He compared me to Carolyn Bryant, the white woman who had falsely accused Emmett Till of whistling at her, resulting in the lynching of Emmett Till. This death threat essay still exists, fully intact. Neither the Washington Post nor Michael Harriot nor The Root has ever apologized to me for almost getting me killed and destroying my life.
May 25th, 2020 was also the day when Kareem Abdul-Jabbar thought is was ok to publish what can only be construed as a death threat against me in the LA Times, linking to grossly defamatory articles that did name me. He compared me to the white men who had killed Ahmaud Arbery and the Minneapolis police officers who killed George Floyd. He referred to me in the title of the piece. Then, the following day, Josie Duffy-Rice posts a disgusting reply to her initial tweet. She tries to justify clearly having tried to mob me to suicide with Trump. As if invoking Trump’s name means that no act, no matter how depraved, how inhumane, is unjustified. There is not a single doubt in my mind that Josie Duffy-Rice has always been fully aware that I am an entirely innocent and lifelong human and civil rights activist and attorney who was working on the issues of police brutality and implicit bias with the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School.

This was allegedly satire, but it was, in point of fact, often impersonation and gross abuse and harassment and stalking.
Richard Painter threatened to swat me, by telling the police that I had guns that I was going to use and that I was a dangerous and delusional psycho.
Richard Painter threatened to have Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison prosecute me for fraud.

Then, Daryle Lamont Jenkins explicitly incites his more than 25k Twitter followers to engage in targeted harassment of Ngo, by stating, “Stay on him.” (I thought that was a violation of Twitter’s Terms of Service, but what do I know? Silly me. We all know it’s never a violation of Twitter’s TOS when Woke blue check mark public figures harass, stalk, target to destroy, and abuse anyone deemed unWoke.) Robby Soave of Reason is debating Jonathan Haidt in NYC on Thursday, February 17th, 2022, on the topic of whether the Federal Government should regulate social media.
It would be unthinkable for a journalist to debate Jonathan Haidt on this topic and not ask Jonathan Haidt about how he turned his Fall 2018 book tour for The Coddling of the American Mind into a social media moral outrage mob and witch hunt with the intent of destroying my life and driving me to suicide. Yes, this was a complete repudiation of the content of The Coddling, as well as the entirety of Haidt’s body of scholarship at NYU, where Haidt is a social psychology professor. Haidt grossly defamed me on Sam Harris’ podcast and on the New York Times Book Review podcast. There is ZERO chance that Haidt did not know that I was the social psychology PhD student of Tom Tyler, the Father of Procedural Justice at the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School. There is ZERO chance that Haidt did not know that he was very likely driving an entirely innocent Yale grad student and lifelong civil rights attorney to suicide to sell copies of his book. Moreover, Haidt continues his behind the scenes smear campaign to ruin me to this day, and I have publicly posted an email from Jonathan Haidt that was very clearly something he prepared to give out to anyone who asks him about me. It’s a joke. In it, Haidt fully embraces everything he decries in The Coddling.
My hopes for Sarah Palin’s defamation lawsuit against the New York Times. I am hoping for dicta from the Supreme Court on the definition of public figures. NYT v. Sullivan must be revisited, because the Fake News Press has carte blanche to destroy the lives of private citizen nobodies with impunity.
I want to go on record about a few things, because I’m sick of the disgusting lies being told about me on a daily basis. This is why it was important for me to get my Twitter Account back, because when I was suspended, my stalkers thought they had carte blanche to LIE about me constantly.
I am getting my PhD from Yale this semester. I am submitting and defending my Yale Dissertation, my Saving the World Project, this semester. This will be my 7th degree, my 3rd from Yale. I already have the MA and the MPhil from Yale.
The ONLY reason I didn’t get my PhD and defend my Yale dissertation last semester is because of Richard Painter’s now 5 month long Twitter campaign to destroy my life. I have been living inside of a hellish nightmare for the past 5 months. I have been intermittently suicidal.
I have the full support of the Yale Philosophy Department, and especially my amazing and wonderful PhD Dissertation Committee, Jason Stanley, Scott Shapiro, and my Reader, Princeton’s marvelous Lara Buchak, an expert in game theory. I love them all dearly.
I am ABD, which means All But Dissertation. When you are in a PhD Program, and you are done with your years of classes, teaching for a stipend, and dissertation writing on fellowship, you aren’t registered as a student, but you can still submit your dissertation & get your PhD.
I struggled for months to find a job, any job (not just in law or academia) after the Yale Grad School yanked away my graduate student stipend early. I was terrified that I was going to end up on the streets. I am still terrified that I will end up starving on the streets.
I am currently working 2 jobs. I still work as a pro bono attorney for the legal aid center on a small number of cases, and I work at my remote job stopping the evictions of families with kids from their apartments. I made just over $20k in 2021. Yale decimated my earning capacity.
Nearly every single penny that has been donated to my Go Fund Me has gone to my fantastic and awesome attorneys at Randazza Legal Group, Jay Wolman and Marc Randazza, to fight to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale. I love them. My GoFundMe is the antithesis of a Fraud.
I have been under constant attack, especially during the past 5 months, because of Richard Painter’s campaign to destroy me and all of the stalkers he has incited. They are still, at this moment, trying to get me fired, disbarred, expelled, and de-platformed and kicked off GoFundMe.
My current legal bill from Randazza is just over $25k. I have no expectation that I will continue to be able to raise any significant donations to pay this bill. There are just too many very powerful people and organizations who want to destroy me and stop me from getting the TRUTH out.
I am the opposite of a grifter. I fully expect to have to pay my legal bill myself. I continue to make payments towards my legal bill as I am able to do so. I just made another $1k payment towards my legal bill not long ago. That being said, I would absolutely love some help.
I am still moving back to MN to live with my beloved sister. I think I will feel so much better and not in a constant state of terror that my stalkers will be successful in destroying what remains of my life. I think it will be so good for me. If you want to help, please do.
