Moreover, that Jamil Smith and Vox.com are utter charlatans and frauds who couldn’t care less about Black people, Racism, or Police Brutality could not be more obvious.

Jamil Smith and Vox.com are peddling the same trite and racist trope that has garnered them so much Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money as part of the Fake News Press for the past few years.

Now Jamil Smith and Vox.com, charlatans and frauds that they are, are applying this surefire formula for making Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money in the Fake News Press to a white teenager on trial for murder for killing two white men.

How do the evil, lying bigots and frauds, Jamil Smith and Vox.com, justify framing the killing of two white men by a white teenager in racial terms?

Because these killings took place in the aftermath of the shooting of Jacob Blake by the police in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

For the charlatans and frauds, Jamil Smith and Vox.com, it doesn’t really matter. It’s all mendacious pretext anyway.

Jamil Smith and Vox.com will use any excuse to write and publish anti-white racist drivel in the Fake News Press for Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money, because that’s what sells these days. They don’t care if they destroy the Living While Black Movement either. They don’t care if they undermine the Black Social Justice Movement in the US either, as long as they line their pockets with Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money.

They tried to drive me, an obviously innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, to suicide for Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry money in the Fake News Press, by telling the most disgusting and racist and bigoted LIES about me. They destroyed the Living While Black Movement in the process, by turning it into a Race and Hate Crime Hoax and Blood Sport, targeting and demonizing vulnerable white women, typically those with mental health disabilities and without resources to fight back. And, they were happy to exploit the killings and shootings, including police killings and shootings, of Black men and boys in doing so, including George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Jacob Blake, Daunte Wright, and Adam Toledo, among others.

Jamil Smith straight up lies, and states as fact that I called 911 on Lolade Siyonbola, because she was Black and that the Yale Campus Police Officers who came to our Yale dorm at 2 am might have murdered Siyonbola, if the mood had so struck them. In fact, the evil, lying bigot and fraud, Jamil Smith, throughout his Living While Black Race Hoax article in Rolling Stone, repeatedly accuses me of having tried to murder Lolade Siyonbola, essentially by swatting her, i.e. calling the Yale Campus Police in the hopes that they would murder her.

I have already made clear the true story of what actually happened during the what should have been obvious to anyone with half a brain Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

I never called 911. I called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police. I did NOT call the New Haven Police. The Yale Campus Police were considered on par with the Yale Campus Security. I had personally been instructed by the Yale Administration, including Yale Provost and University-wide Title IX Coordinator, Stephanie Spangler, with whom I had been meeting for months before May 8th, 2018, and, through her, Yale Campus Police Chief Ronnell Higgins, to call the Yale Campus Police for any reason, at any time, even if unsure that such a call was truly necessary. Moreover, the Yale Campus Police cultivated this relationship with the Yale community, and they did so publicly, including on their own website. They encouraged the entire community to call them for any reason, at any time, even if unsure that such a call was necessary. On March 9th, 2018, when I filed my first Yale Campus Police Report having to do with the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, Yale Campus Police Officer Grace Schenkle told me that they always prefer to come and check things out, just to make sure that everything is ok.

Additionally, as the whole world now knows, I was harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room for months, presumably by Yale students, including Lolade Siyonbola, after an incident on February 24th, 2018, during which I was the only person harassed and racially profiled. I was exonerated for the incident on February 24th, 2018, by Yale Housing, who told me not to give the incident another thought. They told me that the other students and Resident Coordinators involved would all be punished. In truth, all I had done was take reasonable precautions to enter my dorm room safely, after I had been followed up to my isolated Yale dorm room by a stranger, a man, who very obviously did not have authorization to have done so, and was in violation of Yale Housing Regulations. Why this was not considered a Me Too incident is flabbergasting, when, apparently, according to a recent lawsuit against Yale, as well as the response to Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination, Yale student housing is a cesspool, and no woman is safe there.

I filed the Yale Campus Police report on March 9th, 2018, to have a public record of the truth of what had occurred on February 24th, 2018, after I was made aware by Yale Housing Director George Longyear that the other students and Resident Coordinators involved in the February 24th, 2018 incident had appealed to the Yale Graduate School Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Administration, falsely accusing me of racism. I learned months later that they had actually falsely accused me of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching, presumably to avoid being punished for harassing me that evening.

The Yale Graduate School DEI Bureaucracy had determined that I should be punished for my racism. Yale Housing Director George Longyear told me that they expected me to undergo implicit bias training. He told me that they expected me to participate in a Maoist struggle session, a public town hall, during which I was to profess my racism and teach the other members of the Yale community how not to be racist like me. He told me that they planned to implement implicit bias training for all incoming Yale graduate students, as a direct response to my heinous racism.

It is fitting that evil, lying bigot and fraud, Jamil Smith, is now part of Vox.com.

Vox.com helped lead the global defamation campaign against me that almost got me killed and destroyed my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, after the should have been obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

In point of fact, Vox.com worked with Johns Hopkins Professors, Vesla Weaver and Chris Lebron, to try to drive me to suicide and to use me as a proxy for Weaver and Lebron to get revenge against Yale for Lebron having been denied tenure at Yale.

Vox.com published Vesla Weaver’s ridiculously racist and defamatory article about me after the should have been obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. Chris Lebron promoted the article on social media, including on Twitter, and created a hashtag out of my name.

What should shock the whole world about this is that both Professors Weaver and Lebron knew me from their time at Yale, and Chris Lebron knew me well and had worked with me on two different and explicitly anti-racism conferences at Yale, along with my Yale Advisor, Jason Stanley. Weaver remains a member of the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, along with Co-Director and frequent collaborator, Tracey Meares. I was a member of the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, working on the issues of implicit bias and police brutality with my then Advisor, Tom Tyler, Father of Procedural Justice and Co-Director of the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, along with YLS Professor Tracey Meares, both of whom were members of Barack Obama’s 21st Century Policing Taskforce.

I can only assume that Tracey Meares pressured Tom Tyler to abandon me, after I publicly exposed Vesla Weaver and Chris Lebron, and Vox.com, for the evil, lying bigots and frauds that they are. Tom Tyler had been supportive of me, after the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, and had written a character letter on my behalf to Yale’s General Counsel. He was thrilled with my Yale PhD Dissertation and had joined my Dissertation Committee. He was very excited about my social psychological empirical project. I had designed a study to investigate the nature of authority, the nature of legitimacy, and the nature of the relationship between the two.

These are the objective facts of the matter.

But, I won’t hold my breath waiting for Jamil Smith, Vox.com, or Rolling Stone to report on them.

And, I sure am not going to hold my breath waiting for any apologies.
