I wanted to do a quick blog post to let everyone know that I received a new date for the CT Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Commission Hearing to get the Yale Police Department body camera footage from May 8th, 2018, of me only, that exonerates me and exposes Yale’s grossly illegal misconduct during the now notorious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale University. The new date is November 4th, 2019, in Hartford, CT. I will attend as a witness regardless, but I am hopeful that I will not have to represent myself, because I am just too distraught over the destruction of my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers.
This blog post is also a call for donations. My PayPalMe and GoFundMe links are listed below. I am very hopeful that I’ll be able to secure my legal representation this week. I need to pay them a $5k retainer. I am so close — maybe $1600 away. Of course, I’ll also have to book my travel to Hartford, CT for the CT FOIA Commission Hearing. I’ll appear as a witness, even if I have legal counsel representing me.
I think that I’m going to have to go ahead and book refundable travel, even though it’s more expensive. I don’t trust Yale’s high profile, outside legal counsel, Wiggin and Dana law firm, not to continue to engage in shady dealings. They already made a ridiculous request to postpone the CT FOIA Commission hearing (originally scheduled for October 3rd), after they knew that I had booked my non refundable travel, placing me in great financial hardship.
I can’t even tell all of you how much I love you all for everything that you have done for me. You are literally saving my life and career. We will restore civil liberties on college campuses and everywhere, including due process and free speech. I will NEVER stop fighting for justice against Yale and the entire moral outrage industry. We will NOT allow them to destroy one more innocent life and career. We will NOT allow them to drive one more innocent person to suicide.
I want to let the Woke Intersectional Feminists in academia and in the Fake News media know that their reign of terror is over. I am THE example of why Woke Intersectional Feminism is bigotry and stupidity. This is why I am a threat to them, and why they continue to attack me. But, Light and Truth and Justice will prevail. Yale WILL release the YPD body camera footage. We WILL restore civil liberties on college campuses and everywhere. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
