Twitter literally just sent me this notification on Twitter, thanking me for reporting the Crying Sarah Braasch / TearsofSarah Twitter Account that has been impersonating me and terrorizing me for weeks, and which very recently tweeted as me and spoke about me sucking the dicks of my Yale Advisors, a report for which my Twitter Account was permanently suspended, and my Twitter Account has NOT been restored. I just think humanity is evil now, just pure, unadulterated evil. People would rather get an innocent killed and destroy an innocent life than admit that they lied about me and joined the witch hunt at Yale for their own personal benefit, knowing that they were very likely getting an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney killed.
I am hopeful that Twitter will recognize that they’ve made an egregious error and will rectify the situation and restore my account to full functionality. I have already submitted an appeal and filed a complaint with the San Francisco Bay Area Better Business Bureau. But, that this happened at all is shocking.
I want to say how much I love Paula Wright @SexyIsntSexist and Tom Woods @ThomasEWoods of the Tom Woods podcast, wherein I appeared in a very well received episode. Thank you for setting the record straight about the gross injustice of Twitter permanently suspending me merely for reporting an account that was inflicting the most horrific abuse upon me and then having the temerity to discuss what had occurred on my Twitter feed.
In the tweets indicated as the offending tweets, nothing could be more clear than that I am discussing the fact that I have been the victim of vicious abuse and harassment for weeks by an account called Crying Sarah Braasch, with the Twitter handle TearsofSarah. This account has been impersonating me and and spreading disgusting lies about me. It is not parody. I am not a public figure. I am not a book. I am not a movie. You can’t parody a completely private person. This is abuse and harassment and stalking meant to drive me to suicide.
In the so-called offending tweets, I am talking about how Twitter and Twitter Support and Twitter Safety finally acted against this account that has been terrorizing me for weeks, even though I have been reporting their every disgusting tweet about me. And, I am saying that this entire hellish nightmare that I have lived in for almost 3 and a half years is the fault of Yale President Peter Salovey, because he refuses to tell the simple, honest to God TRUTH and save the life and career of an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney.
The only reason that Twitter Support and Twitter Safety finally acted is because these latest tweets by TearsofSarah were so obscene and beyond the pale that they had to act. The Crying Sarah Braasch Twitter Account spoke of how I suck the dick of one of my Yale Advisors. It was repulsive. The tweets of mine that are the allegedly offending tweets that violate Twitter’s Terms of Service include screenshots of the disgusting TearsofSarah tweets. This is enough to know how incredibly abusive and obscene they are:
Twitter sent me the following emails to thank me for making the report. They told me that they locked the TearsofSarah Twitter account and removed the abusive tweets. The emails are as follow:
Shortly thereafter, I got an error message when using my Twitter Account that my account had been suspended. Then, I went to my email and found this message that my account had been permanently suspended for reporting an account that had been terrorizing me for weeks, impersonating me, and talking about me sucking the dicks of my Yale Advisors, while Twitter Support and Twitter Safety did nothing.

For as long as I live, people are never going to stop attacking me and trying to silence me, because I am the PROOF that they are lying bigots and frauds. There is not a doubt in my mind that this is part of Jack Dorsey and Twitter’s campaign to silence me to protect their blue check mark public figures who repeatedly tried to mob me to suicide on their platform via Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, as part of the witch hunt at Yale and the global defamation campaign against me, following the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. I have stated repeatedly that almost everyone who participated in the witch hunt at Yale, especially those in academia, either Law or Psychology or Philosophy, in particular, 100% KNEW me and knew me as an innocent Yale graduate student and civil rights attorney. They all knew me or knew of me or had even worked with me. And, I have the evidence. This didn’t stop almost any of them from attacking me and trying to destroy me and my life and my career.
People seem to have a hard time believing this. So, here’s some PROOF.
Professor David Rand, then at Yale and Yale Law School, taught me agent based computational modeling and simulation in Matlab. He put me in touch with USC Law Professor Daria Roithmayr, because we both applied modeling and simulation to issues of Police Brutality, especially against Persons of Color. He thought we might wish to work together. She was at Yale Law School during the Spring 2018 Semester, the semester during which the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax occurred.
Below you will find an email exchange wherein David Rand puts me and Daria Roithmayr in touch with one another and then Professor Roithmayr and I proceed to exchange pleasantries and discuss the possibility of working together and arrange a meeting. I had to postpone the meeting, because I was then in the throes of trying to save my life and career, because the Yale Administration were already intent on publicly branding me a racist, after Lolade Siyonbola and Jean Louis Reneson falsely accused me of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching.
The fact that USC Law Professor Daria Roithmayr knew me and knew me as an innocent Yale graduate student and civil rights attorney working on the issues of Police Brutality and Implicit Bias did not stop her from attacking me viciously and joining the witch hunt and mob against me and subjecting me to Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process. I will post the screen shots of her tweets about me first, and then my email exchange that I had had with her. The dichotomy is jolting and jarring, to say the least.
And, now everyone knows I’m telling the TRUTH when I say that most of the persons, especially in academia, who participated in the witch hunt at Yale that almost got me killed, knew me or knew of me or even had worked with me. I will probably make a few more of these posts for the witch hunt participants for whom I have explicit and unequivocal evidence that they knew they were telling disgusting lies about me that put my life in the gravest of danger.

I think all of my beautiful supporters are more than well aware at this point that I am being mercilessly and relentlessly and viciously attacked yet again, especially on Twitter, and including by blue check mark public figures, who will do literally anything to stop me from getting the TRUTH out about the witch hunt at Yale. I want to make something perfectly clear, which is already perfectly clear to any reasonable, honest person: I have NEVER made a threat of violence to anyone, and I never would. I am the least violent, least dangerous, least threatening person in the world. I wouldn’t hurt a fly. Twitter, TwitterSafety, TwitterSupport, and Jack Dorsey all know this. They would love to get rid of me. Don’t you think if I had EVER made a death threat or threat of violence to anyone they would have already permanently suspended my account?

He was initially using me as a proxy to attack the University of Chicago Philosophy and Law Professor, Brian Leiter. Brian Leiter has been an amazing support to me and has stood by my side throughout this hellish nightmare, the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. Richard Painter is not going to stop attacking me until I’m dead. I have literally begged him to stop, because I’m still intermittently suicidal. Richard Painter is subjecting me to Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process over a more than 3 year old non-crime and non-event at Yale. Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter are not only driving innocent people to suicide and destroying innocent lives, it’s destroying us. It’s destroying our legal system, Due Process, and our egalitarian public space. The latest tweets from Richard Painter have truly jumped the shark. They are brazen lies that betray his desperation. I have exposed him as the lying bigot and fraud that he is, and now he is flailing about like a chicken with his head cut off, trying desperately to save his reputation. He is trying to get me killed. He has threatened to get me disbarred. He is saying that I have used racist slurs against Don Lemon of CNN and other Black journalists. This is a straight up LIE. If I had ever used a racist slur against anyone, let alone Don Lemon of CNN, the whole world would know by now. My every tweet is archived by the jealous Mean Girl Stalkers of Twitter. Archive.is is a veritable Smithsonian of my tweets. I have not deleted a single 1 of my nearly 100k tweets, because I know that I have never tweeted anything of which I need be ashamed. Richard Painter is the one who should be ashamed of his tweets incessantly attacking a traumatized woman for the past two weeks over a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime. My life and human and civil rights career were already decimated. I almost killed myself countless times. I had to go into hiding for 3 years. His attacks on me are beyond the pale at this point. I want to make something perfectly, perfectly clear: I NEVER accused Richard Painter of being part of any conspiracy. NO ONE accused Richard Painter of being part of any conspiracy. He is LYING about this incessantly, and he knows he’s lying. Richard Painter wishes someone would let him be a part of their conspiracy. Not even the conspiracy theorists want him on their team, because it’s so obvious what a lying bigot and fraud he is. He would make the conspiracy theorists look bad.
