Many persons have requested transcripts of my videos, and I will provide them here, especially the videos of my full, detailed account of what really happened during the now notorious Living or Napping While Black incident at Yale, which was actually a hate crime hoax, and the Yale Administration and the Yale Campus Police were complicit.

Here is the The ACLU Attacked Me For My Mental Health Disability YouTube Channel Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fld1qCzRNL4

Here is the transcript thereof:

Hi, this is Sarah Braasch. Welcome or welcome back to my channel.

Today, I want to talk about how the ACLU perpetuated the Living or Napping While Black hate crime hoax against me, and how, specifically, the ACLU attacked me for my mental health disability.  This is part and parcel of how the ACLU destroyed the Living While Black movement by turning it into a bloodsport of trying to get older, poor white women with obvious or seeming mental health disabilities killed for moral outrage industry profit and gain.

So much for the ACLU’s much vaunted Disability Rights Campaign.

The ACLU has thrown over their once proud legacy of defending the civil liberties of one and all. Now, the ACLU consistently participates in the violation of civil liberties.

I have already addressed how the recording of me from May 8th, 2018, is grossly illegal, as is the dissemination thereof.

But, today I want to address how the ACLU used and edited this video to attack me for my disability, for my mental health disability, as part of their effort to destroy my life and career, which almost drove me to suicide and incited my murder.

In the video, the full video, my attacker at Yale makes clear, repeatedly, that she is targeting me, at least in great part, because of my disability, my mental health disability.

My attacker at Yale calls me psychotic and crazy.  She says that I should be committed to a mental institution.  She also says, repeatedly, that Yale knows that I’m crazy and psychotic and that Yale knows that I should be in a mental institution.

At the time, this was shocking to me, to hear a complete and utter stranger speak about me as if she knew me well and had had numerous discussions about my mental health history with the Yale Administration.

The ACLU had this video and used this video to create the grossly false and wrongful and illegal and defamatory video about me that they produced and disseminated widely online.

But, the most disgusting thing that the ACLU did is that they removed all portions of the video that make it clear that my attacker at Yale was targeting me because of my mental health disability.  They removed all portions of the video that make it clear that Yale had been illegally feeding my attacker my personal information, including my mental health history.

The ACLU removed all portions of the video that make it clear that the illegally recorded video was meant to mock and shame me for my mental health disability, and to exclude me from campus.

This is why I can say, definitively, that the ACLU attacked me for my mental health disability.

The ACLU knowingly participated in a campaign to shame a disabled woman for her disability.  The ACLU knowingly used a video meant to shame a disabled woman for her disability.  A video that was obviously recorded illegally, when the disabled woman was standing in her own doorway, where she had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

The ACLU removed those portions of the video that make this clear, that this was a campaign to attack me based upon my mental health disability.

I NEVER thought that I would see the day when the ACLU would do such a thing.

It is disgusting.  It is beyond disgusting.

The ACLU debases their once proud legacy as the premiere defender of civil liberties for one and all.

The ACLU helped to lead a global defamation campaign against me.  They endangered my life.

I can’t even tell you how many times I almost killed myself.  I already had PTSD.

I was being hunted by murderers.

My life and career have been destroyed.

But, the ACLU didn’t care. They didn’t care if I lived or died. They didn’t even care if they destroyed the Living While Black movement.

Shame on you, ACLU. Shame on you.

You are the bigots. You are the racists.  I hope selling your souls was worth it.

Thank you for spending this time with me.

The ACLU is in Gross Violation of My Privacy Rights Under CT State Law YouTube Channel Video and Transcript

Below please find my The ACLU is in Gross Violation of My Privacy Rights Under CT State Law YouTube Channel Video and Transcript.

Here is the The ACLU is in Gross Violation of My Privacy Rights Under CT State Law YouTube Channel Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3Cnp8nSUi8

Here is the transcript thereof:

Hi, this is Sarah Braasch. Welcome or welcome back to my channel.

Today, I’m just wondering which of the ACLU’s attorneys is going to go to prison for violating my privacy rights.

The ACLU grossly violated my privacy rights under CT state law when they widely distributed online the illegal recording that was made of me on May 8th, 2018.

The recording was illegal, because CT is a 2 party state, which means that both parties must consent to a private 2-way conversation being recorded, even if the conversation took place in public.  Although, this conversation did not take place in public.

But, what I was researching this evening was the dissemination of the illegal video of me from May 8th, 2018.

The ACLU, as I mentioned in my prior video, has edited this video and disseminated it widely online, in an effort to attack me for my mental health disability, and to destroy my life and career, nearly driving me to suicide and inciting my murder.

The recording of this video was clearly illegal under CT state law, not that the Yale campus police will ever pursue criminal charges therefor.  Despite my repeated requests to pursue criminal charges, including with the District Attorney’s office, the Yale campus police continues to ignore my attempts to secure justice.

But, I’m interested this evening in the illegality, under CT state law, of the dissemination of this clearly illegally recorded video of me from May 8th, 2018, wherein I’m standing in the threshold of my isolated dorm room, on private property, in my dormitory on Yale’s campus, at approximately 2 am.  So, I clearly have a reasonable expectation of privacy in this location.  Additionally, I neither knew that I was being recorded or filmed, nor did I consent to being recorded or filmed.  In fact, at one point in the video, I am clearly objecting to having my photo taken, and the female Yale police officer present motions for me to turn around, so that my face will not be visible.

CT General Statutes Chapter 952, Section 53A, Provisions 189 a and b make clear that both the recording of this video and the subsequent dissemination of this video are grossly illegal.  They are actually either or both a Class C and Class D felony.  The statute of limitations in Connecticut for a felony is 5 years.  A Class D felony is punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $5k.

189 a reads:

(a) A person is guilty of voyeurism when, (1) with malice, such person knowingly photographs, films, videotapes or otherwise records the image of another person (A) without the knowledge and consent of such other person, (B) while such other person is not in plain view, and (C) under circumstances where such other person has a reasonable expectation of privacy

Please note that plain view here means in the public space.  So, I was most definitely not in plain view.

189 b reads:

(a) A person is guilty of disseminating voyeuristic material when such person disseminates a photograph, film, videotape or other recorded image of another person without the consent of such other person and knowing that such photograph, film, videotape or image was taken, made or recorded in violation of section 53a-189a.

The ACLU had every reason to know that the recording of me was made in violation of 189 a.  But, regardless, they are now on notice that I did not consent to this recording, I do not now consent to its dissemination, and it was made in violation of 53a-189a.

I demand that the ACLU immediately remove this illegal video of me.

I demand that the ACLU replace this illegal video with one which explains the illegality of the prior video and apologizes to me for having done incalculable harm to an entirely innocent lifelong human and civil rights licensed attorney activist.

I almost killed myself.

I was being hunted by murderers.

My life and career are over. My reputation and livelihood are ruined.

Everything that I had worked for my entire life has been destroyed.

Do you care, ACLU?  Do you care?  Do you care that you destroyed the Living While Black movement?

The ACLU Almost Drove Me to Suicide by Lying About Me for Moral Outrage Industry Money and Publicity

Here is the The ACLU Almost Drove Me to Suicide by Lying About Me for Moral Outrage Industry Money and Publicity YouTube Channel Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yocl6Mxx9-k

Here is the transcript thereof:

Hi, this is Sarah Braasch. Welcome or welcome back to my channel.

Today, I want to talk about a grossly wrongful, illegal, and defamatory video that the ACLU has produced about me.

The ACLU has produced a video which grossly defames me as guilty of racial harassment.  This video is available on the ACLU’s website and their YouTube Channel, and has been widely viewed and distributed online.

The ACLU explicitly states in the video that I reported the woman whom I had encountered in the small common room next to my isolated dorm room to the Yale campus police, because I regarded her as suspicious, because of the color of her skin.  The ACLU explicitly states in the video that my call to the Yale campus police was unjustified.  The ACLU explicitly states in the video that I was motivated by racial bias.  The ACLU explicitly states in the video that I was weaponizing the Yale campus police. This is a straight up, bald faced lie, on the part of the ACLU, meant to destroy my life, my career as a lifelong human and civil rights licensed attorney activist, and ruin my reputation and livelihood, with reckless disregard for the truth, a lie which almost drove me to suicide and incited my murder.  I will never now be able to secure gainful employment.  I will never be able to support myself.  Everything that I had worked for and wished for my life has been taken from me, through no fault of my own.

The ACLU has widely distributed the illegally recorded video of me, wherein I am standing in the doorway of my dorm room in Yale’s on campus graduate student housing, at approximately 2 am.  I do not do or say anything even remotely racist in the video.  I have a reasonable expectation of privacy, on private property, standing in the doorway of my dorm room at 2 am.  Also, Connecticut is a 2 party state, which means that both parties have to consent to their private, 2-way conversation being recorded.  I not only did not consent to being recorded, I didn’t even know that I was being recorded illegally.  Moreover, this video was made of me, illegally, and widely distributed online, for the purpose of shaming me for my disability, my mental health disability.

The fact that I was targeted for my mental health disability is made abundantly clear in the video itself, when my attacker repeatedly calls me psychotic and says that I should be put in a mental institution.  She also explicitly states that it was Yale who illegally fed her my personal information, including my mental health history, when she says that Yale knows that I’m crazy and that I should be institutionalized.

That the ACLU would participate in the online public shaming of a middle aged, disabled woman, who was made a target, because of her mental health disability, is a renunciation of the ACLU’s campaigns regarding disability rights, as well as privacy, including online privacy.

The most defamatory and disgusting thing that the ACLU did in producing this video meant to destroy my life, a video which almost drove me to suicide and incited my murder, was to purposely and purposefully omit those portions of the video that make it clear that my attacker was targeting me for my mental health disability, as well as those portions of the video where my attacker stigmatizes mental illness and makes clear that Yale was illegally feeding her my personal information, in gross violation of my privacy, including my mental health history.

The ACLU should be utterly ashamed of itself.  They need to retract this video and produce a video in its place that apologizes to me for having destroyed my life and career and for having made such disgusting and grossly false and defamatory statements about me.

The ACLU has turned itself into a travesty of its former self, a one time defender of civil liberties for one and all.  The ACLU has turned its back on and now makes a mockery of its once proud legacy.

ACLU, do you want to know who is responsible for destroying the now defunct Living While Black movement? You are, by turning the Living While Black movement into a bloodsport of trying to get older, lower class, white women with obvious or seeming mental health disabilities killed.  You did this.  I tried desperately to save and protect the Living While Black movement, but you successfully destroyed it.  You destroyed it for donations and press and feigned moral authority.  I hope you’re proud of yourselves.  I hope selling your souls was worth it.

Thank you for spending this time with me.

What Happened on May 8th, 2018, at Yale During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Video and Transcript (Part VII)

Below please find my What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video and Transcript (Part VII).

Here is the What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video (Part VII): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnq-nbvDUdE

Here is the transcript thereof:

It was at this point that the Supervising Officer told the rest of the officers, including the female Yale Police officer to leave.

It shocked me that he would have done this.  I would have assumed that this went against protocol.

Then, he began to berate me.

He told me that I had no right to ever question the presence of a sleeping stranger in the common room next to my isolated dorm room, even if the common room had been used all evening to terrorize me in my own home.  He said that what I had done was harassment and that he was going to tell the Graduate School, to let them know.

I said, no, please listen to me.  I am the one being harassed.  I am the one being harassed.

Then, he told me that I never should have called the Yale campus police, because this was not a criminal matter.

And, I said, “But, it is, it is a criminal matter.”

And, he replied to me, loudly and angrily, “I AM TELLING YOU THAT IT IS NOT.  I AM TELLING YOU THAT IT IS NOT A CRIMINAL MATTER.”

I said please listen to me; please understand me.

And, the supervisor said to me, “Oh, I understand you perfectly.”  (I knew, I absolutely knew at that point that he was trying to frame me as a racist, as having perpetrated racial harassment, even though he knew that I was the one being harassed.)

He said, “We’re done here.”

I said, “Please, please listen to me.  Please let me tell you what is really happening here.”  I beseeched him in what I’m sure was a plaintive tone.

Then, he said to me, “No. I’m done listening to you.  This conversation is over.”

And, he walked away from me.

I went into my dorm room. Of course, I was terrified.

But, at the time, I still thought that I could rectify the situation.  I thought, it will be ok, because the Yale Administration and the Yale campus police already know the truth.  They know that I didn’t harass anyone ever.  They know that I was the one being terrorized.

I sent emails, again, to the Provosts, Yale Housing, Officer Grace Schenkle, and Yale Police Chief Higgins, explaining that the Yale Police Officers, and, in particular, the Supervisor, had not seemed to understand what was happening, and to please let them know, and also that they had not allowed me to explain what was really happening, that I was in fact the victim of harassment, not the harasser.

I was up the rest of the night.  I couldn’t sleep, of course.  I continued to pack up my things.

The woman came and went the rest of the night, repeatedly slamming the common room door and the elevator door, over and over again.  I did and said nothing.

Around 5 am or thereabouts, I could hear the woman slamming the common room door and the elevator door just over and over and over again.  For a long time, maybe half an hour.

I sent an email to everyone again, to let them know about her behavior.

I’ll stop there for this video.

I’ll do a separate video about the aftermath of May 8th.  And, how I found out that the Yale Administration and the Yale Campus police intended to exploit the May 8thincident to defame me and to destroy my life, livelihood, and reputation, as well as to try to get me killed.

I’ll also do a separate video to describe how I discovered that I had been filmed and recorded illegally on May 8th, and that that heavily edited and illegally recorded video was being propagated across the world, as part of a global murderous defamation campaign.

What Happened on May 8th, 2018, at Yale During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Video and Transcript (Part VI)

Here is the What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video (Part VI): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCz4DvSe4OA

Here is the transcript thereof:

I am not now remembering every single statement that was spoken.  But, as our conversation continued, I became more and more concerned, and I tried more desperately to make myself clear and to make them aware of what had actually occurred.

I was primarily addressed by the Yale Police Officer who arrived late, glared at me, and identified himself as the supervisor.

He seemed accusatory from the start.

They informed me that they had verified the identity of the woman whom I had encountered and that she was a grad student and a resident of the Hall of Graduate Studies.

Shortly after we began speaking, the woman whom I had encountered returned to the 12thfloor, and entered the common room.

I was surprised, and I asked the officers if she was going to go back to her dorm room.

They said that there was nothing they could do to make her leave, because she’s a resident and has a key to the room.

I said that she can’t camp out in that room and sleep in there, even if she is a resident.

Basically, what I remember is the Yale police officers telling me that I should never have even questioned the presence of a sleeping stranger in the 12thfloor common room, because, even if I had asked her if she was a resident or a student, and she wouldn’t answer me, and even if I had never seen her before, and even if there were housing regulations prohibiting the use of common rooms as hotel rooms, even by residents, and even if persons had been using the 12thfloor common room to terrorize me all evening in my isolated dorm room, and even if persons had been using the 12thfloor common room to terrorize me for months in my isolated dorm room, and even if this stranger whom I had found sleeping in the room next to my isolated dorm room made statements to me that made it clear to me that she was one of the persons who had been terrorizing me that evening and for months, I had no right to question the presence of a sleeping stranger in the 12thfloor common room.  Even though this was a mere two weeks after two undergraduate women had been robbed at gunpoint in their dorm room by a man who had been seen hanging out in the common rooms of their dorm.

(I will do a separate video about the multiple shockingly similar incidents that occurred on Yale’s campus following the May 8thincident, when Yale students found sleeping strangers, including sleeping strangers of color who claimed to be fellow Yale students, in the common rooms of their dorms and called the authorities, including the Yale campus police.  Of course, nothing happened to those students, because those students weren’t falsely accused of racism, and no one turned a camera phone on them and then blasted them to the world over the internet.)

I was, quite frankly, shocked by what I was hearing.  I immediately began to fear the worst.  Just as I had feared that this had been a staged trap meant to provoke an incident, I now began to fear that the Yale Police, and, in particular, this supervisor who had arrived late and appeared to be quite hostile towards me, were complicit.

I said that what the Yale police officers were saying made no sense.  I had no idea that this sleeping stranger whom I had found in the common room next to my isolated dorm room was a resident or a student or even a Yale affiliate.

The Yale Police officers told me that it was unreasonable for me to question her presence, even after having been terrorized in my isolated dorm room all evening, because, I couldn’t possibly know all graduate students and residents.

But, I said, that doesn’t even matter, because even if she is a resident, she can’t sleep in that room.

The female Yale Police officer then said that there was nothing they could do to stop her from sleeping in the room and using it as a hotel room.

I said, “Ok.  I understand.  I’m just going to have to get an attorney and get a restraining order against them.”

The supervisor asked me, “Who’s them.”

I said, “The persons, presumably students, who were involved in the February 24thincident.”

The supervisor asked me, “How do you know this woman was involved in the February 24thincident?”

I said, “I don’t know. But, I strongly believe that she was, because of the statements she made to me inside of the room.”

The supervisor asked me, “What statements did she make?”

I said, “She said, ‘Are you that lady who called the cops on that party?  You are that lady who called the cops on that party.’  I understood her to be referring to the February 24thincident.”

The supervisor then asked me if I had ever seen the woman before and if I knew her.  I said no, I had never seen her before.

Then, the supervisor asked me again if I had ever seen her before and if I knew her.  I said, again, no, I had never seen her before.

Then, the supervisor said to me, “Well, she sure knows who you are.”

And, I said to him, “Apparently so.”

The supervisor seemed to want to change the subject.  The supervisor told me that he didn’t believe me that there was a prohibition on sleeping in the common rooms.

I seemed to be getting nowhere with the Yale Police officers.

They seemed determined to cast me as the wrongdoer, but I knew that I had done absolutely nothing wrong. I had been repeatedly instructed by the Yale Administration and the Yale campus police to call the Yale campus police for any reason, even if I was unsure as to whether it constituted a safety risk or no.

Then, the supervisor told me that he was going to let the Graduate School Dean Lynn Cooley know what I had done.

I was shocked.

I said to him, “You think I did something wrong?”

I can’t remember exactly what he said in response, but I remember him saying something to the effect that I was the one harassing another student and that he was going to let the Grad School Dean know what I had done.

I said something along the lines of, “Please let Dean Cooley know, because she is fully aware of what is happening here.  I am not harassing anyone; I am the one being harassed.  I have been harassed for months.”

The Supervisor seemed angry by my response, and he seemed to misunderstand what I was saying.

He replied to me with something along the lines of, “That’s fine.  Don’t worry, I know Dean Cooley too.  I know her very well.  I’ve known her for years.”

I was completely taken aback by this response.  This was the response that made me know that I was in very serious trouble and that the Yale Police were determined to cast me as the wrongdoer and to harm me.  I was scared.

I tried to explain again that I was the one being harassed.

I literally said, “No, you don’t understand; I’m the one being harassed.”

I said to the officers, “You don’t understand what is happening.  Please speak with Dean Cooley.  She knows what is happening here.  Please read Officer Grace Schenkle’s police report that was filed on March 9th.  It explains everything that is happening here.”

What Happened on May 8th, 2018, at Yale During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Video and Transcript (Part V)

Below please find my What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video and Transcript (Part V).

Here is the What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video (Part V): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CH4RQ67ohj8

Here is the transcript thereof:

The female Yale police officer asked me to tell her what happened, while we stood in the interior room of the 12thfloor common room.

I told her how I had entered the space and saw an unidentifiable, sleeping human form, entirely obscured by a blanket.  I told her that I had no idea if this person was a man or a woman, or the race, identity, or sex of this person.  I told her how I had repeatedly asked the woman who emerged from the blanket if she was a resident or a student.  I told her how I had informed the woman that she was not allowed to camp out in that room nor use it as a hotel room.  I told the female police officer that I had no idea who this person was and that I had never seen her before.

Then, I told the female Yale police officer how this woman had made statements to me that made me believe that she was not only one of the persons who had been terrorizing me in my isolated dorm room that evening, but also most likely one of the persons who had been involved in the February 24thincident and who had been terrorizing me for months.

Then, the female Yale police officer asked me what happened on and after February 24th, 2018.

I told her that it was a long story, and that the persons involved in the February 24thincident thought that I was a racist, but that I’m not a racist, and I would never engage in racist behavior.

Then, the female Yale police officer received a communication over her radio.  It was someone confirming the identity of the woman whom I had encountered.  I can confirm that the name, which was given to the female police officer was not the name that the woman chooses to use.  I understand that this is why it took longer than usual to confirm her name and identity as a Yale graduate student and resident of the Hall of Graduate Studies.

Then, I told the female Yale police officer that I believed that the woman and the other persons who had been terrorizing me that evening were trying to provoke an incident, and that they had staged a trap for me.

The female Yale police officer then told me that she was going to head down to the 5thfloor to speak to the other Yale Police officers and the woman whom I had encountered.

The female Yale police officer told me to go back to my dorm room, and to wait for her there.  She said that she would return to speak with me in a little while.

As we exited the 12thfloor common room, I said to the female Yale police officer, “Oh, I have to operate the elevator for you, so that you can get down to the 5thfloor.”

I opened the elevator door for the female Yale police officer when it arrived, after having called it.

Talk about strange timing – there was a male Yale police officer, a different male Yale police officer, in the elevator when it arrived.  He gave me the most withering glare when I opened the door, and I immediately became worried.

To the best of my memory, the female officer told him that she was headed down to the 5thfloor, and the newly arrived male officer told her that he would accompany her.

I sent them down to the 5thfloor, using my resident key to operate the elevator.

I returned to my dorm room. The Yale police officers were gone for some time.  I took advantage of the time to send additional emails to Provost Spangler, Provost Smith, Yale Housing, Yale police officer Grace Schenkle, with whom I had filed my police reports, and Yale Police Department Chief Ronnell Higgins, to let them all know what had occurred, and why I had felt compelled to call the non emergency help line of the Yale campus police department.

So, any claim that either the Yale Administration or the Yale campus police didn’t know exactly what had happened and why I had called the Yale campus police, as I had been repeatedly instructed to do for any reason whatsoever, is false.

Some time later, I wasn’t keeping track, I heard a knock on my door.

It was all of the Yale police officers.  I stood in the threshold of my dorm room.

What Happened on May 8th, 2018, at Yale During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Video and Transcript (Part IV)

Below please find my What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video and Transcript (Part IV).

Here is the What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video (Part IV): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhBWUk1BPwA

Here is the transcript thereof:

Then, I received a phone call.  It was the Yale campus police.

They told me that they were on the ground floor, but that they couldn’t operate the elevator, because they didn’t have a key.

I was surprised to hear this.

I went down to go get the Yale campus police officers in the elevator.

While we were riding back up the elevator, I said to them, “Oh, you guys should really have a key to the elevator, so that you can get up the elevator, if you need to.”

And, the Yale police officers concurred with me.  I also told the officers that the woman had left the 12thfloor, but that I did not know where she went.

The elevator stopped at the 5thfloor.  I was surprised that the elevator had stopped, because it was approximately 2 am or thereabouts.

When the elevator stopped, I could see that the woman whom I had encountered in the 12thfloor common room was standing outside the elevator.  It had been unfortunate timing, and she had apparently called the elevator (probably to try to return to the 12thfloor) from the 5thfloor, where, presumably, she lives.

That was one point that I wanted to make.  Constantly, in the press, and during their television appearances, I was referred to as her neighbor.  I can only assume that my attackers wished to propagate this false narrative.  I was no one’s neighbor.  I lived in probably the most isolated dorm room in the Hall of Graduate Studies.  I lived at the top of a tower, where my dorm room was the only dorm room on that floor. Moreover, I rarely left my room, and I socialized with no one.  I was suffering from mental health disabilities, including post traumatic stress disorder, and the only thing I wanted was to be left alone and in peace to work on my dissertation.

So, when I saw the woman on the 5thfloor, when the elevator stopped, I told the officers, “That’s her.  That’s the woman whom I encountered in the 12thfloor common room.”

When the officers opened the elevator door, the woman immediately held her phone up to us again. The officers asked her what she was doing.

I can’t remember exactly what the woman said, but she said something like, “I have a right to take pictures.”

And, I remember that I replied, “No, you do not have a right to take pictures of me.”

It was at this point that the female officer motioned for me to turn around, so that the woman would not be able to take pictures of me, if I did not want her to.

I was later shocked to discover that the woman had filmed and recorded this moment, and that she had also widely distributed this video online, even though I am clearly objecting in the video to having my picture taken.  (I was not aware that I was being filmed or recorded.)

Also, at this point, the woman said that I was crazy or psychotic (I can’t remember exactly what she said.), and she said that I needed to be in a mental institution.  I can’t remember if this is the point in the video where she says that Yale knows that I’m crazy or no.

I was shocked to hear this woman, a complete and utter stranger to me; someone whom I had never seen before, speak about my mental health history, as if she knew exactly who I was and knew me well and had interacted with me before and had had discussions about me with the Yale Administration.

It would become abundantly clear to me, before the night was over, that this woman knew exactly who I was, had targeted me, including, in part, because of my mental health disabilities, and that she had been made privy to my identity and my mental health history by the Yale Administration.

I was completely in the dark at this point.  I had absolutely no idea who this woman was at this point.  I only suspected, strongly, that she had been terrorizing me in my home that evening, and, probably, due to the statements she had made to me in the 12thfloor common room, had been terrorizing me in my isolated dorm room for months.

So, the male officer stepped out of the elevator at that point, to speak with the woman, and the female officer continued with me, back up to the 12thfloor.

While we were still in the elevator, the female officer asked me for my student ID, which I gave to her, and she checked to make sure that I was who I said I was and that I had authorization to be there.

We got out of the elevator, and we went into the 12thfloor common room, so that I could explain to the female officer what had occurred and what had prompted me to call the non emergency helpline of the Yale campus police.

The last point that I’ll make in this part is that I was shocked when we (the female officer and I) moved into the interior room of the 12thfloor common room, where the woman had been sleeping.

She had completely rearranged the room.

Instead of the closed laptop sitting on the desk, next to a couple of books and other items, which is where these items were when I had discovered the entirely obscured sleeping human form in the common room, the woman had now moved these items to the coffee table.

The laptop was open and turned on, and the books were open on the coffee table.  The woman clearly wanted to make it look like she had been hard at work, studying, and then had simply lied back to take a quick nap.

It became clear to me that this had been a deliberate attempt to provoke an incident and to stage a trap.  (I had already perceived this, but it became even more apparent, as events unfolded.)

Here is the What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video (Part III): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwBdlxpBjPU

Here is the transcript thereof:

I immediately left and went back to my dorm room.  I called the non emergency helpline for the Yale campus police, as I had been instructed to do, for any reason at all, repeatedly, by Provosts Spangler and Smith and Chief Ronnell Higgins of the Yale campus police department.

I want to make this very clear.  I never called 911.  I never called the New Haven Police Department.  I called the non emergency helpline for the Yale campus police, as I had been repeatedly instructed to do, for any reason, by both the Yale Administration and the Yale campus police, even if I was unsure as to whether I was being faced with an actual safety hazard or no.

I spoke with the officer who answered.  I told them what had occurred.  The officer asked me if I knew if the person I had encountered in the 12thfloor common room was a resident or a student or a Yale affiliate of any kind. I told them that I did not know, but that I had asked her repeatedly if she was a resident or a student, and she wouldn’t answer me.  I said that I had never seen her before and that I had no idea who she was.

I also told them, that, even if she did turn out to be a Yale affiliate of some kind, even a resident of the Hall of Graduate Studies, that it is a violation of the housing regulations to sleep in the common rooms, including the 12thfloor common room.  The common rooms are not to be used as hotel rooms.  Everyone, guests included, and Yale affiliates and non affiliates alike are to only sleep overnight in the residents’ dormitory rooms.  This is explicitly listed in the Yale Graduate Housing Handbook, which all residents of the Hall of Graduate Studies receive.

After I hung up the phone with the Yale campus police, I sent an email to Provost Spangler, Provost Smith, Yale campus police Officer Grace Schenkle, with whom I had filed my initial and subsequent police reports, and Yale Housing, to tell them everything that had happened, including the fact that I had been harassed all evening, and why I felt compelled to go ahead and call the Yale campus police, as they had all instructed me to do repeatedly, for any reason.

I told them specifically that I thought my attackers were trying to provoke an incident, by harassing me all evening and by camping out in the 12thfloor common room, in order to stage a trap for me.

This email was sent to the Yale Administration, the Yale campus police, and Yale Housing, before the Yale campus police officers even arrived on May 8th, 2018.  The point being, that they all knew exactly why I had called the non emergency helpline of the Yale campus police (as they had all instructed me repeatedly to do) on May 8th, 2018.  Because I told them, even before the Yale campus police arrived that morning.

I now wish that I hadn’t, but I opened my dorm room door, and stood in my threshold, waiting for the Yale campus police officers to arrive.

I waited for several minutes.  Then, the woman whom I had encountered in the 12thfloor common room, exited the common room.  She had her phone on me the entire time.  She called the elevator, and she stood, waiting for the elevator, with her phone on me.

I had no idea what she was doing with her phone.  I thought she was taking pictures of me.

It never even occurred to me that she was filming or recording me.

I was still standing in the threshold of my dorm room.

I said to her, “What are you doing with your phone?  Are you taking pictures of me?”

She didn’t answer.

I told her, “Well, if you’re going to take pictures of me, then I’m going to take pictures of you too.”

I reached over for my phone and I took it and snapped a couple of still photos of the woman.

She said, in a baiting tone, “Make sure to get my good side.”

She held her phone on me the entire time.  I never had a thought that I was being filmed or recorded.  I couldn’t imagine why she would have been recording me.

This is when I said to her, “I have every right to call the police.  You cannot sleep in that room.”

Those statements were true then, and they remain true.

This was the video of me that my attackers edited out of context and distributed widely online.

This video was recorded before the Yale campus police arrived, when it was just me and the woman whom I had encountered, having a private conversation between two persons, while I had a reasonable expectation of privacy, standing in the threshold of my dorm room door at approximately 2 am.

This video was recorded illegally, per CT state law, and should never have been distributed to anyone, online or otherwise.

The woman said to me, in a mocking, taunting tone, “Keep going.  Keep going.”

It probably should have occurred to me at that point that she was recording me, but it simply didn’t, because I couldn’t imagine why anyone would have been recording me.

Of course, she edited out her mocking and taunting comments in the video of me that she illegally distributed widely online.

The woman took the elevator.

I continued to wait for several minutes, standing in my dorm room doorway.

Then, I received a phone call.  It was the Yale campus police.

Here is the What Happened at Yale on May 8th, 2018, During the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax YouTube Channel Video (Part II): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1UgfxoP1xI

Here is the transcript thereof:

I just happened to turn my head and look thru the open doorway into the interior room of the common room, which was dark.

I saw a laptop and a few books and other items sitting on a desk.

This was a very strange thing to see.  I had never known anyone to use that room to study in the two years that I had lived there. And, of course, it would have shocked me to learn that anyone had been using that room to study that evening.

I was also concerned that someone had left their laptop in the room where anyone who could get access could take it.

I walked into the interior room of the common room to get a closer look.

I was shocked to see what appeared to be, in the dark, a sleeping human form, entirely obscured, from head to toe, with a blanket.

I had no idea if this person was a man or a woman or the race or identity or sex of this person. I saw only a sleeping human form entirely obscured by a blanket.

My first thought was that this person was one of the persons who had been harassing me that evening, and, possibly, for months.

I had no idea if this person was a resident or a student or a friend of a resident or of a student. People try to make use of the common rooms as hotel rooms for their visiting friends not infrequently, and there is a housing regulation that prohibits such behavior.

I also want to make clear that the excuse the Yale Administration and campus police gave me for not being able to do anything about the fact that I was being terrorized in my isolated dorm room for months is because they had no idea who my attackers were or if they were even residents or students or Yale affiliates. And, the Provosts Spangler and Smith had assured me repeatedly that the students involved in the February 24thincident would stay away from me, my dorm room, and the 12thfloor of the Hall of Graduate Studies, as they had absolutely no reason to be there.

What I saw when I saw this unidentifiable sleeping human form was someone who was making use of the 12thfloor common room as a hotel room, in violation of housing regulations.  What I also saw when I saw this unidentifiable sleeping human form is someone who had most likely been terrorizing me that evening, as well as for months, and someone who had probably set up camp immediately outside of my isolated dorm room for the purpose of terrorizing me.

I interpreted the scene as my attackers having become so desperate to settle their delusional, jealous, and obsessive personal vendetta against me before the end of the academic year, which was fast approaching, that they had decided to set up camp immediately outside of my isolated dorm room for this purpose.

I said to the person, “Are you sleeping in here?”  And, I turned on the light in the interior room of the common room.

I said to the person, “You can’t sleep in here.  You can’t use this room as a hotel room.”

A woman emerged from the blanket.  I had never seen her before.  I had no idea who she was.  I didn’t know her name.  I didn’t know if she was a resident or a student or, even, a Yale affiliate.

The woman was wearing a pink shower cap.  She appeared to have been asleep for the night, as far as I could tell.  There was nothing on the coffee table in front of the sofa, where she was lying.  To me, it seemed clear that she had gone to bed for the night.

She did not appear to me to merely be taking a nap over her books.

I asked her repeatedly who she was and if she was a resident or a student.  She would not answer me.

I identified myself as a resident of the Hall of Graduate Studies, and I told her that she could not use that room as a hotel room, because no one is allowed to sleep in the common rooms.

She then made comments to me that made it clear to me that she was not only one of the persons who had been harassing me that evening, but that she was also one of the persons who had been harassing me for months, including on February 24th, 2018.

She said to me, in what I interpreted as a hostile manner, “Are you that lady who called the cops on that party?  You are that lady who called the cops on that party.”

Then, she picked up her phone.

It wasn’t clear to me what she was doing with her phone.  I thought that maybe she was taking pictures of me.  Then, I thought that maybe she was calling the Yale campus police, because I had called the Yale campus police back in February.  I definitely felt like she was doing something to retaliate against me for the February 24thincident, and I became concerned for my safety.

I said to her, “What are you doing?  Are you calling the police?”

And, I said, “No, you’re not going to call the police; I’m going to call the campus police.”

Here is the transcript thereof:

Hello.  This is Sarah Braasch.  Welcome or welcome back to my channel.

Today I am going to talk about exactly what actually happened on the evening of May 7thand the early morning hours of May 8th, 2018.

As I’ve discussed previously, I was being terrorized in my isolated dorm room on Yale’s campus for months, while the Yale Administration and the Yale campus police stood by and did nothing, even though they could not have been more aware of what was happening. In fact, I believe that the Yale Administration and the Yale campus police were complicit in my being terrorized in my own home for months, and I believe that they were illegally feeding my personal information to my attackers.  Of course, I believed that the Resident Coordinators and the students involved in the February 24thincident were the ones stalking, harassing, and attacking me.  I believe that the Yale Administration and the Yale campus police were retaliating against me, because I had resisted being wrongfully publicly branded a racist, and because I had stood up for the federal civil rights of a black man during my first year in the PhD program at Yale.

I had begged the Yale Administration and Yale Housing to close the 12thfloor common room of the Hall of Graduate Studies, and I told them explicitly that it was only being used as a vehicle and an excuse to stalk, harass, and attack me.

As I had previously mentioned, between approximately April 24thand May 8th, 2018, my attackers had adopted the tactic of screaming and yelling at all hours of the day and night into my dorm room thru the adjoining wall between the 12thfloor common room and my dorm room.  They had also adopted the tactic of repeatedly loudly slamming the 12thfloor common room door, as well as the elevator door.

It seemed to me that this was being done by 2 or 3 persons, and it sounded to me as if there was at least one female voice and at least one male voice.

Of course, now, I believe that these persons were most likely my two main accusers, the man and the woman who made numerous television appearances.

This same harassing behavior took place for hours on the evening of May 7th, 2018.  I would have been shocked if you had told me that someone was actually studying in the 12thfloor common room on the evening of May 7th, 2018.  People were going in and out of the room, over and over again, repeatedly slamming the door loudly, as well as the elevator door.  And, people (again, it sounded like 2 or 3 voices, at least one man and one woman) were screaming and yelling nonstop thru the adjoining wall into my dorm room.

On May 7th, 2018, I was in the process of fleeing my home.  After having been terrorized in my isolated dorm room for months, with the harassment and stalking and attacks escalating, in terms of both severity and frequency, I was very concerned for my personal safety.  I know that when harassment escalates like that, the next step is physical violence, and, perhaps, murder.  I let the Yale Administration and campus police know that I interpreted their behavior as essentially making a public announcement that anyone was free to attack me, either physically or verbally with impunity.  I was, quite simply, terrified for my life.

I had been taking steps for at least a couple of weeks to leave asap.  It was difficult for me to leave, because I had teaching and grading responsibilities, and due to a lack of funds.   But, I was still desperate to leave at the earliest opportunity.  I had been packing up and taking items to a nearby storage facility.  I had also made arrangements to stay with friends in New York City asap.

One other issue that I would like to point out is that a couple of weeks before May 8th, two undergraduate women had been robbed at gun point in their dorm room by a man who had been seen hanging out in the common rooms of the dorm.  This was published in the Yale Daily News, and I, like most persons on campus, was well aware of this fact.

So, on May 7th, while I was being terrorized in my dorm room, I was desperately trying to pack up my things to leave.  I felt that as the end of the academic year was approaching that my attackers were becoming desperate to settle their delusional, jealous, and obsessive personal vendetta against me, and they knew that Yale would do nothing to stop them.

I was still up at around 1 or 2 am in the morning, because I wanted to finish packing and leave so desperately.

The 12thfloor common room had grown entirely silent, and I assumed that my attackers had given up for the night and had gone back to their dorm rooms or left the Hall of Graduate Studies for the night.

Let me be clear – I had never seen my attackers.  I had never confronted them, as instructed.  I had never said anything to them.  I had never opened my door.  And, my dorm room door did not have a peep hole.  I did not know their names at this point, even though they knew mine.  I did not even know if all or any of them were residents or students or just friends of residents and / or students.  Of course, I strongly suspected that they were the Resident Coordinators and the persons involved in the February 24thincident.

At around 130 am or thereabouts, I needed to throw some stuff away, and I had run out of trash bin real estate, so I decided to go make use of the trash bin in the 12thfloor common room, and I also saw it as an opportunity to make sure the room hadn’t been trashed, as often happened, and just to generally check on the condition of the room.

I did not think that anyone was in the room at that time.  If I had had any thought that someone was still in the common room at that time, then I never would have gone in there.

I entered the common room with my key.  I tossed my garbage into the trash bin.  The common room on the 12thfloor is composed of two rooms.  The exterior room that I had entered was lighted.

I just happened to turn my head and look thru the open doorway into the interior room of the common room, which was dark.
