.

Yale proclaimed the Reese Report the foundation of the Belonging at Yale initiative. Yale followed up the Reese Report with the 21CP Report, which was another farce of Due Process that condemns me as guilty of racial harassment. Yale continues to accuse me of trying to lynch Black Yale students to this day, even though Yale has implemented the strictest security measures regarding access to their dorms and campus, in light of a wave of violent crimes perpetrated on and near campus.

CT Gov Ned Lamont, a Yale Trustee, appointed Yale Police Chief Ronnell Higgins as the CT Public Safety Chief. This is beyond ludicrous. I believe this is because I am filing my Section 1981 complaint against Yale, and Higgins keeps extending my statute of limitations. I am naming them both in my Section 1981 complaint. Higgins perjured himself before the CT FOI Commission, and strongly insinuated that the YPD could shoot and kill a Black Yale student at any moment, just because a woman grad student calls the non-emergency helpline of the Yale campus police for help, b/c she is being harassed in her isolated Yale dorm room. The President of Comcast is also a Yale Trustee. I will also be naming him in my complaint against Yale. Comcast actually blamed me for the Yale Police shooting of Stephanie Washington.

My life has been decimated. I am still struggling to stay off the streets. 

If there is anything you can do to help me, it would mean the absolute world to me. Just you helping me get the Truth out by quote tweeting me means absolutely everything to me.

We have to end the Woke DEI & CRT Industry. At Yale and everywhere. They made racial terror against “oppressors” ok again. This is why Jews are being terrorized at Harvard, Columbia, & Yale, et al. This is why we’re entering a Woke Dark Age of Jew Hatred, lawlessness, and anti-white & anti-Asian terror. Yale has been the epicenter of anti-white terror and now of Jew Hatred for years. I feel quite frustrated that Yale is being let off the hook for some reason, and I can’t help but think that reason is me.

Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken cannot be the next President of Yale. She has done nothing but perpetrate BLM/Living While Black Race Hoaxes during her entire tenure, including the Witch Hunt at Yale. I reached out to her to address the Get Sarah Braasch Killed Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry in Academia, first established by the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, where I was a member and the Social Psychology PhD student of Tom Tyler, Co-Director with Tracey Meares, both of whom were on Barack Obama’s 21st Century Policing Taskforce. Just like she did to the Jewish students who reached out to her for help, Gerken responded by mocking me and suggesting that I need mental health help. Of course, Yale’s next President should be Tamar Szabo Gendler. She has always been kind to me. She was instrumental in bringing me to Yale. Her husband, Zoltan Szabo, a Phil Prof at Yale, was my Advisor during the Witch Hunt at Yale. He ended up giving me around $3k to save my life, when Yale cut off my stipend prematurely, to punish me for telling the Truth about what they did to me during the Witch Hunt at Yale.

I don’t know if you know of anyone at Yale, but Tamar needs to be Yale’s next President, not Gerken. Of course, I think Salovey is stepping down, because the truth is coming out, not only about the Witch Hunt at Yale, but also about Saif Khan. Khan was condemned by a Title IX kangaroo court. He has been a huge support to me. I love him forever. He is suing Yale for defamation, etc. for $100 million. I am using his complaint against Yale as a model for my complaint. We have to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale and Harvard and everywhere. I am also creating a database of everyone who contributed to the huge body of fraudulent Karen Gone Wild pseudo-scholarship, as well as the Get Sarah Braasch Killed Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry. We have to end the Woke DEI & CRT Industry before they get 1 more innocent killed, like Richard Bilkszto.

My apologies. I think I was in X mode. Amy’s email is (redacted).  I now believe that what happened to Amy in Central Park was a full fledged BLM/Living While Black Race Hoax, not just in the sense that this was a non-event that was blown into a global hysteria by the Woke Fake News Press, but that Christian and Melody Cooper planned ahead of time to perpetrate a Hoax against a white woman in Central Park. This is based on Christian Cooper’s history of altercations against dog owners in Central Park, as well as their social media histories, and I have screen shots of everything, even though Christian and Melody Cooper left X. I believe that Soledad O’Brien planned ahead of time to distribute the video for them. Also based upon her social media history, and I have all of the screen shots. And, I believe they did this to revive their flailing entertainment careers. Melody Cooper did it to use it as fodder for a Law and Order SVU telescript.

It’s interesting, because my and Amy’s stories are a complement to one another. She dealt with the Woke DEI & CRT Industry on the corporate side with Franklin Templeton, and I dealt with it in Academia, at Yale, but we were both vilified on a global scale in the Woke Fake News Press.

I also wanted to tell you that my story at Yale is also very much an issue of Free Speech and Academic Freedom.

I was ousted as a heretic, because I had infiltrated the inner sanctum of Wokeness, but I was a hardcore civil libertarian. I was a self-professed Social Justice Warrior, but I also saw myself as a reformer from within. During the Witch Hunt at Yale, the Yale Admin interrogated me about my PhD Dissertation, my inclusive legal positivism, and my decade old anti-oppression essays in The Humanist Magazine of the American Humanist Association.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering helping me and Amy. You are a Godsend. I was feeling so much despair. But, I know that I just have to stay calm and keep fighting for Truth and Justice. In the end, Truth will out. Strength and Honor.  😉

And, I also love Elon Musk for buying Twitter and for turning it into X, a true Free Speech platform. I only have a chance to save my life and career, because he did this. He is being attacked as he is, because he is letting the little guys like me and Amy talk back to the Woke Fake News Press and all of our legacy blue check mark public figure persecutors w/o being banned. I was banned 2x on Jack Dorsey Twitter for telling the simple Truth about what was done to me during the Witch Hunt at Yale, especially on Twitter.
