So, I am adding this quick blog post to two prior blog posts about other Woke KKK meltdowns Richard Painter had over me. It is shocking that Richard Painter believes that a run for MN Governor would be successful after his behavior over the past two months.

Everyone knows that this all started, because Richard Painter, former White House Ethics Lawyer and public figure with 750,000 Twitter followers, decided to attack me, a traumatized private citizen nobody who already lost everything, including my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, and who had already almost died many times over, and who had already spent over three years in hiding for my personal safety, because I am still deluged by death and rape threats and threats of violence.

Richard Painter decided to start attacking me last month, over a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale, the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter. Brian has unfailingly stood by my side throughout this entire hellish nightmare. So, Richard Painter thought it was a good idea to use a traumatized woman with a vulnerability to suicide as a pawn to attack Brian Leiter, and Richard Painter didn’t care if he got me killed or drove me to suicide.

This is Cancel Culture. This is Trial by Twitter without Due Process that is destroying us, our legal system, and our egalitarian public space. Richard Painter is the Woke KKK. He joined an extrajudicial vigilante mob and meted out a grossly disproportionate and unjust sentence (Social Death) for a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime, for which I already paid with everything that I am. Because Brian Leiter came to my defense, and because I had the temerity to defend myself against Richard Painter’s egregious attacks on me, Painter doubled down on his depravity and sadistic cruelty.

Then, Richard Painter became truly unhinged, because he realized that people were seeing him for what he is, a lying bigot and fraud, who had no problem attacking and exploiting the vulnerable to serve his nefarious purposes.

Richard Painter began making the most bizarre and brazenly mendacious claims about me. He said that I had hurled racial slurs at Don Lemon of CNN. He said, repeatedly, that I had accused him of being involved with Slate and Above the Law Blog’s efforts to doxx and destroy the future career prospects of Federalist Society students at Stanford Law last spring. He tried to paint me as the attacker, as the harasser, as the stalker, despite my copious evidence that his disgusting campaign against me was exactly that, HIS disgusting campaign to destroy me, even though I am a public interest attorney who spends her days stopping the evictions of families from their apartments and sealing people’s criminal records, so that they can rebuild their lives. There is no way that Richard Painter does not realize that he is waging a campaign to destroy not only an entirely innocent person, but a lifelong human and civil rights attorney who had devoted her life to helping others.

I truly think that Richard Painter is evil. I do. You have to be evil to do this to another human being. And, now in his desperation, because he knows that everyone sees him for what he is: a Lying Bigot and Fraud, he is just digging even deeper. I think he doesn’t know how to back out of this debacle that he created for himself.

Of course, he is exploiting my Twitter suspension, even though it is perfectly obvious to any reasonable person that this was an egregious error on the part of Twitter Support. I was banned from Twitter for reporting the most reprehensible sexual abuse and harassment and then tweeting about the egregious abuse and harassment I had endured. The algorithm mistook my tweets about what I had endured as abuse and harassment. Of course, my enemies were happy to report me, knowing full well that I was abusing and harassing no one. I now believe that Twitter is taking advantage of this mistake to get rid of me, because I have been exposing their blue check mark public figures who participated in the witch hunt at Yale as the lying bigots and frauds that they are.

USA Today published, only moments ago, what can only be construed as a death threat against me.

They compared me to the two white men who killed Ahmaud Arbery.

They called Ahmaud Arbery’s killing, not only a murder, but a lynching.

They cite the NAACP definition of a lynching as a public killing without Due Process.

This is exactly what the Editorial Board of USA Today just tried to do to me.

They just tried to incite someone to shoot me, just like Ahmaud Arbery was shot and killed.

Without Due Process.

This is why the Editorial Board of USA Today defines Woke KKK and Woke Privilege.

That’s all I want to say. I just really need this more than 3 and a half year old surreal hellish nightmare that I’ve been living in to be over now.

One human being, especially an innocent human being, can only take so much abuse, especially when it’s completely unwarranted. I’m a good person. I’ve dedicated my life to helping people. I never sought fame or money or adulation. I just wanted to make the world a better place. 

I just think human beings are evil now.

They would rather bring about the death of an innocent than face accountability for participating in the veritable 21st century witch hunt at Yale that almost got me killed.

I just think human beings are evil now.

I don’t think humanity is worth saving anymore.

The capacity for sadistic cruelty towards me for sport is more than I can bear.

I just need this hellish nightmare to be over now.

But, I believe that God meant for me to endure and barely survive this surreal hellish nightmare, so that I can make the world a better place by ending Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process that are destroying us. 

I believe that God made my brothers guardian angels, so that they could guide me through this nightmare to a place where I can do the greatest good.

I am trying so hard to stay strong.

But, I’m just one person, without resources or much support, and I’m being relentlessly attacked by the most powerful people and institutions in the world. 

And, I’m nearly standing here by myself, fighting alone, almost entirely alone, against the most powerful persons and institutions in the world.

What was done to Trent Colbert, the Native American Yale Law School Student and Federalist Society Student Member who sent the “Trap House” Invite, pales in comparison to what the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School did to me during the painfully obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. And, Yale Law School DEI Administrators Eldik and Cosgrove made thinly veiled threats against the future career prospects of Trent Colbert, if he didn’t sign an apology that they had drafted for him. They also sent out an email to all of his 2L classmates, unequivocally condemning him as racist.

What was done to me by the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School is beyond shocking. Please note that I was a member of the Justice Collaboratory, working on the issues of police brutality and implicit bias, and my then Advisor was Co-Director Tom Tyler, the Father of Procedural Justice. JC member and YLS Professor Monica C Bell defamed me in the NYU Law Review in an effort to destroy me and my academic and legal careers and drive me to suicide. I had worked briefly with Monica Bell at the Justice Collaboratory, and she knew me as an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney. This is the grossest ethical violation, as Monica Bell makes no disclaimer that she knew me and had worked with me, in her ridiculously stupid NYU Law Review article, Anti-Segregation Policing, a race-baiting dystopian fantasy, part of the “Get Sarah Braasch Killed Moral Outrage Industry.”.

YLS Professor Monica Bell defamed me in the NYU Law Review to protect the Justice Collaboratory and JC member and Johns Hopkins (formerly Yale) Professor Vesla Weaver. Vesla Weaver had teamed up with Vox.com and Johns Hopkins (formerly Yale) Professor Chris Lebron to defame me, destroy my academic and legal careers, and drive me to suicide, to use me as a proxy to get revenge against Yale for Lebron having been denied tenure at Yale. Both Vesla Weaver and Chris Lebron knew me at Yale, and I would even go so far as to say that Lebron knew me well at one point. I had worked with Chris Lebron, along with my Yale Advisor Jason Stanley, on two anti-racism conferences at Yale.

I can only presume that my then Advisor, Tom Tyler, Co-Director of the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, abandoned me at the behest of his Co-Director Tracey Meares. Immediately after the painfully obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, Tom Tyler had been supportive of me and wrote one of my character letters for Yale’s General Counsel. After I publicly condemned Vesla Weaver and Chris Lebron for their gross abuse of me, I was unceremoniously dropped by Tyler as an advisee. Vesla Weaver remains a Justice Collaboratory member. She is a longtime friend and collaborator of Tracey Meares.

Additionally, new Justice Collaboratory member and new Yale Professor Phillip Atiba Goff was an avid participant in the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, as well as the subsequent global defamation campaign against me that almost got me killed. Goff was richly rewarded by Yale President Peter Salovey for helping him destroy me. As noted, Goff received a prestigious dual appointment at Yale, which now houses his Center for Policing Equity. I was shocked when I found out what Goff had done to me.

Please know that all of the above is why I say that everything out of Yale, Yale Law School, and the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, as well as Professor Phillip Atiba Goff’s Center for Policing Equity at Yale Law School, should be considered a Living While Black Race Hoax and wholly discredited.

Moreover, both Tyler and Meares were on President Barack Obama’s 21st Century Policing Taskforce, so, obviously, everything associated with this Taskforce is poisoned by their bigotry and stupidity. This includes the 21CP Consultancy that produced a ridiculously stupid and bigoted and grossly defamatory report on the Yale Campus Police and the painfully obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. This report is clearly meant to destroy me and drive me to suicide, at the behest of Yale President Peter Salovey.

Driving a private citizen nobody to suicide via Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter, over a more than 3 and a half year old non-event and non-crime, even after she begs you to stop.

Everyone knows that this all started, because Richard Painter, former White House Ethics Lawyer and public figure with 750,000 Twitter followers, decided to attack me, a traumatized private citizen nobody who already lost everything, including my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, and who had already almost died many times over, and who had already spent over three years in hiding for my personal safety, because I am still deluged by death and rape threats and threats of violence.

Richard Painter decided to start attacking me last month, over a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale, the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter. Brian has unfailingly stood by my side throughout this entire hellish nightmare. So, Richard Painter thought it was a good idea to use a traumatized woman with a vulnerability to suicide as a pawn to attack Brian Leiter, and Richard Painter didn’t care if he got me killed or drove me to suicide.

This is Cancel Culture. This is Trial by Twitter without Due Process that is destroying us, our legal system, and our egalitarian public space. Richard Painter is the Woke KKK. He joined an extrajudicial vigilante mob and meted out a grossly disproportionate and unjust sentence (Social Death) for a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime, for which I already paid with everything that I am. Because Brian Leiter came to my defense, and because I had the temerity to defend myself against Richard Painter’s egregious attacks on me, Painter doubled down on his depravity and sadistic cruelty.

Then, Richard Painter became truly unhinged, because he realized that people were seeing him for what he is, a lying bigot and fraud, who had no problem attacking and exploiting the vulnerable to serve his nefarious purposes.

Richard Painter began making the most bizarre and brazenly mendacious claims about me. He said that I had hurled racial slurs at Don Lemon of CNN. He said, repeatedly, that I had accused him of being involved with Slate and Above the Law Blog’s efforts to doxx and destroy the future career prospects of Federalist Society students at Stanford Law last spring. He tried to paint me as the attacker, as the harasser, as the stalker, despite my copious evidence that his disgusting campaign against me was exactly that, HIS disgusting campaign to destroy me, even though I am a public interest attorney who spends her days stopping the evictions of families from their apartments and sealing people’s criminal records, so that they can rebuild their lives. There is no way that Richard Painter does not realize that he is waging a campaign to destroy not only an entirely innocent person, but a lifelong human and civil rights attorney who had devoted her life to helping others.

I truly think that Richard Painter is evil. I do. You have to be evil to do this to another human being. And, now in his desperation, because he knows that everyone sees him for what he is: a Lying Bigot and Fraud, he is just digging even deeper. I think he doesn’t know how to back out of this debacle that he created for himself.

Of course, he is exploiting my Twitter suspension, even though it is perfectly obvious to any reasonable person that this was an egregious error on the part of Twitter Support. I was banned from Twitter for reporting the most reprehensible sexual abuse and harassment and then tweeting about the egregious abuse and harassment I had endured. The algorithm mistook my tweets about what I had endured as abuse and harassment. Of course, my enemies were happy to report me, knowing full well that I was abusing and harassing no one. I now believe that Twitter is taking advantage of this mistake to get rid of me, because I have been exposing their blue check mark public figures who participated in the witch hunt at Yale as the lying bigots and frauds that they are.

Richard Painter cannot be seriously considering a run for Minnesota Governor after what he did and is still doing to me, an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney who already lost everything, including my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers.

Richard Painter, you will not be successful, if you choose to run for MN Governor. The whole world knows that you are evil, worse than Trump. You kick traumatized women when they’re down for sport.

The whole world knows now that Richard Painter is an evil sadist. He’s not going to stop attacking me until I’m dead. Richard Painter defines Woke KKK and Woke Privilege.

The whole world knows that Richard Painter started attacking me on September 13th, 2021, on Twitter, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor, Brian Leiter. And, now, he won’t stop digging his own political grave, rather than simply apologize to me and offer to help me save my life and career that was stolen from me.

And, for the record, Richard Painter, I cried when Trump won in 2016. And, I’m a registered Independent.

I voted for Trump in 2020, not only to save my life and career, because the Woke KKK Democrats were trying to get me killed by pushing the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, including Biden’s Campaign Co-Chair, US Rep Cedric Richmond, in the Fake News Press, but to stop the Woke Democrats from destroying so many of our cherished democratic institutions, including Due Process and Equal Protection, as well as Free Speech and Civil Liberties. I am trying to save the Federal Civil Rights Act.

Wow. Almost immediately after I posted this blog post, Richard Painter commented on it on his Twitter Feed. He seems pretty terrified that the truth might come out about what he did to me. In fact, the truth is already out. So, Richard Painter is trying to smear me as the attacker, when the whole world already knows that he is the one who has been attacking me relentlessly for the past two months. It all started in mid September, when Richard Painter thought it was ok to abuse and exploit a traumatized woman to use her as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter, because Brian has steadfastly stood by my side, since the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

So, I am adding this quick blog post to two prior blog posts about other Woke KKK meltdowns Richard Painter had over me. The blog posts beneath this one have all of my prior blog posts and YouTube videos about Richard Painter’s nearly 2 month campaign to drive me, a private citizen nobody and obviously innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, to suicide, via Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, over a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale.

In other words, Richard Painter defines Woke KKK and Woke Privilege.

It is shocking that Richard Painter believes that a run for MN Governor would be successful after his behavior over the past two months.

This is the definition of Woke Privilege: you think you can spend two months relentlessly attacking an innocent and traumatized Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, for Moral Outrage Industry money and gain, over a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime, when this traumatized woman already almost died and lost her lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, and you think you’re still qualified to run for MN Governor.

Richard Painter should resign from his position as a law professor at the University of MN in abject shame for what he did to me.

Richard Painter is truly sick and evil. He has no business running for public office after what he did to me. He has proven himself to lack any moral compass whatsoever. He lacks any sense of humanity or decency. He is soulless and heartless. The People of MN don’t want someone soulless and heartless who attacks traumatized women via Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process as their Governor. They know better.

Everyone knows that this all started, because Richard Painter, former White House Ethics Lawyer and public figure with 750,000 Twitter followers, decided to attack me, a traumatized private citizen nobody who already lost everything, including my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, and who had already almost died many times over, and who had already spent over three years in hiding for my personal safety, because I am still deluged by death and rape threats and threats of violence.

Richard Painter decided to start attacking me last month, over a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale, the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter. Brian has unfailingly stood by my side throughout this entire hellish nightmare. So, Richard Painter thought it was a good idea to use a traumatized woman with a vulnerability to suicide as a pawn to attack Brian Leiter, and Richard Painter didn’t care if he got me killed or drove me to suicide.

This is Cancel Culture. This is Trial by Twitter without Due Process that is destroying us, our legal system, and our egalitarian public space. Richard Painter is the Woke KKK. He joined an extrajudicial vigilante mob and meted out a grossly disproportionate and unjust sentence (Social Death) for a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime, for which I already paid with everything that I am. I lost everything. I already almost died many times over. He’s not going to stop attacking me until I’m dead.

Because Brian Leiter came to my defense, and because I had the temerity to defend myself against Richard Painter’s egregious attacks on me, Painter doubled down on his depravity and sadistic cruelty.

Then, Richard Painter became truly unhinged, because he realized that people were seeing him for what he is, a lying bigot and fraud, who had no problem attacking and exploiting the vulnerable to serve his nefarious purposes.

Richard Painter began making the most bizarre and brazenly mendacious claims about me. He said that I had hurled racial slurs at Don Lemon of CNN. He said, repeatedly, that I had accused him of being involved with Slate and Above the Law Blog’s efforts to doxx and destroy the future career prospects of Federalist Society students at Stanford Law last spring. He tried to paint me as the attacker, as the harasser, as the stalker, despite my copious evidence that his disgusting campaign against me was exactly that, HIS disgusting campaign to destroy me, even though I am a public interest attorney who spends her days stopping the evictions of families from their apartments and sealing people’s criminal records, so that they can rebuild their lives. There is no way that Richard Painter does not realize that he is waging a campaign to destroy not only an entirely innocent person, but a lifelong human and civil rights attorney who had devoted her life to helping others.

I truly think that Richard Painter is evil. I do. You have to be evil to do this to another human being. And, now in his desperation, because he knows that everyone sees him for what he is: a Lying Bigot and Fraud, he is just digging even deeper. I think he doesn’t know how to back out of this debacle that he created for himself.

Of course, he is exploiting my Twitter suspension, even though it is perfectly obvious to any reasonable person that this was an egregious error on the part of Twitter Support. I was banned from Twitter for reporting the most reprehensible sexual abuse and harassment and then tweeting about the egregious abuse and harassment I had endured. The algorithm mistook my tweets about what I had endured as abuse and harassment. Of course, my enemies were happy to report me, knowing full well that I was abusing and harassing no one. I now believe that Twitter is taking advantage of this mistake to get rid of me, because I have been exposing their blue check mark public figures who participated in the witch hunt at Yale as the lying bigots and frauds that they are.
