Because cherry picking and grossly and willfully misconstruing my single word choices from anything I have ever typed in an email or online is the new favorite pastime of the deranged on Twitter and elsewhere, I now have to take time away from what is my 3rd or 4th full-time job right now of trying to save my life and career, and address these bald faced LIES.
The only CURRENT piece of personal information in anything that I have posted, including the Police Reports from March 9th, 2018 and May 8th, 2018, which obviously have mistakes in them, and the May 8th, 2018 Police Report has outright lies in it, which is why I’m pursuing a FOIA request to release the Yale Police Body Camera Footage from May 8th, 2018, with the CT FOIA Commission, is my phone number, which I’ve decided to change anyway. I found out that my phone number had already been publicly released by the CT FOIA Commission. I found this out when journalists began using it to contact me. Nothing else is current. NO ONE lives at the addresses in those police reports. In fact, the Hall of Graduate Studies is no longer a dorm and is currently undergoing renovation for an entirely different use. Revealing a phone number, which I can change at the drop of a hat, is NOT the same as revealing my current physical location and place of work, which IS DOXXING me and trying to get me killed. And, I am still in hiding. I still receive death threats and threats of violence. In fact, I have asked C-Line Films, not to reveal my physical location in their educational documentary The Call. I insisted upon making this point a part of our agreement. I have agreed to participate in The Call, because I now believe that C-Line Films will represent me accurately and that this will be an excellent opportunity to reveal the truth about the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

My permanent Twitter suspension is entirely wrongful. I am working to have my Twitter account rightfully and fully restored. John Besche of Yale Daily News is writing a piece currently, addressing the wrongfulness of my Twitter suspension. I have sent to him the mountains of evidence, which I also sent to both Twitter Support and the Better Business Bureau. I have also agreed to be interviewed by John for a piece telling my side of the story in the Yale Daily News. I trust him. I feel that he has done right by me by only ever simply stating the facts, which is more than most have done for me in the Moral Outrage Industry.
I find it interesting that people who are SOOOO concerned with crediting the proper sources of information didn’t credit me as the source of documents that they obtained. I also find it terribly interesting that people who are SOOO concerned with the past security breaches of particular apps also feel no qualms about using those apps to secure the documents that I have obtained.
Also, quoting Yale’s public statements about me to prove me wrong does no such thing, since my entire position is that Yale is telling disgusting lies about me.
And, feel free to parse my words all you wish. Do you really think that I would release a document that I felt contradicted my statements about the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax?
I have ALWAYS said that the 12th floor common room, which I have always acknowledged is referred to as such, was used approximately once per week for a late night raucous party before February 24th, 2018. I have never deviated from that claim. So, go ahead, and try to make the ridiculous claim that I somehow contradicted myself, because here I said that it was not infrequently used (for this purpose), and elsewhere I referred to the room as “little used,” which it was, especially when you consider that it was not otherwise used.
Everything I’ve said above was explained in full to the CT FOIA Commission Hearing Officer, in my testimony at the CT FOIA Commission Hearing on November 4th, 2019, and as my attorneys have made clear in my side’s Post Hearing Briefs, which I have released to the Public immediately upon obtaining them, fully un redacted, Yale refuted NONE of my testimony.
I told the CT FOIA Commission Hearing Officer that, yes, the 12th Floor Common Room of HGS was referred to as such, but that this was truly a misnomer, because the room was little used, and used only for the purpose of a late night, raucous party, approximately once per week, before February 24th, 2018.
I am truly just sick and tired of people spreading disgusting lies about me. I will never stop fighting for Light and Truth. I will never stop fighting to secure Justice for everyone who has been falsely accused and cyber mobbed and defamed and denied due process.
Why do people think that Yale dropped all charges against me? They did this because they couldn’t allow a hearing to take place, because I would have been exonerated, and they would have been exposed as the Bigots and Liars that they are.
