Politico just published an article on Sarah Palin’s defamation suit against the New York Times going to trial.

This trial is very, very important to anyone who cares about the Free Press in the US.

In the past few years, the Free Press in the US, from the New York Times to the lowliest so-called citizen journalist on Twitter, have embraced what I refer to as the Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler business model.

Everyone’s a Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler now. Journalism is dead. And, so-called Citizen Journalism doesn’t exist on social media, despite what Mike Solana said on Bari Weiss’ Substack, following Jack Dorsey’s departure from Twitter.

The Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler business model is to find as many snippets of out of context camera phone video of private citizen nobodies as you can, preferably middle aged white women with mental health disabilities and without the resources to defend themselves, post the videos on social media, especially Twitter and Facebook, accuse the subjects as having perpetrated heinous racist acts, and incite social media moral outrage mobs against them, to drive them to suicide and destroy their lives, i.e., Social Death. I refer to this as Trial by Twitter without Due Process and Woke KKK Cancel Culture.

The Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler business model has been wholly embraced by the entirety of what is now the Fake News Press, including the New York Times, The Washington Post, the LA Times, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, NPR, ABC, CBS, NBC, AP, GMA, Slate, Democracy Now, and the list goes on and on and on.

The Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler business model relies upon New York Times v. Sullivan, the landmark US Supreme Court ruling that established an actual malice standard for proving defamation when the person who has allegedly been defamed is a public figure.

How could the Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler business model have anything to do with New York Times v. Sullivan when Trial by Twitter is all about driving private citizen nobodies to suicide and destroying their lives, e.g., Karens Gone Wild videos?

Case in point: when Newsweek pretended that it was a legitimate news story when some miscreant made a TikTok video of her little old white lady busybody neighbor who didn’t like her tacky Tigger Flag. Because Newsweek is pretending that this is a matter of public concern and that that little old white lady private citizen nobody is an involuntary public figure, they are protected by NYT v. Sullivan from a defamation suit.

This is why the Fake News Press has carte blanche currently to wantonly destroy the lives of private citizen nobodies with impunity for cheap, easy, and fast Moral Outrage Industry money, especially Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money, and they simply can’t resist. The Free Press is dying, and even though they are precipitating their own demise by adopting the Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler business model, they seem to be in a competition with one another to publish the most sensationalized click bait defamation as possible, until they eradicate themselves.

This is why it was completely ludicrous and asinine for Kara Swisher to assert on Monica Lewinsky’s HBO documentary on Cancel Culture that the New York Times is held to a higher standard than your typical Shaun King/The Appeal Style Twitter Race Hustler. They’re not.

This is what was done to me too. In May, 2018, the entirety of the Fake New Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry pretended that what was actually the least newsworthy thing that happened on May 8, 2018, the perfectly obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, was a legitimate news story, and blew it up into a global racial hysteria that almost cost me my life. It did cost me my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers.

This is literally what happened: I called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, exactly as I had been instructed to do by the Yale Admin (for any reason whatsoever), because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room for months.

This is why we must revisit New York Times v. Sullivan and the definition of public figure. This is why Sarah Palin v. New York Times is so important, even though Sarah Palin actually is a public figure.

The whole world knows now that he began viciously and relentlessly attacking me in mid September, 2021, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Prof Brian Leiter. Richard Painter is literally trying to ruin me, silence me, and incite someone to shoot and kill me. He has done everything to me at this point from threatening to SWAT me and to have MN Attorney General Keith Ellison prosecute me for fraud for my GoFundMe fundraiser, to defaming me in an MSNBC Op Ed, comparing me to Hitler, and trying to Lynch me on Thanksgiving and Christmas, by comparing me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers, to incite someone to murder me. Of course, Yale Law School, including the Justice Collaboratory, and YLS Dean Heather Gerken, as well as YLS Prof and JC Member Monica C. Bell and Johns Hopkins Prof and JC Member Vesla Weaver, deserve their own paragraph. The whole world knows now that Yale Law School DEI Admins and Dean Heather Gerken grossly mistreated YLS Native American Student and Federalist Society Member Trent Colbert during the now notorious Traphouse Invite Debacle. They are also being sued by 2 YLS Students of Color for trying to destroy their future career prospects, because the 2 students allegedly refused to help YLS Dean Gerken destroy YLS Professor Amy Chua. So, now that these revelations have come to light, the whole world knows that I’ve been telling the truth this entire time about what Yale Law School and the Justice Collaboratory and YLS Dean Heather Gerken and YLS Prof Monica Bell and JC Member Vesla Weaver did to me. Monica Bell perpetrated the most egregious ethical violation when she published her asinine race-baiting dystopian fantasy article, Anti-Segregation Policing, in the NYU Law Review. She failed to make clear that she knew me as an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney and had worked with me at the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School. She failed to disclose that she was naming and defaming me and trying to drive me to suicide in the NYU Law Review to protect Johns Hopkins (formerly Yale) Prof and Justice Collaboratory Member Vesla Weaver. Vesla Weaver had worked with Johns Hopkins (formerly Yale) Professor Chris Lebron and Vox dot com to defame me and drive me to suicide, to use me as a proxy to get revenge against Yale for Lebron having been denied tenure at Yale. Both Vesla Weaver and Chris Lebron knew me and had worked with me at Yale, and I would even go so far as to say that Lebron knew me well at one point.
