I’ve been terrified for the past 2 weeks that federal agents were going to show up at my door to arrest me for a fake death threat.

On Monday, Nov 10th, Yale Detective Eric Bailey called me and told me that they knew I had sent a death threat, claiming that I was inspired by the Charlie Kirk assassination, on the Office of Institutional Equity and Accessibility website, on Friday, Nov 7th. They said that they knew that this came from my IP Address. I now believe that he was lying. Police can lie to you to try to extract a confession from you.

Of course, I didn’t do this. Yale 100% knows that I would never be dumb enough to do this.

I believe that this was another act of intimidation and harassment from Yale. I will make a formal complaint. I will add this to my Section 1981 Federal Civil Rights legal complaint against Yale. Of course, this extends my statute of limitations.

I believe that Yale was trying to secure my new address and was making a threat to start swatting me again. Yale must have swatted me 50 times when I lived in Las Vegas. It got to the point where the Las Vegas Police Department would just call me to make sure that I was ok and that I didn’t have a gun and that I wasn’t going to kill anyone, like Yale had told them I was going to do.

I believe that Yale may have done this to retaliate against me, because Harvard Prof Danielle Allen backed out of her Trust in Higher Education Committee Speaker Series Talk at Yale, after I reached out to her and asked her to please not participate in Yale’s fraud.

Danielle Allen’s talk was supposed to have taken place on November 4th. It didn’t happen. Instead, she engaged in a debate at the Yale Political Union, sponsored by the Buckley Institute.

It’s just a little too coincidental that Yale decided to do this right after Danielle Allen backed out of Yale’s fraud and farce of a Trust in Higher Education Speaker Series. I will have much more to say about Yale’s asinine and disingenuous Trust in Higher Education Committee.

I asked Yale Detective Eric Bailey to give me the form that I had allegedly sent, along with all technical information, because I know many people in tech who can easily figure out who sent this. He refuses to give it to me.

Of course, now, it seems that he is dropping his investigation. I have little doubt this is because he knows that I didn’t send this death threat, and he knows that the Yale Admin created this false allegation as part of their campaign to destroy me.
