But, if a white woman dares to take reasonable precautions to enter her isolated Yale dorm safely, when she is followed in an unauthorized manner up to her room, then Richard Painter will try to get her fired and disbarred and prosecuted for an almost 4 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale.

Honestly, Twitter was doing such a great job for a minute addressing the monstrous abuse and harassment and stalking of me taking place on their platform. Immediately after Jack Dorsey announced his departure, Twitter announced a new policy of not allowing images and video of private citizen nobodies on their platform without consent. Twitter Support seemed to be making a real effort to help me stop my many abusive stalkers from using Twitter as a platform from which to wage campaigns to destroy my life and drive me to suicide.
Of course, it is perfectly obvious that Twitter’s new policy of not allowing images and videos of private citizen nobodies without consent is meant to prevent what was done to me on their platform from happening to anyone else ever again. A grossly violative video, taken at 2 am, when I was standing in the threshold of my isolated Yale dorm room, was propagated around the world in seconds, as part of a global vilification and defamation campaign against me. I could not have had a greater expectation of privacy. I could not have been less of a public figure. I was living like a hermit Rapunzel at the top of a tower on Yale’s campus. It was perfectly obvious to any reasonable person that this video was meant to publicly shame me for my mental health disabilities. I had been harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room for months. The Yale Administration and Campus Police were fully aware, and had repeatedly told me to call the Yale Campus Police for absolutely any reason whatsoever. I called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, truly Campus Security, exactly as instructed. This was an utter non-event that was blown into a global racial hysteria by the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry, at the behest of the Yale Administration.
Twitter Race Hustler Shaun King, synonymous with The Appeal, played a major role in the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. It was obvious from his own tweets that he had been in contact with Lolade Siyonbola and Reneson Jean-Louis before the culminating event on May 8th, 2018. Shaun King immediately pushed the video on Twitter, along with a number of other Black News websites. Siyonbola and Reneson began a media blitz that day, even before I had any idea what had been done to me. The Yale Administration released, almost instantaneously, public statements condemning me as guilty of racial harassment. Moreover, they target the vulnerable, especially white women with mental health disabilities and without the resources to fight back or defend themselves. Trevor Noah recently brought a lawsuit against someone, citing severe emotional distress. Michael Harriot of The Root nearly built his entire career on my back. He stalked and harassed me incessantly after May 8th, 2018. He waxed psychotic about my genitalia and referred to me as a “Swamp Twat.” He lamented the fact that I hadn’t gone further in his annual Wypipo Awards Tournament. Harriot’s campaign against me culminated in an Op Ed in the Washington Post after George Floyd’s killing in May, 2020. He named me in what can only be construed as a death threat, wherein he compared me to Carolyn Bryant, the white woman whose false accusation against Emmett Till led to his lynching. Ijeoma Oluo, author of So You Want to Talk About Race, put a call out to her then 200k Twitter followers to stalk and harass me in my isolated Yale dorm room. The video and screen shots of me clearly included my Yale dorm room number. I was forced to move into a part of the dorm that was under construction and then flee Yale’s campus for my life while being taunted by a mob. Oluo has repeatedly stated that I am the reason that she was swatted and forced to leave her home. But, Oluo is the reason, in no small part, that I was forced to flee my home and go into hiding for my personal safety.
I have been repeatedly swatted now. I believe that I was swatted, on May 9th and 17th, 2021, by none other than new ACLU President Deborah Archer and former The Appeal President Josie Duffy-Rice, as well as former The Appeal affiliate Rebecca Kavanagh. I believe they were retaliating against me for publicly exposing them as monsters. The very first, most important thing that brand new ACLU President Deborah Archer thought she needed to do was team up with The Appeal President Josie Duffy-Rice to drive me to suicide and destroy me. The ACLU has never relented in their now almost 4 year campaign to decimate my reputation and livelihood, led by ACLU Attorney Carl Takei. When I was filming with Chico Colvard and Madison O’Leary of C Line Films, for their social justice documentary, The Call, we spoke about how we have to denounce the Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes; otherwise, people will stop believing actual reports of real racism when they occur, including on college campuses like Yale and Smith College.
But, instead of denouncing the obvious Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes that occurred, the Charlatans and Frauds of the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry pushed these obvious Hoaxes for money and gain.
And, moreover, the Charlatans and Frauds of the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry exploited the killings and shootings, including the police killings and shootings, of Black men and boys. So, what does Richard Painter decide to do? Brilliant rhetorician that he is?
He’s going to tie his argument to Kyle Rittenhouse, first, and, of course, Trump, and, then, inexplicably, me, by pulling in the USA Today’s Editorial Board’s Thanksgiving Op Ed that is nothing less than an incitement for someone to shoot and kill me, when they compare me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers.
Racism and guns are both the problem, and somehow Sarah Braasch exemplifies this.
You can tell that Richard Painter really thought he won the day with that one.
But wait. I simply called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, really Yale Campus Security, exactly as I had been instructed to do, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room.

He’s going to tie his argument to Kyle Rittenhouse, first, and, of course, Trump, and, then, inexplicably, me, by pulling in the USA Today’s Editorial Board’s Thanksgiving Op Ed that is nothing less than an incitement for someone to shoot and kill me, when they compare me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers.
Racism and guns are both the problem, and somehow Sarah Braasch exemplifies this.
You can tell that Richard Painter really thought he won the day with that one.
But wait. I simply called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, really Yale Campus Security, exactly as I had been instructed to do, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room.

But, instead of denouncing the obvious Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes that occurred, the Charlatans and Frauds of the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry pushed these obvious Hoaxes for money and gain.

So, what does Richard Painter decide to do? Brilliant rhetorician that he is?
He’s going to tie his argument to Kyle Rittenhouse, first, and, of course, Trump, and, then, inexplicably, me, by pulling in the USA Today’s Editorial Board’s Thanksgiving Op Ed that is nothing less than an incitement for someone to shoot and kill me, when they compare me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers.
Racism and guns are both the problem, and somehow Sarah Braasch exemplifies this.
You can tell that Richard Painter really thought he won the day with that one.
But wait. I simply called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, really Yale Campus Security, exactly as I had been instructed to do, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room.

Jonathan Haidt literally repudiated the entirety of his body of work and The Coddling of the American Mind when he turned his Fall 2018 Book Tour for The Coddling into a social media witch hunt meant to drive me to suicide. Haidt told the most reprehensible lies about me on Sam Harris’ podcast and on the New York Times Book Review Podcast. Haidt 100% knew that he was putting my life in the gravest of danger. He has repeatedly made this clear when discussing the dangers of social media moral outrage mobs driving innocent private citizen nobodies to suicide over alleged and imagined faux pas of unWokeness. Moreover, the only evidence Haidt had he acquired via mind reading, making huge leaps of logic, and the implicit bias he allegedly abhors.
And, as if that weren’t enough for Haidt to have resigned from his position at NYU in abject shame, Jonathan Haidt maintains his smear campaign against me to this day. I have posted screenshots of the disgusting email he obviously hands out to anyone who asks him about me. If I didn’t know better, I would assume that someone had written this to mock and shame Haidt. But, no, Haidt wrote it himself, even though it is a complete disavowal of everything he has ever said and done during his entire career, ostensibly fighting Cancel Culture and Woke Tyranny on campuses.
Please consider that there is no way that Haidt did not know that I was the social psychology PhD student of Tom Tyler, the Father of Procedural Justice and the Co-Director of the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School. I know that Haidt knows Tyler well. Academia, especially at elite institutions, is a small, insular world, particularly within respective disciplines. If Haidt actually had any questions about what happened during the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, he could have picked up the phone and called Tom Tyler. He could have picked up the phone and called my Yale Philosophy Advisor, Jason Stanley. I know that Haidt also knows Jason.
At this point, I don’t expect decency from Jonathan Haidt. I expect Haidt to continue to tell grossly defamatory lies about me and to smear me, in the hopes that I’ll never be able to recover my life and reputation and career, so that I will never have the status and resources with which to challenge him. When I was filming with Chico Colvard and Madison O’Leary of C Line Films, for their social justice documentary, The Call, we spoke about how we have to denounce the Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes; otherwise, people will stop believing actual reports of real racism when they occur, including on college campuses like Yale and Smith College.
But, instead of denouncing the obvious Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes that occurred, the Charlatans and Frauds of the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry pushed these obvious Hoaxes for money and gain.
And, moreover, the Charlatans and Frauds of the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry exploited the killings and shootings, including the police killings and shootings, of Black men and boys. They did a gross disservice to the memories of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Adam Toledo, and Daunte Wright, among others.
They destroyed the Living While Black movement by turning it into a Race Hoax and Bloodsport, targeting and demonizing white women, especially vulnerable white women with mental health disabilities. They particularly targeted persons without resources to fight back and defend themselves.

Now, Richard Painter is waging a Twitter war against University of Chicago Affiliate (He was a Fellow there in the late 90’s.) John R Lott Jr, over his book, More Guns, Less Crime.
You can almost see the gears turning inside Richard Painter’s head when you read his tweets. You know that he believed that he made a brilliant point by exploiting the killing this month of a recent University of Chicago graduate near the school’s campus in a notoriously crime ridden neighborhood.
Richard Painter has been screaming like a harpy about how University students on campuses in urban areas live in fear for their lives, because of loose gun laws.
You can almost catch the moment in Richard Painter’s tweets where he starts to worry that that brilliant point he just made seems like it could be construed as a wee bit racist, especially coming from the keyboard of a white law professor in Minneapolis.
So, what does Richard Painter decide to do? Brilliant rhetorician that he is?
He’s going to tie his argument to Kyle Rittenhouse, first, and, of course, Trump, and, then, inexplicably, me, by pulling in the USA Today’s Editorial Board’s Thanksgiving Op Ed that is nothing less than an incitement for someone to shoot and kill me, when they compare me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers.
Racism and guns are both the problem, and somehow Sarah Braasch exemplifies this.
You can tell that Richard Painter really thought he won the day with that one.
But wait. I simply called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, really Yale Campus Security, exactly as I had been instructed to do, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room.
But, the USA Today painted me as no different than Ahmaud Arbery’s gun toting killers, and that’s all the argument that Richard Painter needs or wants.
Clearly, I was trying to lynch Black students on Yale’s Campus via the Yale Campus Police, and they have guns.
But this is the most ridiculously stupid and racist argument ever, because Richard Painter has been screaming like a harpy that University students on urban campuses are in fear for their lives. And, truth be told, New Haven is a notoriously unsafe city, and a murder trial is being conducted as I type, over the recent murder of a Yale University graduate student near campus.
But, somehow, when a white woman calls the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, exactly as she has been instructed to do, when she is followed by a stranger, a man, up to her isolated Yale dorm room, in a clearly unauthorized manner, and that stranger turns out to be a Black man, then, obviously, she has attempted a lynching, via the Yale Campus Police, just like Ahmaud Arbery’s killers, Me Too be damned.
But, that sounds pretty racist and stupid and bigoted too.

No, the irony is not lost on me that Richard Painter, Woke KKK member that he is, is threatening to SWAT me, and has spent the past 2 and a half months repeatedly trying to mob me to suicide on Twitter, over the now more than 3 and a half year old non-crime of calling the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police. I had been instructed to call the Yale Campus Police, by both the Yale Campus Police and the Yale Administration, for any reason whatsoever, because I was being harassed for months in my isolated Yale dorm room. I was being harassed for months in my isolated Yale dorm room, because, months earlier, I had called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Campus Police, truly Yale Campus Security, because I was followed by a stranger, a man, in an unauthorized manner, up to my isolated Yale dorm room.
Richard Painter is threatening to SWAT me, to call the cops on me and tell them that I have a gun and that I’m violent and dangerous, so that the police will hopefully show up on my doorstep and potentially kill me (that’s what Richard Painter hopes will happen, and he clearly thinks I was trying to lynch Black students at Yale via the Yale Campus Police), because I have been publicly documenting his campaign to drive me to suicide and destroy my life. Why is Richard Painter subjecting me to Trial by Twitter without Due Process? It’s hard to believe that anyone could be as stupid and as racist as Richard Painter, and, yet, here is where we find ourselves.
Why is Richard Painter behaving in such an asinine manner? Especially when he is contemplating a run for MN Governor?

The whole world knows now that Richard Painter started viciously and relentlessly attacking me on Twitter in mid September, 2021. There is no way that Richard Painter did not realize that I was an obviously innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, not to mention a traumatized woman who had already almost died many times over in recent years, and lost her lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers.
Richard Painter began attacking me in the most horrifying way, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter, because Brian has steadfastly stood by my side during the more than 3 and a half year hellish nightmare that I have been living in since the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.
Instead of acting with dignity and grace and apologizing to me for his reprehensible abuse of me, even after I begged him to please stop trying to drive me to suicide, Richard Painter has only stepped up his obscene attacks against me, including by inciting death threat sending mobs against me. The mobs he incited to attack me continue their campaigns to drive me to suicide and destroy what semblance of a life I have left, including by getting me fired from my low paying temp job that is just barely keeping me off the streets.
Now, since Richard Painter is contemplating a run for MN Governor, he is more determined than ever to drive me to suicide and destroy me, because I am the PROOF that he is an evil, lying bigot and fraud. I am a threat to his potential run for MN Governor.
All I have to do is tell the TRUTH about what he did to me, a traumatized woman without power or resources to fight back or defend myself, an abused woman with mental health disabilities and a vulnerability to suicide, and his run for MN Governor will fail.
Who could want a Governor who behaves like this? Who could want a Governor who abuses traumatized and vulnerable women online for sport?
