I am including my YouTube update videos about my battle with Yale to release the Yale Police Body Camera Footage from the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax that exposes Yale’s gross malfeasance. It exposes them as the LIARS that they are.
Please donate to my legal fund. My attorneys, the Randazza Legal Group, are currently working without being paid. They are NOT working pro bono, but they are offering me a substantially reduced rate. I will have to pay them for having submitted the Post Hearing Brief to the CT Freedom of Information Act Commission Hearing Officer Danielle McGee, on Friday, January 3rd, 2020, as well as the reply brief, due on Friday, January 17th, 2020. The $5k retainer, which was paid to my attys has been depleted. Additionally, even if we secure a favorable decision, Yale will no doubt appeal. I do not have the funds to continue to fight for the Yale Police Body Cam Footage w/o donations to my legal fund.
I have Yale’s Post Hearing Brief, but I am not feeling terribly strong right now, so I am waiting to read it. Gretchen Mullen, also known as SkepticReview89 on twitter, has posted my Post Hearing Brief to her blog, Skeptic Review. My attorneys gave me permission to release it. Brian Leiter has also posted a copy of my Post Hearing Brief to his blog, Leiter Reports. I provide those links here:
