Why the Trump Admin must act to reform Academia: I am beyond grateful to the College Fix for including an extensive discussion of the Witch Hunt at Yale, in this piece about Eric Kaufmann’s Buckingham Manifesto on how to save Academia from Woke insanity. I actually wrote quite a lengthy email to College Fix, which was really cathartic. I’m going to include it here, in case anyone cares to read it. I think it makes perfectly clear what a Woke monstrosity Academia, including STEM and the Humanities and the Law Schools, has become.

First, I think University of Buckingham Professor Eric Kaufmann is the hero we need to save not just the social sciences, but all of Western higher education from the Woke DEI and CRT Madness of the past decade or so. He has been a huge supporter of mine, since the beginning of the Witch Hunt at Yale. I literally wouldn’t still be here without him. I encourage anyone with the means to support his Centre for Heterodox Social Science.

I fully support Professor Eric Kaufmann’s Buckingham Manifesto for a Post-Progressive Social Science. I concur that we need a new social science re-committed to the telos of truth and knowledge production, rather than Woke ideology, in order to achieve a richer and more accurate account of our social world. I also agree that we need to study Wokeness as a radical ideology that both captured and threatened to destroy our Western institutions of higher education.

Before the Witch Hunt at Yale, Yale Professors Paul Bloom and Jack Dovidio and David Rand were trying to help me get a dual PhD in Psychology. I was the Social Psychology PhD student of Yale Law Professor Tom Tyler, the Co-Director of the Justice Collaboratory, and I was working on an empirical study on the nature of authority, of legitimacy, and the nature of the relationship between the two, as part of my Yale PhD dissertation, the Statics and Mechanics of Social Institutions. My dissertation incorporated game and rational choice theory and agent based computational modeling and simulation of how social institutions/conventions arise in a population, evolve, devolve, and, eventually, collapse.

During the Witch Hunt at Yale, the Yale Administration interrogated me about my exclusive legal positivism, the content of my Philosophy of Law PhD dissertation, and also my decade old anti-oppression essays in The Humanist, the magazine of the American Humanist Association, in which I described my work with Ni Putes Ni Soumises, in support of France’s anti-burqa law. Many don’t realize the degree to which the Witch Hunt at Yale happened, in order to silence me and thwart my work. This was a big part of the reason why the Yale Administration perpetrated the BLM/Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, in addition to using me as their Nazi, to justify implementing their vast, new Woke DEI and CRT Industry Bureaucracy, Belonging at Yale.

I became a target for expulsion for the Yale Administration during my first year in the PhD Program in Philosophy at Yale, when I stood up for the Federal Civil Rights, the religious expression rights, of an Evangelical Black man at Yale, our only POC job candidate for a tenure track Assistant Professor position. This was an episode reminiscent of and the precursor to the Yoel Inbar Affair at UCLA, in which a group of graduate students prevented his hiring at UCLA, because he expressed doubts about the efficacy of DEI statements. My cohort of graduate students planned a campaign to disrupt the job talk and prevent the hiring of this Evangelical Black man, Christopher Weaver, because they construed his years old comments on a Christian forum as anti-LGBTQ hate speech. I interpreted his comments as basically professing his Christian belief that Biblical scripture includes a prohibition on sodomy, which he understands to include gay sex. I told my cohort that they were arguably violating this man’s Federal Civil Rights, and that I would not allow it, because I am a civil rights attorney. This is why I was a social pariah on Yale’s campus. That was the last time that most of the graduate students spoke to me. They ostracized me and branded me an anti-LGBTQ bigot, and even went to the Administration to try to get me expelled. They would literally get up and walk out, if I entered a room. This culminated in a Maoist struggle session that they tricked me into attending, during which the other grad students sat around me in a circle and berated me to tears, telling me that I was stupid and a bad person.

The Woke DEI and CRT Industry in Academia must be destroyed, before it destroys all of Academia. Academia literally created a still thriving Get Sarah Braasch Killed Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry, part of the huge body of fraudulent Karen Gone Wild (Amy Cooper) pseudo-scholarship. This is not hyperbole. NYU Social Psychology Professor Jonathan Haidt was a leader of the Witch Hunt at Yale. He repudiated the Coddling of the American Mind (with FIRE’s Greg Lukianoff) on the book tour for the Coddling no less. He joined the Woke social media mob to destroy me, including in the New York Times and on Sam Harris’ podcast, and he engages in a behind the scenes smear campaign against me to this day. Haidt referred to me as “crazy” at a FIRE event. I now believe that Haidt may have conspired with Yale. I am creating a database. All of the Professors who participated in this anti-white racist monstrosity must be fired for Academic Fraud. The schools must be stripped of accreditation. It is the grossest Title VI Federal Civil Rights violation. This is why Jews are being terrorized on campus. The Woke DEI and CRT Industry made anti-white racial terror against “oppressors” ok again, and they code Jews as white and oppressor.

Wokeness was a catastrophe for Academia. Thank God Trump and Vance won. Thank God Trump is committed to eradicating Wokeness from Academia. I am hopeful that the Trump Administration, including the amazing AAG for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon, at the DOJ, will force Yale to sign an agreement to end Yale’s Woke DEI and CRT Industry, just as the Trump Administration did with Columbia, and is doing with Harvard.

The widespread attempts by the guilty to minimize and obscure the anti-white racist monstrosity that is Wokeness disgust me. They cannot be allowed to get away with this. This is why Eric Kaufmann’s efforts to expose it are so important.

These Woke DEI and CRT Monsters only understand money and power. This is why I am filing my legal complaints against Yale this summer, including my Section 1981 Federal Civil Rights complaint. I will be asking for $1B in punitive damages. I will also be asking the DOJ to prosecute a number of persons, both in and outside of Yale, both Professors and Administrators, under the KKK Act, for conspiring with Yale to deprive me of my Federal Civil Rights. The list is long and illustrious and includes a number of Professors affiliated with the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, including Yale Sociology Professor Elijah Anderson, James Forman Jr., Elizabeth Hinton, Monica C Bell, Tracey Meares, Phillip Atiba Solomon fka Goff, Johns Hopkins Professors Vesla Weaver and Chris Lebron, and Yale Law Dean and now President of the Ford Foundation, Heather Gerken, to name a few. This list also includes Yale Presidents Maurie McInnis and Peter Salovey, CT Governor and Yale Trustee Ned Lamont, Comcast President and Yale Trustee Michael Cavanagh, Rutgers Professor Roxane Gay, Fordham Law Professor Bennett Capers, University of Michigan Law and Philosophy Professor Ekow N Yankah, and ACLU President and NYU Law Professor Deborah Archer. And, the list goes on and on, and includes many members of the Woke Fake News Press. I believe that Shaun King, The Appeal, the ACLU, and The Young Turks, including Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian, coached the perpetrators of the BLM/Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax on how to execute the Race Hoax, including the Yale Administration and Police.

So, of course, I support Eric Kaufmann’s Buckingham Manifesto for a Post-Progressive Social Science. We desperately need this, in order to try to save Academia. But, I think the efforts to save Academia from itself will ultimately prove futile. I don’t know how Academia can continue after the Witch Hunt at Yale. This is a previously unknown level of Academic Fraud in Western higher education and dwarfs the p value and replication crisis in Psychology. This is why the public has no trust in higher education anymore. Academia did this to itself. They destroyed themselves by abandoning their telos of Truth, in favor of Wokeness.

My Email to the UNH Physics Dept Chair About Chanda Prescod-Weinstein’s Academic Fraud (Witch Hunt at Yale)

Here is my email to the Chair of the Physics Department at the University of New Hampshire, Dr. Per Berglund, to file a formal complaint against Dr. Chanda Prescod-Weinstein for Academic Fraud:

Hello Professor Berglund,

I wish I were writing to you under better circumstances. I am writing to you in your capacity as the Chair of the Physics Department at the University of New Hampshire. Below you will find the email that I sent to the President of the University of New Hampshire, and I have copied President Dean on this email as well.

I am compelled to write to you to file a formal complaint against Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein.  I have been informed by your Civil Rights Office that I may not file a complaint against Dr. Prescod-Weinstein for racist bullying and harassment, because I am not a member of the University of New Hampshire community. I am aware that the other persons who have submitted complaints against Dr. Prescod-Weinstein for this reason, including Dr. Hakeem Oluseyi, have been told the same.

However, the complaint I now wish to file is for academic fraud. As you will read below, Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has co-authored a set of Heising-Simons Foundation funded 2021 and 2022 Snowmass papers that are the grossest fraud perpetrated upon the University of New Hampshire, STEM Academia, and the worldwide scientific community. If these papers were included in her bid for tenure, her tenure is illegitimate. She cannot continue as a Physics Professor at the University of New Hampshire.

Even if the University of New Hampshire doesn’t care that Dr. Prescod-Weinstein almost got me killed, and destroyed the life and career of a vulnerable nobody grad student, as well as a human/civil rights attorney and a woman in STEM, I hope that you care profoundly for the integrity of your department and the field of Physics. I believe that you must. Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has decimated the reputation of your department in the eyes of the worldwide scientific community.

I ask you to please investigate the academic fraud perpetrated by Dr. Prescod-Weinstein and to act appropriately.

Respectfully, I cannot believe that the University of New Hampshire doesn’t care that one of their faculty members waged a racist terror campaign against a grad student and woman in STEM. Professor Prescod-Weinstein not only violated my Federal Civil Rights on Yale’s campus or on the University of New Hampshire’s campus, but on a global scale.

Moreover, she perpetrated the most egregious academic fraud at Snowmass, not once, but twice. For this reason alone, her employment at the University of New Hampshire must be terminated.

I will address my complaint to the Chair of the Physics Department as well, for this very reason.

I ask you to do the right thing and begin formal disciplinary procedures against Professor Prescod-Weinstein.

I wish that I were writing to you under better circumstances. I would like to join the formal complaint against Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein. If this is not possible, I would like to file my own complaint against Dr. Prescod-Weinstein, for racist and bigoted bullying and harassment and defamation. Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein has also committed the grossest professional ethics violation by perpetrating a fraud upon STEM Academia and the field of Physics.

I am sure it will not surprise you to learn that Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein has been defaming and terrorizing me for years, given her longstanding practice of defaming and terrorizing professors in Astrophysics and STEM Academia, including Dr. Hakeem Oluseyi and Dr. Beatriz Villarroel, as detailed in Jonathan Kay’s recent article in Quillette. And, of course, Dr. Prescod-Weinstein led the Cancel Culture campaign to rename the James Webb Space Telescope and to devastate the legacy and posthumous reputation of a great man.

What may surprise you is the fact that Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has coauthored a set of Heising-Simons Foundation funded Snowmass 2021 and 2022 papers, one of which (Policing and Gatekeeping in STEM) is nothing short of a race-baiting dystopian fantasy, starring me as the central genocidal villain, as part of the Witch Hunt at Yale. All of the papers in the set reference one another. I am an entirely innocent and lifelong human and civil rights attorney, a PhD Candidate at Yale in the Philosophy of Law and Language, and a woman in STEM, having obtained two summa cum laude engineering degrees (in Aerospace and Mechanical) from the University of MN in 1997. Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has actually published and presented a Living While Black Race Hoax as science scholarship, as particle physics, and she did it to destroy my life and career and drive me to suicide. She has heavily promoted this fraudulent Karen Gone Wild pseudo-scholarship on social media and online.

I had to go into hiding for years, because of what Dr. Prescod-Weinstein did to me. I have been deluged by death and rape threats. I am still struggling to survive and to stay off the streets. She must be fired. Her reprehensible behavior, not only towards me, but towards an untold number of other victims, brings shame upon the University of New Hampshire, STEM Academia, and the field of Physics.

I know that Dr. Prescod-Weinstein is fully aware that I am the innocent victim of a hate crime hoax.  She co-authored this BLM/Living While Black Race Hoax paper to help Yale Physics Professor Charles Brown, who figures prominently therein, to perpetrate the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.  Dr. Brown thanked Dr. Prescod-Weinstein on Twitter for helping him secure his Assistant Professor position at Yale, by participating in this and an earlier Living While Black Race Hoax at Yale. Despite the title of Dr. Prescod-Weinstein’s fraudulent and defamatory Snowmass paper, “Policing and Gatekeeping in STEM,” the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale had nothing to do with STEM Academia, aside from the fact that one of the perpetrators was a graduate student in physics, i.e., Dr. Charles Brown.

Dr. Charles Brown and his wife, Dr. Lyndsey McMillon-Brown, were key perpetrators of the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. I thought they were my friends. They were my Resident Coordinators in my dorm at Yale. I spent the holidays with them during my first year in the PhD Program in Philosophy at Yale. I gave my exercise bike to Dr. McMillon-Brown. 

But, then, along with the Yale Administration and Student Body and Government, Dr.’s Brown and McMillon-Brown turned on me. During my first year at Yale, I stood up for the Federal Civil Rights, the religious expression rights, of an Evangelical Black man at Yale. This was the prelude to the Yoel Inbar Affair at UCLA, if you’re familiar. My co-hort of graduate students were determined to wage a campaign to make sure that our only POC job candidate for an Assistant Professor position would not be hired. I told them that they were violating his Federal Civil Rights, and that I would not allow it. This was the last time that they spoke to me. They would get up and leave, if I entered a room. Then, in 2018, Dr.’s Brown and McMillon-Brown worked with the Yale Administration and Police to perpetrate the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. Dr. Brown is currently a Yale Physics Professor. Yale President Peter Salovey has established a practice of richly rewarding anyone who helped him try to get me killed. I am naming Dr. Brown in my Section 1981 Federal Civil Rights anti-white discrimination complaint against Yale, which I will file shortly.

Dr. Prescod-Weinstein’s co-authored Snowmass 2021 and 2022 paper, “Policing and Gatekeeping in STEM,” is a continuation of the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.  It is the most egregious fraud.

Dr. Prescod-Weinstein cannot continue as a Physics Professor at the University of New Hampshire. Her abhorrent behavior towards me shocks the conscience. She has perpetrated a fraud on the worldwide science community and destroyed the life of a vulnerable innocent nobody, for money and power and to further her academic career.

Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has decimated the reputation of the University of New Hampshire, and American Physics, in the eyes of the world. It was Dr. Yi-Zen Chu in Taiwan and Dr. Alessandro Strumia in Italy who first made me aware of the racist monstrosity that is Dr. Prescod-Weinstein’s Snowmass paper. Dr. Strumia asked the apt question, “What is next for American Physics? Claims that Sarah Braasch killed George Floyd?”

It’s a reasonable question. Currently, it’s American Physics to claim that I was trying to lynch Black students at Yale, because I called the non-emergency helpline of the campus police, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room. And, at the height of the Me Too movement, no less. This claim is quite literally a particle physics paper presented at Snowmass in 2021 and 2022 by Dr. Prescod-Weinstein.

I hope so much that Dr. Prescod-Weinstein will be immediately dismissed from her position as a Professor at the University of New Hampshire. Her reign of terror must come to an end. Please let me know if there’s anything at all that I can do to bring this about. Justice demands no less.

My Email to UNH President James Dean about Chanda Prescod-Weinstein & the Witch Hunt at Yale

Hello President Dean,

I wish that I were writing to you under better circumstances. I would like to join the formal complaint against Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein. If this is not possible, I would like to file my own complaint against Dr. Prescod-Weinstein, for racist and bigoted bullying and harassment and defamation. Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein has also committed the grossest professional ethics violation by perpetrating a fraud upon STEM Academia and the field of Physics.

I am sure it will not surprise you to learn that Professor Chanda Prescod-Weinstein has been defaming and terrorizing me for years, given her longstanding practice of defaming and terrorizing professors in Astrophysics and STEM Academia, including Dr. Hakeem Oluseyi and Dr. Beatriz Villarroel, as detailed in Jonathan Kay’s recent article in Quillette. And, of course, Dr. Prescod-Weinstein led the Cancel Culture campaign to rename the James Webb Space Telescope and to devastate the legacy and posthumous reputation of a great man.

What may surprise you is the fact that Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has coauthored a set of Heising-Simons Foundation funded Snowmass 2021 and 2022 papers, one of which (Policing and Gatekeeping in STEM) is nothing short of a race-baiting dystopian fantasy, starring me as the central genocidal villain, as part of the Witch Hunt at Yale. All of the papers in the set reference one another. I am an entirely innocent and lifelong human and civil rights attorney, a PhD Candidate at Yale in the Philosophy of Law and Language, and a woman in STEM, having obtained two summa cum laude engineering degrees (in Aerospace and Mechanical) from the University of MN in 1997. Dr. Prescod-Weinstein has actually published and presented a Living While Black Race Hoax as science scholarship, as particle physics, and she did it to destroy my life and career and drive me to suicide. She has heavily promoted this fraudulent Karen Gone Wild pseudo-scholarship on social media and online.

I had to go into hiding for years, because of what Dr. Prescod-Weinstein did to me. I have been deluged by death and rape threats. I am still struggling to survive and to stay off the streets. She must be fired. Her reprehensible behavior, not only towards me, but towards an untold number of other victims, brings shame upon the University of New Hampshire, STEM Academia, and the field of Physics.

I know that Dr. Prescod-Weinstein is fully aware that I am the innocent victim of a hate crime hoax.  She co-authored this BLM/Living While Black Race Hoax paper to help Yale Physics Professor Charles Brown, who figures prominently therein, to perpetrate the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.  Dr. Brown thanked Dr. Prescod-Weinstein on Twitter for helping him secure his Assistant Professor position at Yale, by participating in this and an earlier Living While Black Race Hoax at Yale. Despite the title of Dr. Prescod-Weinstein’s fraudulent and defamatory Snowmass paper, “Policing and Gatekeeping in STEM,” the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale had nothing to do with STEM Academia, aside from the fact that one of the perpetrators was a graduate student in physics, i.e., Dr. Charles Brown.

Dr. Charles Brown and his wife, Dr. Lyndsey McMillon-Brown, were key perpetrators of the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. I thought they were my friends. They were my Resident Coordinators in my dorm at Yale. I spent the holidays with them during my first year in the PhD Program in Philosophy at Yale. I gave my exercise bike to Dr. McMillon-Brown. 

But, then, along with the Yale Administration and Student Body and Government, Dr.’s Brown and McMillon-Brown turned on me. During my first year at Yale, I stood up for the Federal Civil Rights, the religious expression rights, of an Evangelical Black man at Yale. This was the prelude to the Yoel Inbar Affair at UCLA, if you’re familiar. My co-hort of graduate students were determined to wage a campaign to make sure that our only POC job candidate for an Assistant Professor position would not be hired. I told them that they were violating his Federal Civil Rights, and that I would not allow it. This was the last time that they spoke to me. They would get up and leave, if I entered a room. The other graduate students went to the Administration to have me expelled. I was soon a social pariah across Yale’s campus and the target of harassment and abuse in student housing. Dr.’s Brown and McMillon-Brown were complicit in the abuse I suffered for years. My advisors insisted I seek counseling, because I was so distraught. Dr.’s Brown and McMillon-Brown violated HIPAA by illegally releasing my medical record at Yale to my harassers and stalkers.

Woke Fake News Press Business Insider destroyed my life and Amy Cooper’s life during the Witch Hunt at Yale and the BLM/Living While Black Race Hoax. Business Insider defamed Bill Ackman’s wife, Neri Oxman, to attack Ackman, because he’s been standing up to the Woke DEI & CRT Industry, especially in Academia, including his alma mater, Harvard.

Hello Mr. Ackman,

I can’t tell you what you quote tweeting me means to me. I’ve been feeling so much despair. You have given me hope for the first time in a long time that it might still be possible to secure Justice and to get the Truth out about the Witch Hunt at Yale and the Woke DEI & CRT Industry. God bless you and Ms. Oxman.

I will try not to take up too much of your time. Feel free to call me also at (redacted). Anytime. I told Amy Cooper about what happened tonight. She is thrilled. She said to feel free to email her at (redacted).

My story is a long & convoluted tale, but I’ll try to give you the very brief nutshell version:

I was a social pariah at Yale, because, in my first year in the PhD Program in Philosophy, I stood up for the Federal Civil Rights, the religious expression rights, of an Evangelical Black man, our only POC job candidate for an Asst Prof position. This was the prelude to the Yoel Inbar Affair at UCLA. The other grad students decided that this person was unfit to be a Prof at Yale, b/c he had professed his adherence to Biblical scripture as Christian doctrine, and he interpreted the Bible to include a prohibition on sodomy. Even though I was an anti-theist at the time, as well as the daughter of my 2 surrogate dads (my chosen family), I was also a hardcore civil libertarian, and I would not allow the other grad students to wage their campaign to stop this man from being a Prof at Yale. As a result, I was ostracized. (I have character letters from my profs, including Jason Stanley and Scott Shapiro and Alan Schwartz, that corroborate this.) The other students would get up and leave, if I entered a room. I was so distraught that the Profs basically insisted that I go to counseling at the student health center. This is why I have a mental health history at Yale. Yale would subsequently violate HIPAA by releasing this information to my stalkers & harassers. The other grad students went to the Admin to get me expelled, and this is why I had a target on back, long before the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

As I’m sure you can imagine, Yale is actually a very insular and small community, and gossip spreads like wildfire, so I was soon a pariah across campus, and I experienced a great deal of harassment in grad student housing. This is why I already had a relationship with the Yale Police, and they had always told me to call them for any reason whatsoever, and they had always told me never to confront my harassers, but to stay in my room and to call them.

Fast forward to Spring 2018. I was living like a hermit Rapunzel at the top of a tower in my dorm on Yale’s campus. I truly just wanted to be left in peace to finish my dissertation. 

I had an unfortunate encounter with a man who followed me into the elevator and up to my isolated Yale dorm room in an unauthorized manner. I tried to avoid a confrontation with him, but ended up speaking with him briefly. When I was finally able to get into my dorm room safely, I decided to call the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police. They told me that they would stop by, just to make sure that everything was ok. To make a long story short, the YPD apparently did come by, and the other students who were holding some kind of event in the misnamed 12th floor common room, the small, little used, only other room on my floor, harassed me that evening, on 2/24/2018. I sent an email to my RC’s who responded hours later, accusing me of having done something wrong. I met with Yale Housing on 2/26/2018. They told me that I had done nothing wrong, and that I was the only person who had done nothing wrong, and not to give it another thought. They told me that they were going to punish the RC’s and the other students involved for harassing me.

What I now believe happened, in full retrospect, is that the RC’s and students decided to falsely accuse me of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching, to avoid being punished for having harassed me that evening. 

Unfortunately, because the DEI Admin at Yale, including Yale Grad School Dean Lynn Cooley, Yale Grad School Diversity Dean Michelle Nearon, and Yale VP of U Life, Kimberly Goff Crews, had already been targeting me for expulsion, while they had also been trying to implement their new Woke DEI & CRT Bureaucracy, Belonging at Yale, for years, they saw an opportunity to use me as their Nazi.

I was informed by Yale Director of Student Housing, George Longyear, that news of my egregious “racism” was spreading like wildfire across the Admin, and that they expected me to undergo a Maoist struggle session, at which I was to profess my racism and teach the other members of the Yale community how not to be racist like me. They also intended to use me as an excuse to have all incoming grad students undergo implicit bias training.

Of course, I was horrified and shocked. I threatened litigation, if the Yale Admin continued to defame me. I had nothing and no one besides my reputation. It became clear to me almost immediately that Yale intended to destroy my reputation and ruin my livelihood and my life.

Over the course of the next several months, I was terrorized in my isolated Yale dorm room. I filed a police report, which the Yale Police mislabeled as a suspicious person report, instead of what it was: a report of criminal harassment and stalking, the grossest violation of the Federal Clery Act.

I was also meeting with Yale Provost Stephanie Spangler and Associate Provost Cynthia Smith, and conversing with Yale Police Chief Ronnell Higgins through them, begging them to stop the harassment and the defamation.

I now believe that the Yale Admin was working with the ACLU and Shaun King (aka The Appeal) to figure out a way to perpetrate the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, so they could use me as their Nazi, to justify implementing their Woke DEI & CRT Bureaucracy, Belonging at Yale.

This is exactly what they did. The Yale Admin, including Yale President Peter Salovey, released statements immediately after 5/8/2018 condemning me as guilty of racial harassment, before I even knew what had happened to me. I was vilified on a global scale by the Woke Fake News Press, which I believe was orchestrated by Yale, before I even knew what had happened to me.

I had to flee Yale’s campus for my life and immediately go into hiding.  My surrogate dads paid a criminal defense attorney $10k to save my life and to stop Yale from expelling me. Yale knowingly filed false charges against me.

In July 2018, Yale General Counsel admitted to my attorney that I had never engaged in racism and said that they would withdraw the racial component of the harassment charges against me.

On August 1, 2018, Yale President Peter Salovey released a grossly defamatory statement against me, condemning me as guilty of racial harassment, and announcing me as the impetus for sweeping, University-wide policy changes, even though he knew that I was suicidal and in hiding to save my life and being deluged with death and rape threats. This was a complete denial of Due Process, before my hearing.

In October, 2018, Yale “withdrew” the charges against me, but illegally banned me from campus and from teaching at Yale. I was told that they wanted to be able to say that they never investigated.  I didn’t understand this until Yale released their farce of a Title VI review, the Reese Report.

The Reese Report was a de facto quasi-judicial process w/o my participation or knowledge. It was the most egregious violation of Due Process, and the heart of my Section 1981 complaint against Yale. Yale only gave Benjamin Reese the most defamatory materials, produced by my accusers, and only had Reese speak to my accusers. It was a foregone conclusion that I was being convicted, so that Yale could use me as an excuse to implement Belonging at Yale.

Yale proclaimed the Reese Report the foundation of the Belonging at Yale initiative. Yale followed up the Reese Report with the 21CP Report, which was another farce of Due Process that condemns me as guilty of racial harassment. Yale continues to accuse me of trying to lynch Black Yale students to this day, even though Yale has implemented the strictest security measures regarding access to their dorms and campus, in light of a wave of violent crimes perpetrated on and near campus.

CT Gov Ned Lamont, a Yale Trustee, appointed Yale Police Chief Ronnell Higgins as the CT Public Safety Chief. This is beyond ludicrous. I believe this is because I am filing my Section 1981 complaint against Yale, and Higgins keeps extending my statute of limitations. I am naming them both in my Section 1981 complaint. Higgins perjured himself before the CT FOI Commission, and strongly insinuated that the YPD could shoot and kill a Black Yale student at any moment, just because a woman grad student calls the non-emergency helpline of the Yale campus police for help, b/c she is being harassed in her isolated Yale dorm room. The President of Comcast is also a Yale Trustee. I will also be naming him in my complaint against Yale. Comcast actually blamed me for the Yale Police shooting of Stephanie Washington.

My life has been decimated. I am still struggling to stay off the streets.

We have to end the Woke DEI & CRT Industry. At Yale and everywhere. They made racial terror against “oppressors” ok again. This is why Jews are being terrorized at Harvard, Columbia, & Yale, et al. Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken cannot be the next President of Yale. She has done nothing but perpetrate BLM/Living While Black Race Hoaxes during her entire tenure, including the Witch Hunt at Yale. I reached out to her to address the Get Sarah Braasch Killed Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry in Academia, first established by the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, where I was a member and the Social Psychology PhD student of Tom Tyler, Co-Director with Tracey Meares, both of whom were on Barack Obama’s 21st Century Policing Taskforce. Just like she did to the Jewish students who reached out to her for help, Gerken responded by mocking me and suggesting that I need mental health help. Of course, Yale’s next President should be Tamar Szabo Gendler. She has always been kind to me. She was instrumental in bringing me to Yale. Her husband, Zoltan Szabo, a Phil Prof at Yale, was my Advisor during the Witch Hunt at Yale. He ended up giving me around $3k to save my life, when Yale cut off my stipend prematurely, to punish me for telling the Truth about what they did to me during the Witch Hunt at Yale.

I don’t know if you know of anyone at Yale, but Tamar needs to be Yale’s next President, not Gerken. Of course, I think Salovey is stepping down, because the truth is coming out, not only about the Witch Hunt at Yale, but also about Saif Khan. Khan was condemned by a Title IX kangaroo court. He has been a huge support to me. I love him forever. He is suing Yale for defamation, etc. for $100 million. I am using his complaint against Yale as a model for my complaint. We have to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale and Harvard and everywhere. I am also creating a database of everyone who contributed to the huge body of fraudulent Karen Gone Wild pseudo-scholarship, as well as the Get Sarah Braasch Killed Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry. We have to end the Woke DEI & CRT Industry before they get 1 more innocent killed, like Richard Bilkszto.

My apologies. I think I was in X mode. Amy’s email is (redacted).  I now believe that what happened to Amy in Central Park was a full fledged BLM/Living While Black Race Hoax, not just in the sense that this was a non-event that was blown into a global hysteria by the Woke Fake News Press, but that Christian and Melody Cooper planned ahead of time to perpetrate a Hoax against a white woman in Central Park. This is based on Christian Cooper’s history of altercations against dog owners in Central Park, as well as their social media histories, and I have screen shots of everything, even though Christian and Melody Cooper left X. I believe that Soledad O’Brien planned ahead of time to distribute the video for them. Also based upon her social media history, and I have all of the screen shots. And, I believe they did this to revive their flailing entertainment careers. Melody Cooper did it to use it as fodder for a Law and Order SVU telescript.

It’s interesting, because my and Amy’s stories are a complement to one another. She dealt with the Woke DEI & CRT Industry on the corporate side with Franklin Templeton, and I dealt with it in Academia, at Yale, but we were both vilified on a global scale in the Woke Fake News Press.

I also wanted to tell you that my story at Yale is also very much an issue of Free Speech and Academic Freedom.

I was ousted as a heretic, because I had infiltrated the inner sanctum of Wokeness, but I was a hardcore civil libertarian. I was a self-professed Social Justice Warrior, but I also saw myself as a reformer from within. During the Witch Hunt at Yale, the Yale Admin interrogated me about my PhD Dissertation, my inclusive legal positivism, and my decade old anti-oppression essays in The Humanist Magazine of the American Humanist Association.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering helping me and Amy. You are a Godsend. I was feeling so much despair. But, I know that I just have to stay calm and keep fighting for Truth and Justice. In the end, Truth will out. Strength and Honor.  😉

Comrie is a six months pregnant nurse who just came off a 12 hour shift at Bellevue Hospital in NYC. Comrie became involved in an argument over a Citi Bike with a group of young Black men & a 90 sec snippet of out of context camera phone video was recorded of the incident. This was a non-event — 2 people in an argument over a Citi Bike in NYC. Judge helped blow it up into a global conflagration. Regardless of the fact that she claims that it was already a global conflagration when she began discussing it, she absolutely fanned the flames with a tweet calling Comrie a bitch and accusing her of trying to get the young Black men in the video killed. Judge said that Comrie weaponized her white women tears. This tweet has, as of this moment, received almost 5M views. Judge went on to tweet that she hopes Comrie is fired, that she hopes Comrie never has a moment of peace for the rest of her life, that she hopes Comrie is rendered unemployable, that she hopes her tweets about Comrie show up at the top of a Google Search for the rest of Comrie’s life, and that Judge intended to tweet about her forever to make sure that this happens. She said Fuck You, Sarah Jane Comrie. Judge demanded that the New York Times cover the story. And, Judge said many other disgusting things about Comrie.

This is why I call it Woke KKK Cancel Culture. This is why I call them the Woke KKK. This is subjecting a nobody to the immediate and grossly disproportionate sentence of Social Death or Suicide for a non-crime. If you are trying to get a nobody fired, expelled, disbarred, stripped of their professional licenses, prosecuted, de-platformed, made destitute & unemployable, and decimate their life & career & livelihood & reputation, then you are trying to drive them to suicide & get them killed. No one is confused about this.

Judge is now trying to say that she was simply giving her opinion about an already widely reported upon case. Judge is now trying to say that this is simply holding a racist bigot accountable. Judge is LYING. Judge is also employing DARVO (Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender). Judge is saying that the persons on Twitter pointing out that Judge is the racist bigot who was trying to get Sarah Comrie killed are harassing Judge. There’s No Justice Here: Court Asserts that Yale Police Can Violate Constitution At Will; Hide Information From Public, But Reveal It To Yale Administration

So, the decision on my appeal of my FOI request for the Yale Police body camera footage from the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale was bad and has far reaching implications, way beyond me. There’s no justice here. The Court basically said that the Yale Police can pretend that I was reporting a crime and withhold the body camera footage from the public at will. What this means is that if George Floyd had been killed by police in CT, the police could have withheld the body camera footage. What is also very disturbing is that the Court said that the Yale Police are free to reveal information to the Yale Administration, which they hide from the public. It doesn’t get much worse than that, or more of a constitutional violation. It seems that this is going to require a legislative response. My attorneys at Randazza Legal Group have done a magnificent job from beginning to end, and I could not be more grateful to them. They helped me when no one else would. Woke KKK Fake News Press Nature Still Trying to Get Me Killed 5 Years After Witch Hunt at Yale, b/c it’s Easier to Kill a Vulnerable Nobody than Publish Science for $$$

I will have so much more to say about this, but I’m in a state of shock to discover that Nature, the world’s leading science journal, is continuing their campaign to get me killed and drive me to suicide to this very day.

I guess it’s easier to drive a vulnerable poor white trash nobody to suicide via Woke KKK Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter for Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money than it is to actually do or publish science.

The icing on the cake is that Nature chose to try to get me killed in their women’s rights issue. Nature 100% knows that I’m an innocent Yale graduate student, woman in STEM (engineering), and human and civil rights attorney. I am susceptible to suicide and have already lived a life of egregious trauma. I am a woman who has overcome extreme disadvantage and fought my way to a Yale PhD, based only on the quality of my work. I have mental health disabilities, including PTSD. Nature decided it was ok to try to kill me for money, because they regard my life as worthless, because they see me as poor white trash, as an unworthy interloper at Yale, and they thought that I would never be able to fight back, because of my mental health disabilities.

And, just like the mainstream Fake News Press, Nature has learned that attacking private citizen nobodies is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to make a buck without fear of being sued for defamation, thanks to New York Times v. Sullivan. It’s especially lucrative to attack the vulnerable, those with mental health disabilities and without the resources to defend themselves. Poor white trash make the best victims of Living While Black Race Hoaxes. (The irony being that Nature is gatekeeping for Yale and the Ivy League — to keep out the crazy, old poor white trash interlopers like me, who don’t BELONG there.) All they need do is pretend that it’s a matter of public interest when a Karen Goes Wild on a college campus, i.e., takes reasonable precautions to enter her isolated Yale dorm room safely when she is followed by a stranger in violation of Yale housing regulations. By the way, another local student was just stabbed to death on the streets of New Haven, Connecticut, the home of Yale University, a particularly dangerous and crime ridden city. Does anyone remember Me Too? The Kavanaugh hearings?

Everyone conveniently forgets that Yale student housing is a cesspool and no woman is safe there when it’s a white woman being followed by a Black man up to her isolated Yale dorm room. In that instance, quite obviously, the white woman is trying to lynch the Black man via the Yale Campus Police, if she even thinks about calling the non-emergency helpline thereof, or even thinks about taking reasonable measures to secure her personal safety. Even questioning the Black man’s presence, ever, even on a narrow landing immediately in front of her isolated Yale dorm room door, is an abomination, a perpetration of a racist hate crime, and nothing less than an attempted lynching. She is more than a Karen Gone Wild. She is a Carolyn Bryant seeking the death of another innocent Emmett Till.

Nature should shutter themselves in abject shame for publishing yet another Living While Black Race Hoax article, a pure race-baiting dystopian fantasy starring me as the central Black student lynching villain. Almost 4 years after the Witch Hunt at Yale that almost got an innocent civil rights attorney killed, Nature, a purported science journal, doesn’t let the truth get in the way of a Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money generating Living While Black Race Hoax.

Nature published a ridiculously stupid Woke KKK article by Tamra Blue. Of course it pushes the perfectly obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale more than 4 years after the least newsworthy event of 2018. Because there is apparently so much anti-Black racism on college campuses that the only instance thereof Tamra Blue could think of to kick off her Woke KKK article was a perfectly obvious Hate Crime Hoax from over 4 years ago. You would think if racism is rampant, an epidemic even, in Academia, that she might have been able to come up with a more egregious, and more recent, example.

Oh no. I called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, really Campus Security, exactly as I had been instructed to do by the Yale Administration, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room for months. Clearly, I am responsible for thwarting the success of all Black students in STEM. Never mind that I am a woman in STEM.

I can legitimately call myself a rocket scientist. I graduated with two summa cum laude engineering degrees (1 in mechanical engineering and 1 in aerospace engineering and mechanics) from the University of Minnesota in 1997. I was often 1 of two or three women in a class of 100 at the U of MN. I led the way and broke down the barriers to STEM for those that followed, including Tamra Blue. You’re welcome. Moreover, I continue to be a woman in STEM. My Saving the World Project, an analysis of how to minimize the oppression inherent to our social institutions, incorporates an agent based computational model and simulations in Matlab of how a social institution/convention arises in a population, evolves and devolves, and, eventually, collapses. I employ cooperative and competitive game theory and decision theory in my work. I also developed a social psychological study on the nature of authority, the nature of legitimacy, and the nature of the relationship between the two, before I had to flee Yale’s campus for my life while being taunted by a Woke mob.

I demand that Nature retract this Living While Black Race Hoax article that puts my life in danger. I am still struggling to survive and stay off the streets almost 5 years after the Witch Hunt at Yale that almost got me killed. It’s the least you can do for a fellow woman in STEM.

In fact, they want me dead, so that they can make more money off my corpse.

Nature published a race-baiting dystopian fantasy and Living While Black Race Hoax article, because they don’t seem to care anymore about publishing science.

They aren’t even pretending to be a scientific journal anymore.

I am begging Martin Luther King III to NOT be part of Yale’s Martin Luther King Jr Day Events. Yale is exploiting and lying to you. They are making a mockery of your father’s legacy. They had Yale’s former Campus Police Chief, now Associate Vice President for Public Safety and Community Engagement, Ronnell Higgins, on for their December 27th, 2022 episode. Because Christmas and New Year’s always seems like the time when the Woke KKK Monsters try to get me killed, just to make the holidays extra special for me.

Yale’s Ronnell Higgins literally accuses me of weaponizing the Yale Campus Police to try to get a Black Yale student killed. He accuses me of perpetrating an attempted lynching of a Black student on Yale’s campus via the Yale Campus Police. He refers to my race and sex, a white female, and frames the incident as a racist hate crime with me as the villain, because he is trying to get me killed by driving me to suicide or by inciting my murder. Higgins 100% knows that this is the likely outcome. He is trying to cover up his own and Yale’s gross malfeasance.
