My Email to the Yale Daily News About Yale Police’s Duane Lovello’s Lies Following Brown U Shooting

Hi Reeti,

I read your story about public safety in the Yale Daily News.

It’s important that you know that Yale’s Head of Public Safety, Duane Lovello, lied to you.

The reason why, I believe, that Yale is continuing their enhanced safety measures is two fold. 1 — there’s a credible threat to the Yale community that the Yale Police refuse to investigate. And, 2 — I asked the Department of Education to open an investigation into Yale’s Clery Act and FERPA violations.

I believe that the Department of Education is investigating Yale, or, at least, directing Yale to correct their public safety measures.

On November 10th, Detective Eric Bailey of the Yale Police called me and accused me of having sent a death threat to Yale Presidents Maurie McInnis and Peter Salovey, among others. He said that he knew definitively that the death threat came from my IP address. He said that I had said that I was inspired by the Charlie Kirk assassination. He said that I had done this on November 7th, on the Office of Institutional Equity and Accessibility website. Detective Bailey told me that I said that I was going to perpetrate these murders on Yale’s campus on Tuesday, November 11th. I was terrified that Yale was going to have me arrested.

I believe that Yale did this, at least in part, to retaliate against me, because Harvard Professor Danielle Allen backed out of her Trust in Higher Education speaker series talk, after I reached out to her and asked her to please not participate in Yale’s fraud. Her talk was supposed to have taken place on November 4th. Instead, she participated in a debate with the Yale Political Union, sponsored by the Buckley Institute.

After the mass shooting at Brown University, I was fearful for my life.

I called the FBI to ask them to please investigate the death threat. Yale would not give me the threat with the technical information, so that I could determine its origin. I asked the Department of Education to please investigate Yale for their gross Clery Act and FERPA violations.

On November 10th, 2025, no timely warning went out to inform the Yale community of the death threat. No emergency alert went out. Yale did not report the death threat to the Department of Education.  The Yale Police refused to complete their investigation.

Yale accusing me of a plot to kill is nothing new. This is par for the course for Yale’s behavior towards me for years now.  Yale accused me of a plot to bomb the 2019 Commencement Ceremony. Yale has repeatedly accused me of trying to lynch black students at Yale. At the CT FOI Commission hearing, Yale Police Chief Ronnell Higgins perjured himself, and strongly insinuated that the Yale Police could shoot and kill black students at any moment, for no reason whatsoever. Yale swatted me at least 35 times when I lived in Las Vegas over six years. Yale ceased including race in the descriptions of suspects, so, in the midst of a many years’ violent crime wave, no one knows what suspects look like. Yale explicitly said that they were doing this because of me. To this day, Yale has not reversed this policy.

And, at the beginning of 2023, Yale altered the ID policy on campus so that no one needs to show an ID to enter any campus building, including dorms.  Yale said that they had done this explicitly because of me. Of course, Yale had to reverse course immediately, because of a violent crime spree on campus.

In 2018, Yale deliberately and falsely labeled my police report of criminal harassment and stalking as a suspicious person report, so that they would not have to report these crimes under the Clery Act. Yale Police also lied in the report, claiming that I had said that someone didn’t belong at Yale. Yale did this, so that they could use this incident to justify implementing Yale’s Belonging at Yale initiative. Yale released my private information, including my medical history, to my harassers and stalkers.

These are all Clery Act and FERPA violations.

Because of the email I sent to the Department of Education, asking them to open an investigation into Yale’s many Clery Act violations spanning years, I believe that the Yale Police contacted me very recently, as a cover up.

The Yale Police are now claiming that they have no way to determine who sent the death threat on November 7th on the Office of Institutional Equity and Accessibility website.

So, the person who sent this credible threat to Yale is still unaccounted for.

But, no one on Yale’s campus knows about this. And, this is following the mass shooting at Brown University.

Of course, I believe that this is because Yale created this fake death threat to terrorize me, as they’ve been doing for years. But, regardless, Duane Lovello is lying about why Yale is continuing their heightened security measures. He’s also lying about there being no credible threat to Yale.

If you wish to speak more about this, please let me know.

Thank you,

Yale Accusing Me of Plot to kill President not any crazier than anything else Yale has done to me in the last almost 8 years. Yale accused me of trying to lynch black students at Yale, of plot to bomb the 2019 commencement, and swatted me untold times.
