Twitter and Jack Dorsey are supporting and encouraging the most grotesque and sadistic cruelty towards me, an innocent nobody, on their platform. This is sadistic cruelty that can have no other purpose but to attempt to drive me to suicide.
This is not accountability or consequences, and, in point of fact, I did absolutely nothing wrong, but even if I had, we’re talking about a more than three and a half year old non-event and non-crime, for which I already almost died many times over and lost my lifelong human and civil rights career.
This is not wanting someone to get help.
This is just sadistic cruelty for sport. This is just trying to drive a private citizen nobody to suicide via Cancel Culture on Twitter for sport.

And, the obsession with my appearance is insane. I am not a starlet. I am a middle aged woman and constitutional law scholar and human and civil rights attorney, trying desperately to save her life and career.
I’m not making YouTube videos to become the next social media darling. I’m literally trying to save my life.
But, of course, the hallmark of a sadistic campaign to drive a middle aged woman to suicide is to attack her looks.
And, truly, attacking a middle aged woman for her looks to try to silence her. It’s so original and clever. No one has ever thought to do that before.
I have lost all faith in humanity. I now just think human beings are inherently evil and stupid and not evolved enough to survive much longer.
Tristan Harris is absolutely correct. Social media is destroying us. We’re destroying ourselves.
Who thinks this is the way that you get someone to get help? Who thinks this is the way that you do social justice work? Who thinks this is helping Black people or anyone?

A lot of the intelligentsia like to whine about having been canceled.
Here’s a clue for so many who need it:
Cancellation is not a super fun party and a path to a better life.
Cancellation is not a PR stunt.
If you have a better job and more money and greater acclaim AFTER your so-called “Cancellation Event,” then you were NOT Canceled.
I am inclined to say that people past a certain threshold of wealth and status and power and fame simply can’t be canceled.
Allow me to explain what actually being canceled means:
It means being a private citizen nobody who was living like a reclusive hermit Rapunzel at the top of a tower on Yale’s campus, someone who wanted only to be left in peace to complete her Saving the World Project, her Yale PhD Dissertation.
I was the antithesis of a public figure. I had never sought public attention.
Even if you think I did something wrong or racist (I didn’t.), I committed no crime. The Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale was the least newsworthy thing that happened on planet Earth on May 8th, 2018. This was an utter non-event that was blown into a global racial hysteria. This is why we MUST revisit New York Times v. Sullivan.
In a matter of moments, my life and lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers were decimated.
I was vilified on a global scale as a Pol Pot figure, as a genocidal villain who was trying to lynch Black students on Yale’s campus via the Yale Campus Police.
Before I even knew what had happened, the Yale Administration, including Yale President Peter Salovey, released public statements condemning me without Due Process as the most egregious racist.
I had to flee Yale’s campus for my life while being taunted by a mob, in no small part, because Ijeoma Oluo had been calling on Twitter for the whole world to harass and stalk me in my isolated Yale dorm room, and the image of my dorm room door with my room number clearly visible had been propagated around the world in moments.
I had to immediately go into hiding to save my life, and I more or less stayed in hiding for more than three years.
My surrogate dads had to pay a criminal defense attorney $10k to stop Yale from expelling me.
There is not a single doubt in my mind that Yale would have done so, knowing that they were very likely driving an entirely innocent person to suicide.
I was castigated by the entire Fake News Press, at the behest of the Yale Administration, from the New York Times to CNN to MSNBC to the Washington Post to the LA Times to NBC, ABC, and CBS News, on PBS, on NPR, on GMA, on The View, and the list goes on and on and on.
The ACLU and the entire Moral Outrage Industry continue a campaign to destroy me, drive me to suicide, decimate my reputation and livelihood, and publicly shame me for my mental health disabilities, by grossly violating my privacy, to this day.
I am still deluged by death and rape threats, and threats of violence to this day.
I can’t even count how many times I almost killed myself, and I am still intermittently suicidal.

And, because I had the temerity to not kill myself, because I found an inner reservoir of strength to draw upon, and my beautiful guardian angel brothers to guide me, because I had and have the audacity to defend myself and fight back against my tormentors and expose them for the lying bigots and frauds that they are, because I dare to get the TRUTH out about the witch hunt at Yale that almost got an innocent killed, I am relentlessly mobbed and attacked and abused and harassed and stalked and defamed and smeared to this day.
Because no one wants to admit what they did to me.
I hear a lot about Consequences and Accountability, but no one who participated in the veritable witch hunt at Yale in the 21st century seems to want any.
I searched for months for a job, any job, after the Yale Grad School cut off my fellowship two months short.
I finally found a low paying temp job that is barely keeping me off the streets. And, my job is to keep other people off the streets.
But, the Woke Twitterati, including former White House Ethics Lawyer Richard Painter, don’t even want me to have that. They don’t want me to be able to survive at all. They want me dead. They want me to die already.
They are trying to get me fired from my temp job, so that I’m thrown out of my micro studio.
There is a massive effort to silence me underway.
No, I don’t think it’s any coincidence that Richard Painter is thinking of running for Governor of Minnesota right after he waged a two month campaign to drive me to suicide on Twitter, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter, who has steadfastly stood by my side during this more than three and a half year hellish nightmare.

It was a completely surreal experience to learn that he had done this.
Yes, Jonathan Haidt completely repudiated the contents of his book, The Coddling of the American Mind, during the Fall 2018 Book Tour for the Coddling, by turning said book tour into a social media witch hunt to get a private citizen nobody to commit suicide.
Yes, the Coddling is, in part, about the dangers of social media, and especially about social media moral outrage mobs decimating the lives of innocent nobodies, and even driving them to suicide, over non-events that are blown into global racial hysterias.
Yes, the Coddling is about the Woke Tyranny on college campuses inculcating hyper-sensitivity into college students, and teaching them to attempt to blow every perceived micro-aggression and instance of implicit bias into a global racial hysteria on social media.

He says, repeatedly, “This is racism.” He says, “This is obviously racism.” He says it was “not a misunderstanding.” He says that “it’s appropriate for that woman to feel very ashamed of herself.”
Jonathan Haidt knowingly grossly defamed me on the New York Times Book Review podcast. It begins at the 44:30 mark. It is shocking, to say the least, to hear what Haidt says about me, entirely without evidence. Haidt engages in the most insane mind reading, right after he talks about the importance of giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, and right after he talks about how the best way to destroy a diverse community is to only care about impact, not intent:

I can’t help but notice that in each podcast, Haidt takes pains to make clear that just because I’m racist, doesn’t mean that Yale is racist.
This was one of the reasons why I suggested that perhaps Haidt and the Yale Administration had come to some arrangement, some type of quid pro quo agreement.
I am sick and tired of people smearing me as crazy or a psycho for suggesting as much.
I’m sure Roxane Gay’s Visiting Professorship and Elijah Anderson’s Sterling Professorship and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s honorary doctorate during the Spring 2019 Commencement ceremonies and Dr. Phillip Atiba Goff’s Center for Policing Equity being newly housed at Yale, and his new dual Professor appointment at Yale, and CNN’s April Ryan and Don Lemon being feted at Yale, as well as Star Trek’s George Takei, immediately after they had participated in the global defamation campaign that almost got me killed, all had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they had helped Yale President Peter Salovey try to destroy me.

If Haidt actually had any questions about what happened at Yale during the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, he could have picked up the phone and called my Advisor, Tom Tyler.
I was the Philosophy PhD Student of Jason Stanley at Yale University. Jason Stanley has been a part of many events at the Heterodox Academy. If Haidt actually had questions about what happened at Yale during the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, he could have picked up the phone and called my Advisor, Jason Stanley.
I had never worked with Haidt, but I have worked with many persons who have. People outside of academia don’t realize how insular and incestuous it is, especially within its respective disciplines and especially at the elite university level. This is why I do not believe for one second that Jonathan Haidt was not aware of who I was and the fact that I was completely innocent and worked on the issues of implicit bias and police brutality with Tom Tyler at the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School.
In October/November, 2019, at the FIRE Org’s Faculty Conference in Boston, Professor James C Coyne made a public apology to me and encouraged everyone in attendance to do likewise, and he spoke to Professor Steven Pinker about what had been done to me afterwards. We both had extremely high hopes that many others, especially in academia, who had participated in the witch hunt at Yale that destroyed my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, or who had stood by silently and knowingly watched an innocent almost die, would follow suit and make public apologies to me of their own. We especially had high hopes that Jon Haidt would do so. Obviously, it never happened.
Not only did Jonathan Haidt never apologize to me for what he had done to me, he told Journalist Cathy Young that I’m “crazy,” at a The FIRE Org event in late 2019, I believe, when she approached him to ask him about me.
I have been so forgiving. The bar is very, very low. If I were not so, I would have next to no friends or allies in my life. I would forgive and have forgiven almost anything. I would forgive Jonathan Haidt, if he had said to me, “I’m sorry, Sarah. I was wrong. How can I help you save your life and career?”
That’s all I ask. But, rather than simply admit that he made a grave error in judgment, Jonathan Haidt continues a behind the scenes smear campaign against me to this day.
I think the reason why Haidt just refuses to admit the obvious, that I’m an innocent who was almost killed by a witch hunt in the early 21st century, is because his bread and butter, his oeuvre, his raison d’être, is that he doesn’t make these kinds of grave errors in judgment, to which so many others are prone. I think this is also why academic philosophers continue to try to drive me to suicide. They are supposed to be these paragons of critical thinking. The same can be said for the Law Professors. There is a veritable “Get Sarah Braasch Killed” Industry amongst US Law Schools now. They have created an entirely new law school journal article genre, the race baiting dystopian fantasy, in which I figure as the central villain. University of Florida Professor, and lying bigot and fraud, Katheryn Russell-Brown, just wrote an entire book as a race baiting dystopian fantasy, as a Living While Black Race Hoax, in which I figure prominently; it’s called The Color of Crime.
And, of course, the Woke Intersectional Feminists and Critical Race Theorists can’t admit that they fell for a Living While Black Hate Crime Hoax. My very existence is an existential threat to them, to their ideologies and careers. Per CRT and Woke Intersectional Feminism, it isn’t possible for a Black person to falsely accuse a white person of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching, which is what Lolade Siyonbola accused me of having done, for taking reasonable precautions to enter my isolated Yale dorm room safely. But, truly she was trying to avoid being punished by Yale Housing for having harassed me on the evening of February 24th, 2018.
At this point, I just think that Jonathan Haidt is an evil, lying bigot and fraud.

I thought it was fascinating that Jon Haidt makes a bald faced lie in this message when he says that he only mentioned me that one time on Sam Harris’ podcast.
And, truly, if that’s all he had done, that still would have been a complete repudiation of Haidt’s body of work. And, imagine how devastating that act alone would have been to me and my life, how devastating it has been to me and my life.
Roxane Gay, ultimate Woke KKK member that she is, tried to get away with saying the same thing, while she was inciting the most vicious and inhumane Twitter mobs against me. She said, “I barely mentioned you.” Yeah, you barely mentioned me, ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEW YORK TIMES!
He full on embraces Wokeness. He embraces implicit bias. He embraces impact and rejects intent. He embraces mind reading. Haidt rejects the benefit of the doubt. Haidt rejects Due Process. Haidt rejects skepticism. Haidt rejects rationality. Haidt rejects Enlightenment Values.
As a complete repudiation of the Coddling and Haidt’s entire body of work, he says in this message that he can read my mind and know that I’m a secret racist at Yale who also works on police brutality and the disparate impact on communities of color. Haidt says that the fact that I called the Yale Campus Police (truly a misnomer, really Yale Campus Security), exactly as I had been instructed to do by the Yale Administration and Yale Campus Police Chief Ronnell Higgins, on two strangers who happened to be Black, means that he knows I’m an egregious racist, and the only thing that would convince him otherwise is if I had also called the Yale Campus Police on five white students.
Jonathan Haidt says that he knows, without any evidence whatsoever, and, in fact, with a mountain of evidence to the contrary, that I would not have called the Yale Campus Police on May 8th, 2018, if Lolade Siyonbola had not had dark skin.
And, he thinks this secret knowledge that he alone possesses, in direct contravention of all of the available evidence to the contrary, makes it ok for him to try to drive me to suicide by grossly defaming me in the Fake News Press and Moral Outrage Industry, and as part of an ongoing behind the scenes smear campaign against me.
In truth, I think Jon Haidt saw me as worthless. He saw my life as expendable. He saw me as a poor white trash interloper loser, and crazy to boot, unworthy to be at Yale, and he thought, “Who could care if Sarah Braasch dies?” And, he answered, “No one.” So, he thought this was the perfect opportunity to make Moral Outrage Industry money and advance his career, and self-aggrandize himself as a paragon of moral virtue, by turning me into a corpse. Because who could care?
I thought it was interesting that Jon Haidt here indulges in the histrionics that Glenn Loury admonished Michael Eric Dyson for doing recently on Bill Maher’s Real Time.
Bill Maher questioned Dyson over a quote in one of his recent books about how the police have an unyielding appetite for Black subordination. And, Glenn Loury stated, wisely, we have to stop sensationalizing and racializing police killings. The Police in the US are not a first order threat to the integrity of the Black body.
But, here, we see Jon Haidt catastrophizing about not only a police encounter with a Black person, but a campus police encounter with a graduate student. Anyone who wishes to assert that Lolade Siyonbola’s life or limb were in grave danger, and I’m a modern day Carolyn Bryant trying to lynch Black students on Yale’s campus is stoking the exact type of moral panic that Haidt decries in the Coddling.
Haidt molds himself in the fashion of a Michael Harriot of The Root, who wrote what can only be construed as a death threat against me, naming me, in the Washington Post.
That’s what you’ve become, Jonathan Haidt.
And, you’re the one who should be ashamed of himself.
I also believe that it is quite possible, now that Haidt has full on embraced Wokeness, that, like so many others, Haidt recognized that my story would help Trump.
Many who consider themselves to be anti-Woke and anti-Cancel Culture still embraced the witch hunt at Yale, because they recognized that the truth about what had been done to me would help Trump. And, they are willing to do anything to stop Trump, including throw their so called Enlightenment Values under the bus. This was particularly the case after The Post Millennial piece came out in Spring 2019. That was the turning point at which so many who considered themselves anti-Woke and anti-Cancel Culture, even those who had been at least nominally supportive of me before then, turned against me and started viciously attacking me themselves.
I think Haidt’s motivations for choosing to sacrifice my life to the Woke gods were multifold and probably some combination of the above, or all of the above.
I honestly don’t know how he sleeps at night. I don’t know how he looks at himself in the mirror in the morning.
I know my integrity matters more to me than anything else. I would never be able to do something so base, as he did.
And, this is why Haidt defines Woke Privilege. He doesn’t care.

I had never worked with Haidt, but I have worked with many persons who have. People outside of academia don’t realize how insular and incestuous it is, especially within its respective disciplines and especially at the elite university level. This is why I do not believe for one second that Jonathan Haidt was not aware of who I was and the fact that I was completely innocent and worked on the issues of implicit bias and police brutality with Tom Tyler at the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School.
In October/November, 2019, at the FIRE Org’s Faculty Conference in Boston, Professor James C Coyne made a public apology to me and encouraged everyone in attendance to do likewise, and he spoke to Professor Steven Pinker about what had been done to me afterwards. We both had extremely high hopes that many others, especially in academia, who had participated in the witch hunt at Yale that destroyed my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers, or who had stood by silently and knowingly watched an innocent almost die, would follow suit and make public apologies to me of their own. We especially had high hopes that Jon Haidt would do so. Obviously, it never happened.
Not only did Jonathan Haidt never apologize to me for what he had done to me, he told Journalist Cathy Young that I’m “crazy,” at a The FIRE Org event in late 2019, I believe, when she approached him to ask him about me.
I have been so forgiving. The bar is very, very low. If I were not so, I would have next to no friends or allies in my life. I would forgive and have forgiven almost anything. I would forgive Jonathan Haidt, if he had said to me, “I’m sorry, Sarah. I was wrong. How can I help you save your life and career?”
That’s all I ask. But, rather than simply admit that he made a grave error in judgment, Jonathan Haidt continues a behind the scenes smear campaign against me to this day.
I think the reason why Haidt just refuses to admit the obvious, that I’m an innocent who was almost killed by a witch hunt in the early 21st century, is because his bread and butter, his oeuvre, his raison d’être, is that he doesn’t make these kinds of grave errors in judgment, to which so many others are prone. I think this is also why academic philosophers continue to try to drive me to suicide. They are supposed to be these paragons of critical thinking. The same can be said for the Law Professors. There is a veritable “Get Sarah Braasch Killed” Industry amongst US Law Schools now. They have created an entirely new law school journal article genre, the race baiting dystopian fantasy, in which I figure as the central villain. University of Florida Professor, and lying bigot and fraud, Katheryn Russell-Brown, just wrote an entire book as a race baiting dystopian fantasy, as a Living While Black Race Hoax, in which I figure prominently; it’s called The Color of Crime.
And, of course, the Woke Intersectional Feminists and Critical Race Theorists can’t admit that they fell for a Living While Black Hate Crime Hoax. My very existence is an existential threat to them, to their ideologies and careers. Per CRT and Woke Intersectional Feminism, it isn’t possible for a Black person to falsely accuse a white person of having perpetrated a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching, which is what Lolade Siyonbola accused me of having done, for taking reasonable precautions to enter my isolated Yale dorm room safely. But, truly she was trying to avoid being punished by Yale Housing for having harassed me on the evening of February 24th, 2018.
At this point, I just think that Jonathan Haidt is an evil, lying bigot and fraud.

At this point, Jonathan Haidt is fully aware that I am still intermittently suicidal. At this point, Jon Haidt is fully aware that I am the innocent victim of a Hate Crime Hoax who almost died too many times to count during the past more than 3 years. At this point, Jonathan Haidt knows that my lifelong human and civil rights academic and legal careers have been decimated. At this point, Jonathan Haidt knows that I had to be in hiding for my personal safety for more than 3 years. At this point, Jonathan Haidt knows that I’m still subjected to the most grotesque social media mobbings and deluged by death and rape threats and threats of violence. At this point, Jon Haidt knows that I’m still fighting for my very survival. I am barely keeping myself off the streets with a low paying temp job.
But, Jonathan Haidt refuses to help me. He refuses to tell the simple truth, because he doesn’t want to face accountability for what he did to me.
And, Jonathan Haidt could not have been more aware of what he was doing to me when he defamed me as a racist who should feel very ashamed of herself on Sam Harris’ podcast and on the New York Times Book Review podcast.
Jonathan Haidt says the most ridiculous things in this message that he gives out to anyone who asks him about me, as part of his ongoing behind the scenes smear campaign against me.
I thought it was fascinating that Jon Haidt makes a bald faced lie in this message when he says that he only mentioned me that one time on Sam Harris’ podcast.
And, truly, if that’s all he had done, that still would have been a complete repudiation of Haidt’s body of work. And, imagine how devastating that act alone would have been to me and my life, how devastating it has been to me and my life.
Roxane Gay, ultimate Woke KKK member that she is, tried to get away with saying the same thing, while she was inciting the most vicious and inhumane Twitter mobs against me. She said, “I barely mentioned you.” Yeah, you barely mentioned me, ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEW YORK TIMES!
He full on embraces Wokeness. He embraces implicit bias. He embraces impact and rejects intent. He embraces mind reading. Haidt rejects the benefit of the doubt. Haidt rejects Due Process. Haidt rejects skepticism. Haidt rejects rationality. Haidt rejects Enlightenment Values.
As a complete repudiation of the Coddling and Haidt’s entire body of work, he says in this message that he can read my mind and know that I’m a secret racist at Yale who also works on police brutality and the disparate impact on communities of color. Haidt says that the fact that I called the Yale Campus Police (truly a misnomer, really Yale Campus Security), exactly as I had been instructed to do by the Yale Administration and Yale Campus Police Chief Ronnell Higgins, on two strangers who happened to be Black, means that he knows I’m an egregious racist, and the only thing that would convince him otherwise is if I had also called the Yale Campus Police on five white students.
Jonathan Haidt says that he knows, without any evidence whatsoever, and, in fact, with a mountain of evidence to the contrary, that I would not have called the Yale Campus Police on May 8th, 2018, if Lolade Siyonbola had not had dark skin.
And, he thinks this secret knowledge that he alone possesses, in direct contravention of all of the available evidence to the contrary, makes it ok for him to try to drive me to suicide by grossly defaming me in the Fake News Press and Moral Outrage Industry, and as part of an ongoing behind the scenes smear campaign against me.
In truth, I think Jon Haidt saw me as worthless. He saw my life as expendable. He saw me as a poor white trash interloper loser, and crazy to boot, unworthy to be at Yale, and he thought, “Who could care if Sarah Braasch dies?” And, he answered, “No one.” So, he thought this was the perfect opportunity to make Moral Outrage Industry money and advance his career, and self-aggrandize himself as a paragon of moral virtue, by turning me into a corpse. Because who could care?
I thought it was interesting that Jon Haidt here indulges in the histrionics that Glenn Loury admonished Michael Eric Dyson for doing recently on Bill Maher’s Real Time.
Bill Maher questioned Dyson over a quote in one of his recent books about how the police have an unyielding appetite for Black subordination. And, Glenn Loury stated, wisely, we have to stop sensationalizing and racializing police killings. The Police in the US are not a first order threat to the integrity of the Black body.
But, here, we see Jon Haidt catastrophizing about not only a police encounter with a Black person, but a campus police encounter with a graduate student. Anyone who wishes to assert that Lolade Siyonbola’s life or limb were in grave danger, and I’m a modern day Carolyn Bryant trying to lynch Black students on Yale’s campus is stoking the exact type of moral panic that Haidt decries in the Coddling.
Haidt molds himself in the fashion of a Michael Harriot of The Root, who wrote what can only be construed as a death threat against me, naming me, in the Washington Post.
That’s what you’ve become, Jonathan Haidt.
And, you’re the one who should be ashamed of himself.
I also believe that it is quite possible, now that Haidt has full on embraced Wokeness, that, like so many others, Haidt recognized that my story would help Trump.
Many who consider themselves to be anti-Woke and anti-Cancel Culture still embraced the witch hunt at Yale, because they recognized that the truth about what had been done to me would help Trump. And, they are willing to do anything to stop Trump, including throw their so called Enlightenment Values under the bus. This was particularly the case after The Post Millennial piece came out in Spring 2019. That was the turning point at which so many who considered themselves anti-Woke and anti-Cancel Culture, even those who had been at least nominally supportive of me before then, turned against me and started viciously attacking me themselves.
I think Haidt’s motivations for choosing to sacrifice my life to the Woke gods were multifold and probably some combination of the above, or all of the above.
I honestly don’t know how he sleeps at night. I don’t know how he looks at himself in the mirror in the morning.
I know my integrity matters more to me than anything else. I would never be able to do something so base, as he did.
And, this is why Haidt defines Woke Privilege. He doesn’t care.
He thinks he should simply be able to carry on and pretend that he never tried to drive me to suicide, he never repudiated his entire body of work by joining the witch hunt at Yale.
And, he has been able to do this, largely, because of his Woke Privilege. And, because so many of his ilk also want me dead, they’re happy to continue the ruse with him and to help him gaslight me.
Because who could care if I live or die?

Richard Painter began making the most bizarre and brazenly mendacious claims about me. He said that I had hurled racial slurs at Don Lemon of CNN. He said, repeatedly, that I had accused him of being involved with Slate and Above the Law Blog’s efforts to doxx and destroy the future career prospects of Federalist Society students at Stanford Law last spring. I truly think that Richard Painter is evil. I do. You have to be evil to do this to another human being. And, now in his desperation, because he knows that everyone sees him for what he is: a Lying Bigot and Fraud, he is just digging even deeper. I think he doesn’t know how to back out of this debacle that he created for himself.
Of course, he is exploiting my Twitter suspension, even though it is perfectly obvious to any reasonable person that this was an egregious error on the part of Twitter Support. I was banned from Twitter for reporting the most reprehensible sexual abuse and harassment and then tweeting about the egregious abuse and harassment I had endured. The algorithm mistook my tweets about what I had endured as abuse and harassment. Of course, my enemies were happy to report me, knowing full well that I was abusing and harassing no one. I now believe that Twitter is taking advantage of this mistake to get rid of me, because I have been exposing their blue check mark public figures who participated in the witch hunt at Yale as the lying bigots and frauds that they are.

Please know that everything Michael Eric Dyson said on Bill Maher’s show was a bald faced LIE.
Bill Maher began the discussion by pointing out the routing of the Democrats in the week’s elections. Bill Maher pointed out that Critical Race Theory in public schools, being taught to school aged children, is what drove the routing of the Democrats, just like he said it would. Bill Maher called it a “Wokelash.” It should be called a “WokeKKKlash.”
Michael Eric Dyson tried to say that white parents are just mad that the history of Black people is being centered. He tried to say that that is all that white parents mean when they are upset that their children are being taught Critical Race Theory in public schools. Dyson told Maher that he underestimates the level of anti-Black sentiment in the US.
This was the theme of the entire conversation: Dyson talking about how there is a war being perpetrated by white people against the Black body, including by police, and Maher pushing back, saying that we don’t live in that world anymore. Glenn Loury was also on the panel, and he concurred with Maher for the greater part, saying that we need to move beyond race and appreciate exactly how much we have moved beyond race as a society. Loury would later remark about how police killings are not a first order threat against the integrity of the Black body, and we shouldn’t sensationalize and racialize the issue. Maher noted that Dyson indulged in histrionics when he said in one of his recent books that the police have an unyielding appetite for Black subordination.
Michael Eric Dyson 100% knows that he is lying about Critical Race Theory. He refused to address Bill Maher’s points about young school children being segregated by race and being told that some of them have more moral and epistemological authority than others, based upon the color of their skin only.
That is my definition of Critical Race Theory / Woke Intersectional Feminism:
If someone is a member of a sub social group deemed to be an oppressed sub social group, then they are regarded as having a greater moral/legal/epistemological status than someone who is deemed to be a member of an oppressor sub social group.
Michael Eric Dyson knows this. He’s just lying.
I knew this more than a decade ago when I worked with Ni Putes Ni Soumises in France, and we called it cultural relativism and cultural obscurantism.
No reasonable person objects to teaching the real and truthful history of the United States, including a full accounting of slavery in the US and its lasting effects, as well as the Jim Crow and Civil Rights Eras. People object to US public schools sending the message that some US citizens are disfavored by the US Government, based solely upon Race.
This is at the very root of the message of Critical Race Theory / Woke Intersectional Feminism.
Michael Eric Dyson told the most egregious lie when he said that Critical Race Theory is about addressing institutional racism, not individual prejudice.
Because I’m pretty sure that Michael Eric Dyson was not addressing institutional racism during his whirlwind media blitz to make as much Moral Outrage Industry money as possible off of turning, me, an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, into a corpse, in the aftermath of the ridiculously obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. On CNN and everywhere, Dyson concocted the most ludicrous race-baiting dystopian fantasy about what had occurred at Yale. There is not a single doubt in my mind that he 100% knew that I was an innocent human and civil rights attorney and activist. He knew he was lying about me and putting my life in the greatest danger.
This is what happens when there simply isn’t enough anti-Black racism, on elite university campuses or anywhere, to satisfy the coffers of the Career Race Hustlers like Michael Eric Dyson. He has to pretend that a non-event and non-crime and obvious Hate Crime Hoax at Yale is a re-enactment of Carolyn Bryant getting Emmett Till lynched. Dyson is the most egregious charlatan and fraud. He is responsible for destroying the Living While Black movement. He never met a Living While Black Race or Hate Crime Hoax he didn’t push for money. He doesn’t care about Black people or Racism or Police Brutality. He cares about lining his pockets with Moral Outrage Industry money.

Dyson tried to deny the existence of Woke racial segregation on college campuses when Maher tried to bring it up. Dyson tried to say that Black students are self segregating because they don’t feel that they belong in white spaces that have alienated them. I was so grateful that Loury pushed back. He brought up a lecture at Brown with no Black students, because the speaker was even mildly conservative. Anyone who is deemed to have strayed a hair from Woke orthodoxy is regarded as the most intolerable white supremacist / nationalist. Consider what happened to me at Yale. I had been targeted by the Yale Admin and student body for years, because I stood up, as a civil libertarian, for the Federal Civil Rights, the religious expression rights, of an Evangelical Black man at Yale, our only POC job candidate for an Assistant Professor Position in the Philosophy Department. This is why I was widely known and despised across Yale’s campus.
The Federal Civil Rights Act will not survive the Biden Administration. If it exists thereafter, it will be in name only, because the Woke Democrats want to bring back Jim Crow racial segregation. It’s already back on college campuses under the thrall of Woke Tyranny.
There is virtually no anti-Black racism at Yale. This is why the student body has to perpetrate Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes, so that they can play at being activists and victims.
And, then Dyson tried to say that Black people can’t get away with the same bad behavior that white people can get away with. This is white privilege.

I am going to keep this blog post short and sweet, because I have a number of other blog posts I want to publish tonight, but I’ve been giving the concept of Woke Privilege a lot of thought, and I wanted to get this out into the world.
Woke Privilege. What is it?
Woke Privilege is being able to perpetrate a Race or Hate Crime Hoax at an elite university, like Lolade Siyonbola did at Yale, and not only not face any consequences for trying to destroy the life of an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, but even to be lauded and celebrated for having done so. Woke Privilege means being able to usurp and destroy the Living While Black movement for one’s own personal gain, and being shielded from being exposed as having perpetrated the Hoax by the Yale Administration, the Fake News Press, and the Moral Outrage Industry.
The same can be said for Alexander McNab at Columbia University and Oumou Kanoute at Smith College.
Woke Privilege is being a blue check mark public figure on Twitter, and repeatedly trying to drive not only me, but many other private citizen nobodies, often with mental health disabilities and lacking resources to fight back, to suicide, while claiming that one is doing social justice work and helping Black people and tackling Racism, and no one bats an eye.
The list of Woke KKK exercising their Woke Privilege on Twitter is long and illustrious. I could go on pretty much forever, but to mention just a few: Shonda Rhimes, ACLU President and NYU Law Professor Deborah Archer, former The Appeal staffers, including Attorney Rebecca Kavanagh, Josie Duffy-Rice, and Taniel, as well as former White House Ethics Lawyer Richard Painter.
If the private citizen nobodies whose lives have been destroyed have the temerity to not kill themselves and to try to fight back and tell the truth, Twitter and Jack Dorsey will permanently ban the victims of Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, to a rousing chorus of applause and gaslighting.
Woke Privilege is being able to tell the most disgusting lies about innocent nobodies in the Fake News Press, like Jamelle Bouie and Roxane Gay in the New York Times, for Moral Outrage Industry money, and everyone pretends like these were legitimate news stories, and not what they actually were: non-events and non-crimes that were blown into global racial hysterias, at the expense of innocents’ lives.
Woke Privilege is being able to go on CNN, like Michael Eric Dyson did, and try to make money off of turning an innocent nobody into a corpse, and continue speaking and writing books and working in academia, as if you aren’t an evil, lying bigot and fraud.
Woke Privilege is being able to call for the deaths and destruction of the innocent SFA State University girls, some of whom are Black, like Attorney and Charlatan Ben Crump and Race Hustler Tim Wise did, on Twitter, and everyone, including Twitter Support and Jack Dorsey, pretends like it never happened.
I will have so much more to say on this topic, but I’ll stop there for now.
But, the final point I wish to get across is this:
Woke Privilege means never having to say you’re sorry when you get someone killed or destroy their life.

The whole world knows now that Richard Painter, former White House Ethics Lawyer, with 750k Twitter followers, spent the past two months trying to drive me, an innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney, to suicide, via Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter. Painter was exploiting and abusing me to attack Brian Leiter, because Brian Leiter has steadfastly stood by my side during the entire more than 3 year hellish nightmare I’ve been enduring after the perfectly obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.
Richard Painter defines Woke KKK. He joined a witch hunt and vigilante social media mob to impose a grossly disproportionate and unjust sentence against me, Social Death or Suicide, over a now more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime. He targeted me, because he saw me as a good victim he could exploit, a poor white trash nobody loser without resources who can’t fight back and someone with mental health disabilities and a vulnerability to suicide. Richard Painter was also motivated by misogyny and racial animus against white women.
Moreover, Richard Painter not only relentlessly attacked me and incited waves of vicious mobs against me, in an effort to destroy my life and lifelong human and civil rights careers, he also was attacking me for a more than 3 year old non-event and non-crime, for which I almost died many times over, for which I lost my reputation and livelihood, and academic and legal careers. But, this isn’t enough punishment for a non-crime for Richard Painter. He isn’t going to stop attacking me until I’m dead, until my dead body is hung up in a public square in DC, because I’m the PROOF that he is an evil, lying bigot and fraud.
So, if Richard Painter does run for Governor of Minnesota, I will be more than happy to go on the campaign trail with whomever is running against Painter, to tell the story of what he did to me.
