Hi, This is Sarah Braasch. Welcome or welcome back to my channel. I know it’s been a long time since I posted a new video. So much has been happening. Most of you probably follow me on twitter, so you know. I’ll do a complete update video on where I’m at as far as saving my life and human and civil rights career goes, but today I want to address a specific and very important event that is fast approaching.
A couple of days ago I received a notice from the CT Freedom of Information Act Commission, with respect to my appeal. I had requested the May 8th, 2018 Yale Police Department body camera footage of me only from the Yale Police Department, with the intent of releasing this footage to the public, because it exonerates me and exposes Yale’s grossly illegal misconduct towards me, including their complicity in the now notorious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax.
They Yale Police Department refused my request for obvious reasons. They of course would not like to have it revealed that they grossly violated my Federal Civil Rights and perpetrated a Hate Crime Hoax against one of their own students, as well as participated in an illegal online campaign to publicly shame this student for her mental health disabilities.
So, the notice I received from the CT FOIA Commission indicated that a hearing has been set on October 3rd, 2019, in Hartford, CT. I have identified my legal representation, but, unfortunately, I have not been able to secure sufficient funds to cement an attorney client relationship with them. For this reason, it looks like I will have to fly to Hartford, CT to attend the hearing myself and represent myself in this matter, in order to obtain the Yale Police body camera footage, for the purpose of releasing it to the public, to exonerate myself and to expose Yale’s gross wrongdoing.
If Yale forces me to take this step, and to leave my residence, where I am still in hiding, then I assure them that I will make a spectacle of the trip. I will hold press conferences, in Hartford and New Haven, and in New York City, and I will meet with the press. I will also be requesting permission from Yale Grad School Dean Lynn Cooley to go onto Yale’s campus. I have been illegally banned from campus. If she refuses my request, this will be another Federal Office for Civil Rights complaint.
It would of course be better for me not to attend, for my mental health and wellbeing also, and it of course would be preferable to be represented by licensed legal counsel. But, I will go myself, if I must. I am making this video to ask for donations, so that I may secure my legal representation before the CT FOIA Commission hearing on October 3rd. I will make use of the funds I have already been able to raise, because this is such an important part of my case. Of course, I have already gone thru the contents of the footage in great detail on my YouTube Channel and blog, but, of course, I need the actual footage to be released to the public to corroborate my claims.
